With Matthew Stafford (back) not expected to play Sunday against the Bears, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Driskel is in line to start at QB for the Lions in Week 10.

He'll be backed up by David Blough on Sunday. While Driskel -- who started five games for the Bengals last season -- doesn't posses Stafford's fantasy upside, the 26-year-old is at least an option for those scrambling for a QB fill-in on a bye-heavy week.

With that, Stafford's streak of 136 straight starts is set to come to a halt, which means that Jeff Driskel is slated to start at QB for the Lions on Sunday.

Jackson (illness) is expected to play Sunday against the Bengals, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Jackson's Week 10 status will be officially confirmed prior to the Ravens' 1:00 ET kickoff Sunday, but given that the QB was able to practice fully Friday -- after sitting out Thursday's session -- it's not surprising that he's slated to handle his usual duties against Cincinnati.

Stafford (back) hopes to play Sunday against the Bears, but Adam Schefter of ESPN suggests that the QB "is being told by some not to play" in the contest.

Per the report, a decision on Stafford's Week 10 status isn't likely to arrive until pre-game warmups in advance of Sunday's 1:00 ET kickoff. If he's unable to go, Jeff Driskel would be in line for the start at QB for the Lions, with David Blough in reserve.

It appears as if Stafford's 136-game starting streak could be in serious jeopardy, as the veteran quarterback evidently is dealing with some discomfort thanks to a back injury he suffered last week, in addition to a hip problem that has been giving the 31-year-old issues throughout the better part of October. Multiple reporters indicated Stafford was moving fine at practice this past week, but a questionable designation following Friday's practice report leaves open the possibility Stafford could miss his first game since 2010. Jeff Driskel and David Blough are next up on the team's QB depth chart.

Hoyer will start Sunday's game against the Dolphins after Jacoby Brissett (knee) was downgraded to out.

It's a bit of a surprise to see the Colts rule out Brissett prior to Sunday, as the 26-year-old was able to practice, albeit on a limited basis, all week. Hoyer, who entered last week's contest and finished with a respectable 168 passing yards and three touchdowns, should be primed for a solid matchup against the 1-7 Dolphins, although he'll be without a pair of key pass catchers in T.Y Hilton (calf) and Parris Campbell (hand).

Brissett (knee) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

Brian Hoyer will start at QB in Sunday's 4:05 p.m. ET contest. Chad Kelly was promoted to the active roster from the practice squad.

Mahomes (kneecap), who doesn't carry a Week 10 injury designation after practicing fully all week, feels like he won't be limited physically in his slated return to the lineup Sunday against the Titans, ESPN's Adam Teicher reports. "That's what we tested out this week especially," Mahomes noted Friday. "We put me on the run, and I threw it across my body and did all the stuff I've grown to do as I've been in the NFL and my whole career. I didn't have any pain. I was still able to do it. I wanted to make sure I was able to do that before I got back on that field."

Mahomes hasn't suited up up since dislocating his right kneecap Oct. 17, but he's slated to start Sunday's contest, barring any unexpected setbacks, which will send Matt Moore -- who had been filling in at QB for the Chiefs -- back to a reserve role. Additionally, the return of Mahomes should boost the Week 10 (and beyond) fantasy prospects of key receiving weapons Travis Kelce, Tyreek Hill and Sammy Watkins.

Stafford (hip/back) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Chicago.

Stafford is tending to injuries unrelated to the one he played through earlier this season and at times during the 2018 campaign. He was limited by the back and hip concerns in practice all week, but there doesn't appear to be much worry about his availability this weekend. Look for the Lions to solidify Stafford's status approximately 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

After sitting out Thursday's practice due to an illness, Jackson returned Friday as a full participant. "He looked good," coach John Harbaugh told Clifton Brown of the Ravens' official site. Despite those facts, fantasy managers may want to keep an eye on Baltimore's inactive list, which will be released about 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.
