Coach Aaron Glenn noted Monday that the Jets are still gathering information on the health and availability of Taylor (groin) and Justin Fields (knee), Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports. Fields was inactive for Sunday's 34-10 loss to the Dolphins, and Taylor lasted only two series in the contest because of a groin injury before being replaced by rookie Brady Cook. In terms of the Jets' QB plans for a Week 15 game against the Jaguars, Glenn indicated Monday that the team will "have to see what guys are healthy enough to go out there and give us a chance to win." The team's signal-caller situation likely won't gain any clarity until at least Wednesday, when the Jets' next practice/injury report is posted.

Taylor was forced out of Sunday's game against the Dolphins with a groin injury. Prior to leaving the contest, Taylor completed one of his four pass attempts for six yards and an interception. With Justin Fields (knee) inactive Sunday, Brady Cook is in at QB for the Jets.

Taylor had a solid game in Week 13 against Atlanta with 23.3 Fantasy points, and he's worth using as a low-end starter in deeper leagues in Week 14 against Miami. The Dolphins are No. 7 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks, and three of the past four guys against Miami have scored at least 21.4 points. Taylor also gets Jacksonville in Week 15 and New Orleans in Week 16 if you're looking ahead, and he's worth adding for 1 percent of your remaining FAB.

Taylor completed 19 of 33 passes for 172 yards and a touchdown while rushing eight times for 44 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-24 win over the Falcons. Taylor threw for only 37 yards on 10 first-half passes but connected with Adonai Mitchell for a 52-yard touchdown in the third quarter to tie the score at 14-14. With the Jets trailing 24-17 in the fourth quarter, Taylor led a 15-play, 65-yard touchdown drive, which he capped with a game-tying 10-yard touchdown run with 1:53 remaining. Taylor then led the Jets into range for Nick Folk's game-winning 56-yard field goal on the final play. After notching his first win in three starts this season, Taylor figures to remain atop the depth chart in Week 14 against the Dolphins.

Taylor completed 17 of 28 pass attempts for 222 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Sunday's 23-10 loss to the Ravens. He also rushed five times for 19 yards. Taylor made his second start of the season, this time as a result of Justin Fields being benched. Taylor connected with John Metchie for a 13-yard touchdown in the second quarter, and Taylor's interception came on a meaningless deep heave on the game's final play. The Jets' passing game was noticeably more effective with Taylor after Fields threw for 116 yards or fewer in four of his last five starts prior to losing his starting role. While the team's quarterback situation remains fluid heading into a Week 13 home game against the Falcons, Taylor likely cleared the low bar needed to earn another start.
