  • Raptors' Sandro Mamukelashvili: Double-doubles off bench

Mamukelashvili chipped in 12 points (5-8 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists and one steal over 21 minutes during Monday's 115-105 loss to the Cavaliers in Game 2 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

With Jakob Poeltl being ineffective once again, the Raptors leaned heavily on Mamukelashvili and Collin Murray-Boyles off the bench. With the team starting a 2-0 deficit, lineup/rotation changes could be on the table for Toronto.

  • Hawks' Jonathan Kuminga: Pops off bench

Kuminga provided 19 points (7-12 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 4-6 FT), four rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals across 35 minutes during Monday's 107-106 victory over New York in Game 2 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Kuminga nearly matched the output of the New York second unit with 19 points compared to their 20. He's averaging 13.5 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.0 assists through two postseason games, but he's shooting just 16.7 percent from beyond the arc thus far.

  • Jalen Johnson SF | ATL

Hawks' Jalen Johnson: Notches 17 points in win

Johnson finished with 17 points (6-12 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 5-5 FT), eight rebounds, three assists and one steal in 36 minutes during Monday's 107-106 victory over New York in Game 2 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

This was a mild effort from Johnson based on his regular-season standards. The Knicks have clearly made it a priority to slow him down, but he's still managing averages of 20.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 0.5 steals on 45.2 percent shooting from the field through two games.

  • Josh Hart SF | NY

Knicks' Josh Hart: Strong effort in loss

Hart finished Monday's 107-106 loss to Atlanta in Game 2 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs with 15 points (5-11 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 4-6 FT), 13 rebounds, six assists and one steal over 35 minutes.

Hart was a bright spot for the Knicks in a close contest that saw this series get tied up. Through the opening pair of postseason games, Hart has been terrific with 13.0 points, 13.5 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 2.0 steals in 36.0 minutes per contest.

  • Jamal Murray PG | DEN

Nuggets' Jamal Murray: Drops team-high 30 in Game 2 loss

Murray recorded 30 points (11-25 FG, 6-14 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds, seven assists and one steal over 43 minutes during Monday's 119-114 loss to the Timberwolves in Game 2 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

The 30 points led the Nuggets on the night, the second straight game in which Murray has paced his squad with that exact number. The 29-year-old guard missed the final two games of the regular season while nursing a minor shoulder issue, but he's been plenty productive when he's been on the court over the last month. Murray has scored 30-plus points in six of his last 12 contests, averaging 28.0 points, 7.1 assists, 4.6 boards, 4.3 threes and 1.1 combined steals and blocks during that span.

  • Nikola Jokic C | DEN

Nuggets' Nikola Jokic: Just misses triple-double Monday

Jokic chipped in 24 points (8-20 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 7-7 FT), 15 rebounds, eight assists and one block across 40 minutes during Monday's 119-114 loss to the Timberwolves in Game 2 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

The perennial MVP candidate came a couple of dimes short of his 23rd career playoff triple-double, and second straight to begin the Nuggets' postseason run this season. Jokic also completely neutralized Rudy Gobert in this one, as his Minnesota counterpart managed just two points and seven boards in 28 minutes while racking up five fouls. Jokic has eight triple-doubles in his last 12 contests dating back to March 22, and he'll be a threat for another in Game 3 on Thursday.

  • Timberwolves' Donte DiVincenzo: Productive in Game 2 win

DiVincenzo amassed 16 points (6-9 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 0-2 FT), seven rebounds, six assists and one steal over 31 minutes during Monday's 119-114 victory over the Nuggets in Game 2 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

The 29-year-old guard drained four treys for the second straight game to begin the Timberwolves' playoff run. With Anthony Edwards leading the charge for Minnesota once again, DiVincenzo is back to being a steady source of secondary offense, and he's sunk at least one three-pointer in 15 straight games dating back to March 18, averaging 11.9 points, 3.2 threes, 2.8 boards, 2.7 assists and 0.9 steals during that stretch.

  • Knicks' Jalen Brunson: Drops 29 points in loss

Brunson registered 29 points (10-26 FG, 4-10 3Pt, 5-7 FT), two rebounds and seven assists in 35 minutes during Monday's 107-106 loss to the Hawks in Game 2 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Brunson led the Knicks in scoring, but despite a balanced attack from all five starters, the team got a total of 20 points from their second unit. Through two playoff games, Brunson is shooting 39.6 percent from the field with 28.5 points, 7.0 assists and 3.5 rebounds.

  • Julius Randle PF | MIN

Timberwolves' Julius Randle: Strikes for 24 in Game 2 win

Randle contributed 24 points (7-14 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 8-10 FT), nine rebounds and six assists across 36 minutes during Monday's 119-114 win over Denver in Game 2 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

The veteran forward stepped up his production after a fairly tame 16-point performance in Game 1 on Saturday. Randle sat out the last three games of the regular season due to a sore right hand, but it doesn't appear to be impacting him much in the playoffs, as he's shooting 46.7 percent from the floor so far. He'll look to stay productive as the series shifts to Minnesota for Game 3 on Thursday.

  • Timberwolves' Anthony Edwards: Big double-double in Game 2 win

Edwards supplied 30 points (10-25 FG, 3-11 3Pt, 7-9 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal across 40 minutes during Monday's 119-114 victory over the Nuggets in Game 2 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

After teasing a 22-point triple-double in a Game 1 loss Saturday, Edwards ramped things up in Game 2, leading Minnesota to a comeback from an early 19-point deficit. The 24-year-old superstar is still nursing a sore knee that limited him to three of the Timberwolves' final 14 regular-season contests, but his performance to begin the postseason doesn't suggest it will hold him back. Edwards looks locked in as the series heads back to Minnesota on Thursday, tied 1-1.
