  • Grizzlies' Trey Jemison: Headed to G League

The Grizzlies assigned Jemison to the Memphis Hustle of the G League on Wednesday.

Jemison has started in each of his last three NBA appearances but continues to split time with the Grizzlies and the Hustle. The 23-year-old big man is approaching his limit of active games allotted with the Grizzlies as a two-way player, but on the occasions that he's active, expect him to be included in the rotation.

  • Grizzlies' Trey Jemison: Slides back to bench

Jemison will come off the bench for Wednesday's game against the 76ers.

Jemison started two of the Grizzlies' last three games due to Jaren Jackson being inactive, but he'll return to the second unit with Jackson back in action. He'll likely split backup center work with Lamar Stevens.

  • Paul Reed C | DET

76ers' Paul Reed: Back with first unit

Reed will start Wednesday's game against the Grizzlies.

After starting in each of the 76ers' 12 games in February, Reed was replaced by Mo Bamba at center to start March. However, Reed will return to the starting lineup Wednesday. In February, Reed averaged 8.0 points and 7.9 rebounds per game.

  • Mo Bamba C | UTA

76ers' Mo Bamba: Moves to bench

Bamba isn't in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game versus the Grizzlies.

Bamba will be replaced by Paul Reed in the starting five Wednesday. Bamba is averaging 2.6 points, 3.4 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.0 blocks in 12.0 minutes across his last five appearances coming off the bench.

  • Goga Bitadze C | ORL

Magic's Goga Bitadze: Starting sans Carter

Bitadze will start Wednesday's game against the Wizards.

Wendell Carter (knee) is getting the second night of a back-to-back off, so Bitadze will draw his 33rd start of the season despite not being a regular part of the rotation the last few games. Bitadze has averaged 7.6 points, 7.3 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.8 blocks and 0.8 steals in 23.8 minutes as a starter this season.

  • Magic's Wendell Carter: Won't play against Washington

Carter (knee) is out for Wednesday's game versus the Wizards.

Carter has been downgraded from questionable to out due to right knee soreness. Goga Bitadze will start in his absence. Carter's next chance to suit up is Friday's matchup with the Knicks.

  • Maxi Kleber C | LAL

Mavericks' Maxi Kleber: Expected to play against Miami

Kleber (knee) is listed as probable for Thursday's game versus the Heat.

Kleber continues to deal with a nagging knee injury but isn't expected to miss Thursday's contest. If the 31-year-old big man is upgraded to available, he should serve as one of Dallas' primary bench options in the frontcourt.

  • Magic's Wendell Carter: Questionable for Wednesday

Carter is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Wizards due to a sore right knee.

Carter must have tweaked his knee during Tuesday's game and is now in danger of missing the second leg of a back-to-back set. There won't be a shootaround Wednesday, so Carter is essentially going to be a game-time decision. If he's not able to give it a go, Moritz Wagner would get an opportunity to start, and he'd make for an attractive streamer with a favorable matchup versus the Wizards.

  • Nets' Day'Ron Sharpe: Iffy for Thursday

Sharpe (wrist) is questionable for Thursday's game versus the 76ers, Brian Lewis of the New York Post reports.

Sharpe is in danger of missing his second straight contest due to a right wrist contusion. Jalen Wilson and Nic Claxton should continue to receive extended minutes if Sharpe remains out.

  • Hornets' Mark Williams: Could be done for season

Williams (back) may not be cleared to play again this season, as head coach Steve Clifford intimated in his press conference following Tuesday's 101-89 loss to the Magic, Bally Sports Southeast reports. "We're tiny by NBA standards...We're going to be smaller here for the rest of the year," Clifford said.

Clifford didn't specifically touch on Williams' status, but his comment about the Hornets going with smaller lineups for the remainder of the season at the very least suggests that the team isn't bracing for the second-year center's return anytime soon. The Hornets did get some added size back Tuesday with Nick Richards (foot) returning from a one-game absence, and while Richards should start when available, Charlotte will likely lean on the 6-foot-6 Grant Williams as his primary backup, given the lack of reliable alternatives at center on the roster. General manager Mitch Kupchak suggested in February that Mark Williams is on track to be re-evaluated later this week, but fantasy managers who have been holding the young center shouldn't be holding their breath in anticipation of him making a speedy return, if he even plays at all again this season. The Hornets are sitting at 15-47 on the season after Tuesday's loss and have little incentive to rush Williams back from the low-back injury in the midst of another non-contending campaign. Williams has been out of action since Dec. 8.
