  • Rockets' Alperen Sengun: Sets career high vs. Dallas

Sengun supplied 23 points (9-16 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 5-8 FT), six rebounds, six steals and four assists over 37 minutes during Wednesday's 110-99 win over Dallas.

Sengun recorded a career-high six steals while leading the Rockets with a game-high mark in scoring against the Mavericks. The big man has stuffed the stat sheet through the early part of the season, and he continues to prove his worth as a top option across fantasy formats. Over his last 10 outings, the 22-year-old has averaged 19.2 points, 10.5 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 1.6 steals across 32.9 minutes per game.

  • Knicks' Ariel Hukporti: Back with parent club

The Knicks recalled Hukporti from the G League's Westchester Knicks on Wednesday.

Hukporti rejoined the Knicks ahead of Wednesday's 119-103 win over the Jazz but didn't receive any playing time after logging 29 minutes earlier in the day in Westchester's 117-114 overtime win over the Indiana Mad Ants.

  • 76ers' Andre Drummond: Makes return from toe injury

Drummond (toe) finished with 10 points (4-6 FG, 2-4 FT), nine rebounds and two assists across 20 minutes Wednesday in the 76ers' 113-107 loss to the Kings.

Drummond was back in action after he had missed the 76ers' previous three games due to a left toe sprain. With Joel Embiid (foot) sitting out for the front end of a back-to-back set, Drummond saw a bump in playing time, though fill-in starting center Guerschon Yabusele (30 minutes) was prioritized ahead of him. Assuming Embiid is back in action for Thursday's matchup with Golden State, Drummond will likely see a reduction in minutes.

  • Mavericks' Dereck Lively: Well-rounded line in return

Lively (hip) finished with eight points (4-5 FG), six rebounds, six assists, four blocks and one steal across 20 minutes Wednesday in the Mavericks' 110-99 loss to the Rockets.

Though he took back his usual spot in the starting five in his return from a three-game absence due to a left hip contusion, Lively ended up seeing lighter minutes than usual while Mavericks head coach Jason Kidd deployed a deep center rotation that included Daniel Gafford, Dwight Powell and Maxi Kleber. Powell likely won't be featured in the rotation moving forward, while Kleber could be needed to play more minutes at power forward after P.J. Washington (knee) sat out the entire second half of Wednesday's contest. With that in mind, expect Lively's playing time to pick up as he becomes further removed from the hip injury, and despite getting more limited run than usual against the Rockets, the second-year big man was still able to come away with a solid all-around fantasy line.

  • Magic's Wendell Carter: Comes close to double-double

Carter produced 15 points (7-15 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), eight rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals across 34 minutes during Wednesday's 105-96 loss to Detroit.

Carter finished just two rebounds away from recording what would've been his third double-double of the season. He's scored in double digits in his last two starts, and he should remain in that role going forward due to the Magic's lack of depth in the frontcourt, or at least until Paolo Banchero (oblique) is ready to return.

  • Jalen Duren C | DET

Pistons' Jalen Duren: Records another double-double

Duren had 18 points (9-10 FG), 11 rebounds, one assist and one steal over 27 minutes during Wednesday's 105-96 win over the Magic.

Duren had an efficient performance to kick off the new year in style, as he missed just one of his 10 shots from the field and recorded a double-double for the third time across his last five games. He's not the double-double machine he was in 2023-24, but Duren remains a solid player on both ends of the court while operating as the anchor down low for an improved Detroit team. Duren is averaging 11.1 points and 8.5 boards per contest since the beginning of December.

  • Alex Sarr C | WAS

    Wizards' Alexandre Sarr: Records double-double

Sarr finished with 11 points (5-11 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 0-1 FT), 10 rebounds and five assists in 25 minutes during Wednesday's 125-107 win over the Bulls.

Sarr posted at least 10 points and 10 rebounds for the first time since Nov. 24, when he had a 17-point, 14-rebound effort against the Pacers. Despite the inconsistencies that come with being a rookie, Sarr has been improving as the season progresses, and he's on a nice run when it comes to scoring. He's posted double-digit scoring figures in 10 straight games, averaging 13.5 points per game and shooting 45.7 percent from three in that span.

  • Bulls' Nikola Vucevic: Posts another double-double

Vucevic ended with 12 points (5-17 FG, 2-9 3Pt), 13 rebounds and six assists over 32 minutes during Wednesday's 125-107 loss to Washington.

Vucevic had a rough shooting performance, and the Bulls struggled as a whole in this 18-point defeat, but the big man at least found a way to finish with another double-double. Shooting woes aside, this was Vucevic's sixth double-double over his last seven appearances, and he remains a consistent presence down low for the Bulls. He's averaging 17.4 points, 11.9 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 0.9 steals per game over that seven-game span.

  • Kings' Domantas Sabonis: Pulls down 21 rebounds

Sabonis contributed 17 points (8-14 FG, 1-2 FT), 21 rebounds and seven assists in 37 minutes during Wednesday's 113-107 win over the 76ers.

Regardless of the team's overall struggles, Sabonis always finds a way to perform, and by now, it's an oddity when he doesn't have a double-double. This was his 11th straight game reaching that feat, and he's posted either 20 points or 20 rebounds five times in that stretch. Sabonis is averaging 20.0 points and 16.0 rebounds per game contest over that 11-game span, and his contributions have been one of the few consistent traits for the Kings all season long.

  • Raptors' Ulrich Chomche: Barely visible Wednesday

Chomche posted no counting stats in one minute during Wednesday's 130-113 win over the Nets.

Chomche played one minute during garbage time, bringing his season total to just 20 minutes. To this point, he has scored two points, offering very little in terms of viable production. With the Raptors starting to get healthy players back on the floor, the path to minutes for Chomche is basically non-existent.
