St. Brown (ankle) brought in six of nine targets for 92 yards in the Lions' 44-30 win over the Cowboys on Thursday night. The standout receiver's availability was in question leading up to game day due to the low-ankle sprain he'd suffered on Thanksgiving against the Packers, but St. Brown looked to be free of any limitations while making several noteworthy catches. St. Brown finished second in receptions and receiving yards on the night, while also tying Jameson Williams for the team lead in targets. The fifth-year pro also helped seal Detroit's win via his game-long 37-yard grab with under three minutes remaining, setting up Jahmyr Gibbs' 13-yard touchdown run on the next play. St. Brown has now exceeded 90 receiving yards on five occasions heading into a Week 15 road showdown against the Rams on Sunday, Dec. 14.

St. Brown (ankle) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Cowboys. St. Brown departed in the first quarter of last Thursday's loss to the Packers and wasn't able to return due to an ankle injury. He was diagnosed with a low left-ankle sprain in the wake of the contest, and he proceeded to miss all three sessions of Week 14 prep. Despite the lack of activity this week, St. Brown still has a chance to play Thursday, with coach Dan Campbell telling Eric Woodyard of ESPN.com on Tuesday that "if he can play, he'll play." St. Brown added that his ankle "hurts, but it's getting better. So, that's the good news. Just day by day." If St. Brown isn't able to suit up, Jameson Williams will be the clear-cut top WR for the Lions, with Isaac TeSlaa, Tom Kennedy and Dominic Lovett also on hand for targets, as Kalif Raymond (ankle) has been ruled out.

Lions head coach Dan Campbell said that St. Brown (ankle) won't practice Tuesday, but the wideout could still be available for Thursday's game against the Cowboys, Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press reports. St. Brown has yet to practice in any fashion since exiting early in the Lions' Thanksgiving Day loss to the Packers due to a left low-ankle sprain. Campbell acknowledged that the receiver's condition has improved since then and the Lions are leaving the door open for St. Brown to play Thursday, even though he would likely be operating at less than 100 percent. For his part, St. Brown told Birkett that he wants to go through a pregame workout to see how the injury affects his ability to cut and change directions before making a decision on whether he can play. If St. Brown is forced to miss his first game of the season, Tom Kennedy would likely step in as the primary replacement at slot receiver after he recorded four catches for 36 yards on four targets following St. Brown's departure in the loss to Green Bay.

St. Brown (ankle) didn't practice Monday. As expected, St. Brown was idle to begin the practice week ahead of Thursday's game against the Cowboys. St. Brown was injured early in the first quarter of last Thursday's loss to the Packers and was diagnosed with a low-ankle sprain. If St. Brown is unable to play Week 14, Tom Kennedy would likely be the next man up as the slot receiver, but Jameson Williams should again be the biggest beneficiary in terms of target volume.

An MRI revealed that St. Brown suffered a low-ankle sprain during Thursday's loss to the Packers, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. After Thursday's game, coach Dan Campbell said St. Brown's absence likely will be contained to 1-to-2 games if he misses any time, per Colton Pouncy of The Athletic. Tom Pelissero of NFL Network then reported Friday morning that St. Brown was believed to have suffered a low-ankle sprain, which has been confirmed. With the Lions' next game Thursday, Dec. 4 against the Cowboys, they'll be required to post an injury report Monday, at which point St. Brown's initial listed activity level of Week 14 prep will become known.
