Rypien officially signed with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent Monday, Nicki Jhabvala of The Athletic reports.

Rypien's contract apparently features a six-figure guarantee, which is a significant amount for an undrafted player. Joe Flacco and second-round pick Drew Lock should begin the season as the team's top-two quarterbacks, while Rypien, out of Boise State, is likely to be in direct competition with Kevin Hogan and Garrett Grayson.

The Seahawks are expected to sign Christion as an undrafted free agent, Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.

A two-year starter in the FCS for South Dakota State, Christion completed 57.9 percent of his passes for 3,020 yards and 32 touchdowns against eight interceptions in 13 games last season. With only Paxton Lynch on the roster behind Russell Wilson, Christion will certainly be a candidate to back up Wilson in 2019.

The Buccaneers are expected to sign Fitzgerald to an undrafted free-agent contract, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.

A three-year starter at Mississippi State, Fitzgerald had his most impressive season as a sophomore in 2016 before regressing a bit the past two years. For his career he completed 54.2 percent of his passes, totaling 6,207 yards, 55 touchdowns and 30 interceptions. He'll compete with Blaine Gabbert and Ryan Griffin for a backup quarterback slot with Tampa Bay in 2019.

Rypien, an undrafted free agent, is expected to sign a contract with the Broncos, Tom Pelissero of NFL.com reports.

Rypien, like many undrafted players, faces an uphill climb to make an NFL roster in 2019. The Broncos drafted Missouri quarterback Drew Lock in the second round of the draft Friday. Rypien, out of Boise State, will likely compete for the backup or third-string quarterback slot and could wind up on Denver's practice squad if he fails to make the 53-man roster.

Browning has agreed to a contract with Minnesota with what is believed to be the largest signing bonus, $140,000, for an undrafted free agent, the Seattle Times reports.

Browning is the Washington Huskies' all-time passing leader, throwing for 12,296 yards and 94 touchdowns. The Vikings signed Sean Mannion to be Kirk Cousins' backup, but he's hardly set in the job and there could be a competition this summer.

The Ravens selected McSorley in the sixth round of the 2019 NFL Draft, 197th overall.

McSorley is a hyper-competitive quarterback who was a consistent winner at Penn State. He lacks the ideal size for an NFL quarterback, checking in at 6-foot and 202 pounds with an average arm. However, McSorley has an athletic profile (4.57 40-yard dash, 7.09 3-cone drill) that could get him on the field if the Ravens ever want to use a two-quarterback package. Some wonder if a position switch could be in McSorley's future, but for now, he profiles as Baltimore's third-string quarterback.

The Jaguars selected Minshew in the sixth round of the 2019 NFL Draft, 178th overall.

Minshew (6-foot-1, 225 pounds) has nothing in the way of pedigree, transferring to Washington State as a graduate after starting on and off at East Carolina before that. He was very productive for the Cougars, completing 70.7 percent of his passes for 4,779 yards, 38 touchdowns and nine interceptions, but he doesn't show as much in the way of tools and might falter outside of the favorable Mike Leach Air Raid. Minshew completed only 57.9 percent of his passes for 6.9 YPA at East Carolina, for instance. There's not much reason to think Minshew can even compete with a Cody Kessler type, so he might be destined for the practice squad.

The Chargers selected Stick in the fifth round of the 2019 NFL Draft, 166th overall.

The Chargers signed Tyrod Taylor in the offseason and still have Cardale Jones on their roster following a 2017 preseason trade, so Stick will have plenty of competition for a potential roster spot. It's a bit bizarre to see Los Angeles invest so heavily in backup quarterbacks that resemble statue-equese Philip Rivers (ankle) in such a polar opposite way, as Stick is just the latest mobile option. That might be his only notable attribute however, as the North Dakota State product took over for Carson Wentz following his selection in the 2016 NFL Draft, proving to be more of a weapon on the ground (677 rushing yards, 5.8 yards per carry in his senior season) as opposed to a passer.

The Patriots selected Stidham in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft, 133rd overall.

Stidham is a former blue chip recruit who showed various levels of promise with first Baylor and then Auburn, but he never lived up to his recruiting pedigree in terms of production, and he never displayed the kind of tools you'd need to project much further development. Stidham conventionally profiles as a backup at 6-foot-2, 218 pounds with various adequate traits but none that are truly reassuring. He finished his collegiate career completing 64.3 percent of his passes for 7,217 yards (8.5 YPA), 48 touchdowns and 13 interceptions, so there's a little bit of skill for the Patriots to mold and then probably pawn off to another team in a trade a couple years from now.

The Panthers selected Grier in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft, 100th overall.

Grier is the fifth quarterback taken in this year's class after a unique college career that began at Florida and ended at West Virginia with a PED suspension in between. He lacks ideal arm strength, but he still threw for 7,354 yards and 71 touchdowns over his two seasons with the Mountaineers. There are drawbacks to his game, however; Grier can get reckless with the ball (20 interceptions at WVU). He'll be Cam Newton's backup, and it remains to be seen whether he has the skill set to be an NFL starter at some point.
