Tillman secured six of 11 targets for 75 yards and a touchdown in the Browns' 27-10 loss to the Chargers on Sunday. Jameis Winston struggled throughout the afternoon against a relentless Chargers defense that sacked him six times and picked him off on three occasions. However, Tillman still garnered enough of his attention to tie with Jerry Jeudy for the team lead in targets while setting the pace in receiving yards. The second-year wideout was also on the other end of Winston's only passing touchdown of the day, securing a difficult 17-yard grab late in the fourth quarter for his third score in the last two games. Tillman has clearly established himself as one of Winston's most trusted targets, leaving the 2023 third-round pick with a bright outlook for a Week 11 road matchup against the Saints following a Week 10 bye.

Tillman is the No. 1 player to add this week, regardless of position, and hopefully, he continues his recent level of play. In two games without Amari Cooper, Tillman has 15 catches for 180 yards and two touchdowns on 21 targets against Cincinnati and Baltimore, and he scored at least 18.1 PPR points in each outing. He has a tough matchup in Week 9 against the Chargers, but Tillman has emerged as a must-start Fantasy receiver in three-receiver leagues. He's worth adding for at least 15 percent of your remaining FAB. And you can also look at Elijah Moore (4 percent rostered), who has done well without Cooper in the past two games. Over that span, Moore has 14 catches for 126 yards on 18 targets, and he scored 16.5 PPR points in Week 8 against the Ravens in Jameis Winston's first start. Moore is worth adding for 5-10 percent of your remaining FAB.

Tillman is the number one wide receiver in Fantasy over the past two weeks with 15 catches for 180 yards and two touchdowns. The offense is more competent with Jameis Winston under center, and they're getting a lot more pass attempts off. It's not a great schedule for the rest of the season, so he'll likely cool off, but he should still be a good No. 3 wide receiver with weekly top-12 upside.

Tillman recorded seven receptions on nine targets for 99 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 29-24 win over the Ravens. Tillman has benefitted from a combination of the departure of Amari Cooper as well as Jameis Winston providing the team with more stable quarterback play. He followed up his breakout Week 7 performance by catching long touchdowns of 22 and 38 yards while serving as the primary deep target in the Browns' offense. Tillman has certainly shown enough to remain locked into a key role, though his stat lines are likely to be volatile if he continues to operate more frequently in deep areas of the field relative to the rest of Cleveland's pass catchers.

In the first game without Amari Cooper in Week 7 against Cincinnati, Tillman stepped up with eight catches for 81 yards on 12 targets. He's now worth adding in all leagues for 5 percent of your remaining FAB. We'll see what happens at quarterback for the Browns with Deshaun Watson (Achilles) out, but Jameis Winston should be great for Tillman if he's named the starter as expected. Tillman might not have a game like this again, and even without Cooper, the Browns still have David Njoku, Jerry Jeudy and Elijah Moore to lean on. But Cooper's departure might be exactly what Tillman needed to unlock his potential, and he's worth a speculative add to see what happens heading into Week 8 against Baltimore.
