Shakir is worth using as a No. 2 Fantasy receiver in all leagues, and he comes into Week 16 against New England having scored at least 15 PPR points in three of his past four games. He has at least seven targets in eight games in a row, and he scored a touchdown in each of his past two outings against the Rams and Lions. The Patriots have allowed five touchdowns to receivers in their past four games, and Shakir should continue to be the No. 1 option for Josh Allen in Week 16.

Shakir secured six of seven targets for 39 yards and a touchdown in the Bills' 48-42 win over the Lions on Sunday. Shakir paced the Bills in receptions and tied for the team lead in targets while scoring a touchdown for the second straight game on a three-yard grab late in the third quarter. Shakir has at least five catches in six of the last seven games, affording him a solid PPR floor heading into a Week 16 home matchup against the Patriots.

We'll see what happens with the Bills receivers now that Keon Coleman (wrist) is set to return in Week 15 at Detroit, but I expect Coleman to impact Amari Cooper more than Shakir. He has at least seven targets in seven games in a row, and he scored at least 13.5 PPR points in four of those outings. Detroit is No. 5 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers, and six receivers in the past five games against the Lions have scored at least 13.6 PPR points. Coleman and Cooper have the potential to be No. 3 Fantasy receiver in Week 15 since the game could be a shootout, but I like Shakir as a No. 2 Fantasy receiver given his role for Josh Allen.

Shakir recorded five receptions on eight targets for 106 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 44-42 loss to the Rams. Shakir was a non-factor in the first half, recording only 21 yards on two targets. He came alive as the offenses matched blows in the final two quarters, however, highlighted by a 51-yard touchdown grab, which came primarily after the catch as he bounced off defenders. On Buffalo's next possession, Shakir caught a 34-yard pass from Josh Allen that finished just one yard shy of another trip to the end zone. This was Shakir's second 100-yard performance of the season and his first touchdown since Week 3.

Shakir had a quiet game in the snow in Week 13 against San Francisco with four catches for 30 yards on seven targets, and his seven PPR points were his lowest total since Week 6. Prior to Week 13, Shakir had scored at least 11 PPR points in five games in a row, including three games with at least 13.5 PPR points over that span. I expect him to get back on track in Week 14 at the Rams, who have allowed seven touchdowns to receivers in their past five games and six receivers to score at least 11.6 PPR points over that span. Shakir is a must-start receiver in three-receiver leagues and a borderline starter in all formats.
