Joseph was listed as a full participant Wednesday, although the team didn't hold a practice and his participation was just an estimate. However, it's possible the Illinois product suffered the injury during Thursday's session. Either way, a clearer picture of the extent of his injury should come Friday when the Lions release their next injury report.

Joseph was able to play through a hamstring issue in Week 2 against Tampa Bay, but he popped up on Wednesday's injury report due to a back injury. The fact he was able to practice in full Thursday indicates that he should be good to go for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
