  • Chiefs' Matthew Wright: Comes through in the clutch

Wright made all four field-goal attempts and his lone extra-point try in Sunday's 19-17 win over the Chargers.

Wright was perfect, connecting from 47, 33, and 50 yards out, before converting the game-winning 31-yard try as time expired, sealing a win for the Chiefs. The 28-year-old is now 8-for-9 on FGAs in two games with Kansas City this season and could operate as the team's kicker in Week 15 against the Browns if Harrison Butker (knee) isn't ready to return from IR.

  • Vikings' Will Reichard: Misses field goal in win

Reichard made all six extra-point tries but missed his lone field-goal attempt in a 42-21 win over the Falcons on Sunday.

Reichard missed his third field goal of the season when a 47-yard attempt on the Vikings' opening drive of the second half hit the left upright. However, the rookie kicker did remain perfect on PATs and has made all 29 extra-point tries this season.

  • Browns' Dustin Hopkins: Two misses in loss

Hopkins misfired on both field-goal attempts and converted two extra-point kicks in Sunday's 27-14 loss to the Steelers in Week 14.

Hopkins missed wide left on a 38-yarder just before halftime and wasn't close on a 43-yarder he pushed on the first drive coming out of the break. If converted, those two field goals would have tied the game at 13-13. The Browns were in position to add another field goal in the fourth quarter, but coach Kevin Stefanski opted to punt, down 27-7 at the time, from the Steelers' 39-yard line. Hopkins has missed kicks in four of the last five games, going 3-for-9 during that stretch. There will most certainly be a competition next summer for the placekicking job.

  • Graham Gano K | NYG

Giants' Graham Gano: Has clutch field-goal try blocked

Gano went 1-of-2 on field-goal attempts and didn't try an extra point in a 14-11 loss to New Orleans on Sunday.

Gano put the Giants on the board with a 43-yard field goal in the second quarter, but he wasn't asked to attempt the extra point when New York scored its lone touchdown late in the fourth, as the team elected to try for a two-point conversion (which they succeeded on). The veteran kicker got the opportunity to tie the game with 11 seconds remaining in regulation with a 35-yard field-goal attempt, but the Saints blocked the kick, resulting in the Giants' eighth consecutive loss. The blocked kick can't be pinned on Gano -- Saints defender Bryan Bresee leaped over New York's offensive line to get his hand on the ball -- but it meant that Gano has made less than two field goals in four of the six contests he's suited up for this season. With the Giants' offense struggling to put up points, Gano isn't an appealing fantasy target in all but the deepest of leagues.

  • Cairo Santos K | CHI

Bears' Cairo Santos: One point in defeat

Santos did not attempt a field goal in the Bears' 38-13 loss to the 49ers on Sunday.

Santos attempted one extra point in the blowout loss. There have only been two occasions all season in which the kicker has scored seven points, making him a low-upside fantasy option.

  • Panthers' Eddy Pineiro: Misses again in Week 14

Pineiro converted his one field-goal attempt while making one of his two extra-point tries in Sunday's 22-16 loss to the Eagles.

Pineiro has now missed a kick in each of the Panthers' last two games after having missed just one in the previous 11 games. The 29-year-old has made 20 of his 23 field-goal attempts and 21 of his 22 extra-point tries, with his first missed point-after coming in Week 14. He'll aim to rebound in Week 15 when the Panthers host the Cowboys.

  • Blake Grupe K | IND

Saints' Blake Grupe: Misses two FGs in win

Grupe went 0-for-2 on field-goal attempts and 2-for-2 on point-after tries during Sunday's 14-11 win over the Giants.

Grupe failed to convert two field-goal tries of 50-plus yards, first missing wide left on a 53-yarder in the first quarter. He then had a 60-yard attempt blocked as time expired at the end of the first half. The second-year kicker has been steady this season, and he'd previously done well from long distance, going a perfect 5-for-5 on tries of 50-plus over the first 12 games. However, Grupe's struggled as of late with three missed field-goal tries over the last two weeks. He'll look to bounce back next week versus Washington on Sunday, Dec. 15.

  • Dolphins' Jason Sanders: Nearly perfect in OT win

Sanders converted all four of his field-goal attempts during Sunday's 32-26 win over the Jets. He missed his lone extra-point try.

Sanders' lone miss of Week 14 came on a PAT, as he was otherwise perfect, inducing on a long 57-yard field goal. The veteran has now gone seven straight games without missing a field-goal attempt. On the season, across 13 appearances, Sanders is 26-for-30 on field-goal tries and 20-for-21 on PATs. He'll look to remain accurate on the road against Houston in Week 15.

  • Vikings' Will Reichard: Cleared to kick Sunday

Reichard (quadricep) is active for Sunday's game against the Falcons.

Though Reichard carried a questionable tag into Sunday, the Vikings removed most of the mystery about his status by activating him from injured reserve Saturday and waiving John Parker Romo, who had handled kicking duties for each of the last four games. After he was a full participant in practice throughout the week, Reichard looks to have proven his health and will now resume what had been a banner rookie campaign before he landed on IR on Nov. 5. Through his eight appearances on the season, the sixth-round pick out of Alabama converted 14 of 16 field-goal attempts and 23 of 23 extra-point attempts.

  • John Parker Romo: Let go by Minnesota

The Vikings waived Romo on Saturday.

Romo served as the Vikings' primary placekicker for the last four games due to Will Reichard being on IR with a right quadriceps injury. Romo did a serviceable job over that span, going 11-for-12 on field-goal attempts and 7-for-8 on extra-point tries. Romo shouldn't have much trouble catching on with another team this season that is in need of a kicker.
