Las Vegas signed Collier to its practice squad Wednesday. Collier was waived by Baltimore ahead of Week 10, but he's already found another opportunity with a different team less than three weeks later. Both Alexander Mattison (ankle) and Zamir White (quadriceps) are tending to injuries, so it may not be long before Collier hears his name called up to the Raiders' main unit.

The Ravens waived Collier on Tuesday. With Baltimore waiving Collier, it signals that Keaton Mitchell (knee) could be activated from the PUP list ahead of Thursday's game against the Bengals. Collier served mostly as the Ravens' kick returner across his five regular-season outings, during which he accumulated 221 kick return yards. Collier will be elevated for a second straight week to serve as Baltimore's No. 3 running back behind Derrick Henry and Justice Hill. Collier played just one snap on special teams in Week 3 against the Cowboys, and he'll likely be limited to that kind of role for Sunday's game against the Bills.
