Gardner Minshew QB | ARI
Jaguars' Gardner Minshew: Manages full practice
Minshew (knee) was a full participant in Friday's practice, Michael DiRocco of ESPN.com reports.
The left knee issue limited Minshew's participation in the first two practices of Week 5, but his ability to complete a full session Friday will allow him to head into Sunday's game in Carolina without an injury designation. The rookie signal-caller will take aim at a stingy Panthers pass defense that has allowed only 5.2 yards per attempt this season, the second-best mark in the NFL.

Josh Allen QB | BUF
Bills' Josh Allen: Questionable for Sunday
Allen (concussion) logged a full practice Friday but is considered questionable for Sunday's game in Tennessee.
Allen still needs to be cleared to play in the game. That's no sure thing at this stage, though coach Sean McDermott says he's comfortable starting Allen -- even ahead of the team's Week 6 bye -- should the quarterback gain clearance from the concussion protocol.

Case Keenum QB | CHI
Redskins' Case Keenum: Questionable, not starting Week 5
Keenum (foot) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Craig Hoffman of 106-7 The Fan Washington reports.
Even if Keenum makes enough progress in his recovery from the right foot injury to suit up this weekend, he'll be working in a backup capacity, as coach Jay Gruden has already named McCoy the team's starting quarterback for the contest. Whether McCoy retains that job beyond this weekend will likely hinge on how he fares, so Keenum is far from a safe bet to slot back in atop the depth chart once he becomes further removed from the foot injury. If Keenum isn't fit to handle the No. 2 job Sunday, rookie Dwayne Haskins will serve as McCoy's understudy.

Colt McCoy QB | ARI
Redskins' Colt McCoy: Named as Week 5 starter
McCoy will start Sunday's game against the Patriots, Craig Hoffman of 106-7 The Fan Washington reports.
McCoy gets his first start of the 2019 campaign, while the No. 2 job will come down to Case Keenum's health, with the veteran quarterback listed as questionable due to a foot injury. McCoy will have his hands full, facing a red-hot Patriots defense without the services of Jordan Reed (concussion) or Vernon Davis (concussion). Washington also has Terry McLaurin (hamstring) listed as questionable, trending toward another game-time decision.

Josh Allen QB | BUF
Bills' Josh Allen: Still in concussion protocol
Coach Sean McDermott said after Friday's practice that Allen remains in the concussion protocol, but noted that he would be comfortable starting the quarterback in the event he gains clearance before Sunday's game against Tennessee, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
Allen practiced within the limitations of the protocol for the third straight day Friday, but fantasy managers needing to make a roster decision on the quarterback will have to wait for the next round of news. Fortunately, the Bills play in the first wave of games Sunday, so resolution on that front will come before the first game kicks off. Matt Barkley will lead the team if Allen is ultimately held out.

Josh Allen QB | BUF
Bills' Josh Allen: Still in protocol
Coach McDermott said after Friday's practice that Allen remains in the concussion protocol, but also said if the quarterback gets cleared before Sunday's game against Tennessee that he'd be comfortable with starting him, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
Allen practiced within the limitations of the protocol for the third straight day Friday, but really, everyone needing to make a roster decision on the quarterback will have to wait for the next round of news. Fortunately, the Bills play in the first wave of games Sunday, while Matt Barkley will lead the team if Allen is ultimately held out.

Josh Allen QB | BUF
Bills' Josh Allen: Practicing again Friday
Allen (concussion) took part in Friday's practice, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.
Allen remains in the concussion protocol, but he has been able to get some work in at all three practice sessions this week, which leaves the door open for him to play Sunday against the Titans. The Bills will release an official update on Allen's status after Friday's practice comes to a close.

Luke Falk QB | NYJ
Jets' Luke Falk: Starting again this week
Falk will start at quarterback Sunday against the Eagles, Ralph Vacchiano of SportsNet New York reports.
Fellow quarterback Sam Darnold (illness) had a chance to return to action in Week 5, but he was not cleared to play by the Jets' medical staff, so Falk will get another start coming out of the Jets' Week 4 bye. Falk and the Jets' offensive line will be tested by a stout Philadelphia front, but for fantasy purposes Falk's matchup could not be much better -- injuries have thinned the Eagles' cornerback ranks, and the team is giving up the most passing yards per game in the league heading into Week 5.

Sam Darnold QB | SEA
Jets' Sam Darnold: Will not return this week
Darnold (illness) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Eagles.
Darnold took first-team reps this week and had a chance to return to action Sunday, but he expressed concern about playing if he was not deemed 100 percent. After Darnold underwent exams performed by the Jets' medical staff earlier Friday, it was determined he's still at too much risk to play, according to Ralph Vacchiano of SportsNet New York. Given that Darnold seemed close to playing Sunday, his chances of returning to action in Week 6 against the Cowboys will be even better with an additional week of recovery time. With Darnold out for a third straight game this weekend, Luke Falk will get the start at quarterback against the Eagles.
