I'm hopeful that new Bears offensive coordinator Thomas Brown helps Moore break out of his slump, but I would only start him in three-receiver leagues in Week 11 against the Packers. Moore has scored 7.3 PPR points or less in four games in a row. He has not topped four catches, 33 yards, or scored a touchdown in every game over that span, and he had at least six targets in each of his past two outings against Arizona and New England. Cornerback Jaire Alexander and safety Evan Williams are expected to return for the Packers after being out with injuries, and Moore combined for just 14.9 PPR points in two games against Green Bay last season.

Moore caught three of six targets for 24 yards in Sunday's 19-3 loss to the Patriots. He added three rushing yards on his lone carry. Caleb Williams was sacked nine times on the day and had no time in the pocket behind an injury-ravaged offensive line, and as a result Moore's production suffered once again. Over the last four games, the star wideout has managed just a 13-104-0 line on 24 targets. Unless the offensive line gets healthier, Moore and the rest of the Bears' skill players will be tough to trust heading into a Week 11 rivalry game against the Packers.

Moore has been tough to trust lately, and I would only start him in three-receiver leagues in Week 10 against New England. It's not so much about the matchup, although Moore could draw Patriots cornerback Christian Gonzalez, which isn't easy. In Moore's past three games against Jacksonville, Washington and Arizona, he has combined for 18.7 PPR points with 10 catches for 80 yards and no touchdowns on 18 targets. Moore and Caleb Williams aren't on the same page, and Chicago has plenty of weapons besides Moore with Keenan Allen, Rome Odunze, Cole Kmet and D'Andre Swift. I hope Moore breaks out of his slump in Week 10, but he's not a must-start receiver given his recent level of play.

Moore caught two passes on four targets for 27 yards in the Bears' 18-15 loss to the Commanders on Sunday. He also rushed twice for seven yards. Moore struggled in a game in which Caleb Williams completed just 10 passes. However, the receiver has been held to 27 or fewer receiving yards in three of the last four games. The pass catcher has one game this season with double-digit PPR points, and Moore is on pace for one of the worst seasons of his career.

Moore caught four passes for 20 yards in the Bears' 35-16 win over the Jaguars on Sunday in London. Moore was tackled just short of the goal line on a play that could have salvaged his fantasy day. With the Bears dominating the Jaguars, there was little need to force passes to Moore, so the receiver saw a season-low five targets. On the season, Moore has at least eight targets on four occasions, so he'll usually be a high-floor fantasy option with big-game potential.
