  • Jaylen Brown SF | BOS

Celtics' Jaylen Brown: Out Monday with illness

The Celtics have ruled out Brown for Monday's game against the Bucks due to a non-COVID illness.

Brown ended Sunday's 114-98 victory over Philadelphia with 27 points (9-17 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 7-7 FT), eight rebounds and eight assists across 38 minutes, but he's evidently feeling under the weather coming out of that game and will get a chance to rest up and recuperate for the second leg of the Celtics' back-to-back set. With Brown sitting, the Celtics will have more usage available for Derrick White and Payton Pritchard, while Baylor Scheierman and Hugo Gonzalez could see upticks in playing time.

  • Anthony Black PG | ORL

Magic's Anthony Black: Unable to practice Monday

Black (quadriceps) was unable to practice Monday, Jason Beede of the Orlando Sentinel reports.

Magic coach Jamahl Mosley said Black was on the floor after practice, taking some free throws, but he didn't go through any contact. Black, who was unable to play Sunday against the Pistons, sounds highly questionable for Tuesday's game against Washington.

  • Moussa Cisse C | DAL

Mavericks' Moussa Cisse: Hauls in 12 boards off bench

Cisse finished Sunday's 100-87 loss to Oklahoma City with zero points (0-1 FG) and 12 rebounds in 21 minutes.

Cisse collected double-digit boards for the fifth time this year. The 23-year-old big man is a two-way player for the Mavericks and has a limited number of games he can be available at the NBA level, unless Dallas converts him to a standard deal at some point.

  • Leonard Miller SF | CHI

Bulls' Leonard Miller: Turns heads in win

Miller notched 15 points (6-8 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), five rebounds, four assists, two blocks and one steal in 27 minutes during Sunday's 120-97 win over Milwaukee.

Miller saw his second straight sizable workload and made another strong impression. With so many injuries in Chicago, Miller is suddenly on the streaming radar in fantasy formats. In his last two appearances, he averaged 13.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.0 blocks in 25.0 minutes.

  • Bulls' Guerschon Yabusele: Plays well in win

Yabusele racked up 12 points (3-8 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 4-6 FT), seven rebounds, five assists and three steals in 23 minutes during Sunday's 120-97 victory over Milwaukee.

Yabusele continues to thrive for the shorthanded Bulls and has emerged as a solid fantasy pickup. Over his last five games, he's averaging 10.4 points, 7.6 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 1.0 steals and 2.0 three-pointers in 25.0 minutes per contest.

  • Trail Blazers' Matisse Thybulle: Piling up defensive numbers

Thybulle provided seven points (2-4 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound, one assist, four blocks and one steal in 15 minutes during Sunday's 135-101 loss to the Hawks.

The oft-injured Thybulle seems to be on a minutes restriction after recently returning from an extended absence, but he's delivering strong defensive totals on a per-minute basis. Over his last six outings, the defensive-minded forward has averaged 5.8 points, 2.2 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 1.2 blocks in 12.1 minutes per game.

  • Raptors' Collin Murray-Boyles: Won't play Tuesday

Murray-Boyles (thumb) will not play Tuesday against the Knicks, Michael Grange of Sportsnet.ca reports.

Murray-Boyles will miss a second straight game Tuesday. His next chance to play comes Thursday against Minnesota. In the meantime, Sandro Mamukelashvili could see a bump in playing time for the Raptors.

  • Scottie Barnes PF | TOR

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Questionable for Tuesday

Barnes is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Knicks with a thigh bruise, per Michael Grange of Sportsnet.ca.

Barnes participated in Monday's practice, which should put him on the right side of the questionable marker for Tuesday. If the All-Star forward is ultimately unable to suit up, Ja'Kobe Walter and Jamal Shead would likely see enough playing time to draw streaming attention in most fantasy leagues.

  • Kyle Anderson SF | MIN

Timberwolves' Kyle Anderson: Signs with Minnesota

Anderson signed a contract with Minnesota on Monday, Dane Moore of 'The Dane Moore NBA Podcast' reports.

Anderson recently secured a buyout with the Grizzlies and will join the Timberwolves ahead of their game Tuesday against Memphis. Anderson will be eligible for the postseason as well. The veteran will likely carve out a decent role with the second unit in Minnesota.

  • DeMar DeRozan SF | SAC

Kings' DeMar DeRozan: Playing time fluctuating

DeRozan racked up nine points (3-5 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds and eight assists over 22 minutes during Sunday's 128-104 loss to the Lakers.

The last-place Kings are starting to take a longer look at some of their young players, which bodes poorly for DeRozan's rest-of-season fantasy outlook. The veteran forward has tallied at least 30 minutes just one time over his last six outings, during which DeRozan has averaged 13.8 points, 5.8 assists, 2.2 rebounds and 0.8 steals in 25.7 minutes per game.
