Beasley plans to sign a one-year, $6 million-plus deal with the Pistons, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports. After one season with the Bucks, during which Beasley averaged 11.3 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 79 regular-season games, he will head to the Pistons on a short-term deal. The 27-year-old has become known as a sharpshooter, and he shot a career-high 41.3 percent from deep last season. Detroit has made it its mission to get Cade Cunningham veteran aid and shooting, and Beasley will have a chance to provide that for the young club.

Beasley is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's Game 6 against the Pacers, Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Star reports. Beasley will head to the bench with the return of Damian Lillard to the starting lineup. Beasley averaged 19.0 points per game in the two starts he has made in the series against the Pacers.

Beasley tallied 20 points (8-12 FG, 4-7 3Pt), three rebounds and two assists over 34 minutes in Sunday's 126-113 loss to the Pacers in Game 4 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs. Beasley entered the starting lineup Sunday with Damian Lillard (Achilles) being added to Milwaukee's inactive list, connecting on a team-high mark from three. Beasley reached double figures in scoring for the first time of the postseason, connecting on at least three threes in two straight outings. If Lillard is unable to return in a win-or-go-home Game 5, look for Beasley to remain in the starting lineup or at least have a large role in the rotation for the Bucks.

Beasley is starting Sunday's Game 4 against Indiana. Beasley came off the bench in the first three games of the Bucks' first-round series and averaged 4.3 points and 2.0 rebounds in 15.3 minutes per game. He'll join the starting lineup Sunday since Damian Lillard (Achilles) has been ruled out.

Beasley will return to a reserve role in Sunday's regular-season finale in Orlando. Beasley has appeared to have lost his starting job to Patrick Beverley, as head coach Doc Rivers looks to shake things up entering the playoffs. Beasley produced five points, two rebounds, and one assist across 25.4 minutes in his only other game off the bench this year.
