Bill picked up the hamstring injury during Cincinnati's Week 2 loss to Kansas City. The 2018 third-round pick wasn't able to practice in any capacity all week, making him unlikely to suit up for Monday's contest. With Sheldon Rankins (hamstring) already ruled out, backups Jay Tufele and Zachary Carter will step into the starting defensive tackle jobs while Lawrence Guy will serve in a rotational depth role, if Hill ends up being ruled out.

He opened the week with back-to-back DNPs, and he'll have one more chance Saturday to practice in some capacity ahead of Monday's game against the Commanders. Sheldon Rankins (hamstring) has also been held out of practice, and if neither he nor Hill can play, then Zachary Carter and Jay Tufele would step up as the starting defensive tackles for Monday's contest.

His departure is a big blow to a depleted Bengals defensive line.
