  • Lakers' Anthony Davis: Ruled out against Memphis

Davis (knee) won't play in Wednesday's game versus the Grizzlies, Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com reports.

Davis has been downgraded from questionable to out on the second leg of Los Angeles' back-to-back Wednesday due to a left knee injury. Jaxson Hayes will likely replace him in the starting five. Davis' next chance to suit up is Friday's matchup with Indiana.

  • Knicks' Mitchell Robinson: Will return Wednesday

Robinson (ankle) is available for Wednesday's game against Toronto, Steve Popper of Newsday reports.

As expected, Robinson has gotten the green light to suit up for the first time since Dec. 8. Given the lengthy layoff, it's safe to presume he'll be limited off the bench for at least his first few games back. Robinson started the first 21 games for the Knicks this season and averaged 6.2 points, 10.3 rebounds, 1.5 steals and 1.3 blocks in 29.1 minutes during that stretch.

  • Warriors' Trayce Jackson-Davis: Gets starting nod

Jackson-Davis is in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game versus the Magic.

Jackson-Davis will replace Jonathan Kuminga (knee) in the starting five Wednesday. Jackson-Davis is averaging 12.8 points, 7.2 rebounds, 1.8 blocks and 1.4 assists in 25.8 minutes across his last five starts.

  • Grizzlies' Brandon Clarke: Available to make season debut

Clarke (Achilles) is available for Wednesday's game against the Lakers, Damichael Cole of The Memphis Commercial Appeal reports.

Clarke is nearly 13 months removed from tearing his Achilles and has officially gotten the green light to suit up for the first time this season. He figures to be monitored closely and will likely handle a small role off the bench. Last season, Clarke averaged 10.0 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.3 steals-plus-blocks in 19.5 minutes per game across 56 appearances (eight starts).

  • Trail Blazers' Deandre Ayton: Ruled out against Atlanta

Ayton (elbow) won't play in Wednesday's game versus the Hawks, Kevin Chouinard of the Hawks' official site reports.

Ayton's absence streak will extend to four games Wednesday after being downgraded from questionable to out due to left elbow tendinitis. Ayton's next chance to suit up is Friday's matchup with Miami.

  • Joel Embiid C | PHI

76ers' Joel Embiid: Hopeful for regular season return

Coach Nick Nurse said Wednesday that Embiid (knee) has a "very good" chance of playing before the end of the regular season, Tim Bontemps of ESPN.com reports.

Embiid hasn't played since Jan. 30 after undergoing left knee surgery. While the superstar center continues to work out on the court and is hopeful to play before the playoffs, there is no concrete timetable for his return. Mo Bamba and Paul Reed should continue to receive increased playing time in Embiid's absence.

  • Warriors' Trayce Jackson-Davis: Good to go against Orlando

Jackson-Davis (knee) is available for Wednesday's game versus the Magic.

Jackson-Davis will return to action Wednesday after missing Golden State's previous contest with right knee soreness. The rookie big man is averaging 11.4 points, 6.7 rebounds, 1.9 blocks and 1.8 assists in 23.9 minutes across his last 10 appearances.

  • Celtics' Xavier Tillman: Questionable for Thursday

Tillman (knee) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Hawks, John Karalis of BostonSportsJournal.com reports.

Tillman is in danger of missing a second straight game due to a swollen left knee. If he's sidelined again, Luke Kornet and Oshae Brissett would be candidates for a few extra minutes off the bench.

  • Al Horford C | GS

Celtics' Al Horford: Iffy for Thursday

Horford is questionable for Thursday's game against the Hawks due to a left big toe sprain, John Karalis of BostonSportsJournal.com reports.

Horford continues to periodically sit out to rest a lingering toe issue, but his absences normally come during back-to-back sets. He's started in each of his last seven appearances, averaging 13.7 points, 6.3 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.8 steals-plus-blocks in 31.9 minutes per game.

  • Lakers' Colin Castleton: Set to return Wednesday

Castleton (wrist) isn't on the injury report for Wednesday's game versus the Grizzlies.

Castleton hasn't played since Feb. 14 due to a fractured right wrist but is available to play Wednesday. However, the 23-year-old big man is unlikely to receive significant playing time.
