He's fully recovered from the back issue that caused him to be waived from IR by the Bengals early September. In 2024, McLachlan appeared in two regular-season games with Cincinnati but wasn't targeted.

McLachlan was let go by the Bengals in early September after reaching an injury settlement with the team. The tight end now appears to be back to full health, and he'll look to latch on with a team for the stretch run of the season.

McLachlan -- who was let go with an injury settlement -- suited up for just two games as a rookie last season. The nature and severity of his injury have yet to be clarified, but this move opens up the possibility of McLachlan suiting up this season, once he's healthy.
