Dereck Lively II C | DAL
Mavericks' Dereck Lively: Unlikely to play Sunday
Lively (ankle) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Grizzlies.
Lively has played in four of the Mavericks' last five games, but he'll likely be sidelined for Sunday's regular-season finale as he continues to work his way back from a fractured right ankle that caused him to miss 36 games. Lively's absence would mean more minutes for Daniel Gafford, Kai Jones and Dwight Powell.

Myles Turner C | MIL
Pacers' Myles Turner: Removed from injury report
Turner (knee) is not listed on the injury report ahead of Sunday's game against the Cavaliers.
Turner did not play in Friday's loss to the Magic due to a knee injury, but he's been given the green light to play in Sunday's regular-season finale. It's possible that his playing time will limited as the Pacers are locked in as the fourth seed in the East.

Andre Drummond C | PHI
76ers' Andre Drummond: Not playing Sunday
Drummond (toe) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Chicago.
Drummond has not played since March 12 due to a left big toe sprain, and he'll end up missing the final 17 games of the regular season as a result. When healthy, the veteran center ended up seeing an increased role due to the prolonged absence of Joel Embiid (knee). Drummond will finish the 2024-25 regular season averaging 7.3 points, 7.8 rebounds, 0.9 assists and 1.0 steals in 18.8 minutes per game across 40 games (23 starts).

Mark Williams C | PHO
Hornets' Mark Williams: Sitting Sunday
Williams (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Boston.
Williams will miss Sunday's regular-season finale while he continues to manage a left foot injury, which opens the door for Moussa Diabate (illness), Jusuf Nurkic and Taj Gibson to see increased playing time. Williams will end his third season in Charlotte averaging 15.3 points on 60.4 percent shooting, 10.2 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.2 blocks in 26.6 minutes per game across 44 outings (41 starts).

Poeltl (hand) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against San Antonio, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Poeltl will end up missing the final four games of the season due to a right hand contusion. Poeltl also dealt with a hip injury around the All-Star break, and the veteran center ended up missing 19 of the Raptors' final 31 games. Onyeka Okongwu C | ATL
Hawks' Onyeka Okongwu: Questionable for Sunday
Okongwu is questionable for Sunday's game against the Magic due to left knee injury management.
The Hawks have several regulars in danger of missing the regular-season finale, and the team must be smart about managing workloads since the Hawks will also play the Magic on Tuesday in the Play-In Tournament. Okongwu has started every game since the All-Star break for the Hawks, averaging 15.6 points, 10.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists and a combined 2.1 steals-plus-blocks in 26 appearances.

Al Horford C | GS
Celtics' Al Horford: Out for regular-season finale
Horford is out for Sunday's game against the Hornets due to a right knee sprain.
The Celtics will rest all their top players for the regular-season finale, meaning Boston will give extended minutes to non-regulars for this matchup versus Charlotte. Horford will have almost a week of rest before the Celtics start their playoff run on April 19 against a to-be-determined opponent. This means Luke Kornet and Neemias Queta are likely to handle an expanded role in the frontcourt Sunday.

Kristaps Porzingis C | GS
Celtics' Kristaps Porzingis: Not playing Sunday
Porzingis (rest) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Hornets, Zack Cox of the Boston Herald reports.
Porzingis and the rest of the Celtics' top players will be sidelined for Sunday's regular-season finale as Boston looks to embark on yet another deep postseason run. Porzingis missed the first 17 games of the season while recovering from offseason surgery on his left foot and ankle area, and he missed additional time due to a viral infection in mid-March. The 2015 first-round pick will finish his second regular season in Boston, averaging 19.6 points on 48.3 percent shooting (including a career-best 41.2 percent from three on 6.0 3PA/G), 6.8 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.5 blocks in 28.8 minutes per game across 42 starts.

Bam Adebayo PF | MIA
Heat's Bam Adebayo: Won't play against Washington
Adebayo is out for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Wizards due to rest purposes, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.
Adebayo will sit out Sunday's regular-season finale due to the Heat already being locked into the 10th seed in the Eastern Conference. Haywood Highsmith and Kyle Anderson will likely receive increased playing time in his absence. Adebayo should be able to return to action for Wednesday's Play-In Game against Chicago.
