The Bills signed Morrow to the 53-man roster Tuesday. Morrow began the regular season on the Bills' active roster, but he was let go Dec. 7 after playing in 11 games. He's back on the 53-man roster due to Baylon Spector (calf) being placed on injured reserve. Morrow will mainly contribute on special teams while bolstering the Bills' linebacker corps.

  • Morrow (groin/core) is not listed on Wednesday's injury report. Morrow spent much of training camp and the preseason dealing with groin and core injuries, but his rehab progressed on schedule and he has no restrictions heading into Sunday's regular-season opener against the Cardinals. He appears locked into a starting role at strong-side linebacker for Buffalo, with Matt Milano (biceps) sidelined until at least late in the season.

  • Morrow was held out of Monday's practice due to groin and core issues, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports. Buffalo brought in Morrow earlier in the offseason after the 29-year-old posted 95 total tackles, including 3.0 sacks, and five passes defended in 2023 with the Eagles. Once Morrow is able to return to the field, he's expected to compete with Dorian Williams for the Bills' top strong-side linebacker position ahead of the team's 2024 campaign.
