  • Lions' Matthew Stafford: Brutal performance in loss

Stafford (back) completed 18 of 32 passes for 116 yards in Sunday's 27-9 loss to the Vikings.

Stafford moved the ball well early, but he couldn't finish off drives as his team took a 9-0 lead on three field goals. The offense completely stalled after that, and Detroit's starting quarterback was even removed for backup Matt Cassel in the fourth quarter with the game well in hand for the opposition. Even if the Lions decide against shutting Stafford down for the meaningless finale in Green Bay, his 1,126 passing yards and 3:3 touchdown-to-interception ratio over the past six weeks don't inspire much confidence.

  • Sam Darnold QB | SEA

Jets' Sam Darnold: Career game wasted by poor defense

Darnold completed 24 of 35 passes for 341 yards and three touchdowns while rushing three times for four yards in Sunday's 44-38 overtime loss to the Packers.

Darnold extended wide receiver Robby Anderson's touchdown streak to three games with a 33-yard connection in the second quarter, then added a five-yard score to Chris Herndon and a 20-yarder to Elijah McGuire, both in the third. Unfortunately for the rookie third overall selection, this career-high performance in the passing yards category was wasted by New York's undisciplined defense, as the Jets' 16 penalties for 172 yards helped keep the Packers in the game and spurred Green Bay's 24-3 run in the fourth quarter and overtime. Darnold threw for just 169 yards in the next game after topping the 300-yard mark back in Week 2, so he'll look to avoid a similar letdown in Week 17 against the Patriots.

  • Deshaun Watson QB | CLE

Texans' Deshaun Watson: Rushes for two scores in loss

Watson completed 29 of 40 passing attempts for 339 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 32-30 loss to the Eagles. He added two more scores and 49 yards rushing on eight attempts.

Watson did it all for the Texans, but it wasn't enough for the victory Sunday. He took the ball in from five and six yards out in the second quarter to give Houston a 16-13 lead at the half. Philadelphia would score 17 unanswered points before Watson would throw his two touchdowns to take the lead with just over two minutes remaining. Unfortunately, Nick Foles had the last laugh and drove down the field for a game-winning field goal as time expired. The 23-year-old will try to help his team rebound at home Week 17 against Jacksonville.

  • Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT

Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Beats Jets with his legs

Rodgers (groin/knee) completed 37 of 55 passes for 442 yards and two touchdowns while adding 32 yards and two touchdowns on five carries and running in a two-point conversion in Sunday's 44-38 overtime win over the Jets.

Given how effective he was with his legs, it's safe to say Rodgers wasn't at all limited by the groin injury he picked up last week. The veteran quarterback's pair of passing touchdowns were a 49-yarder to Jake Kumerow and a 16-yarder to Davante Adams, the latter of which won the game in overtime. That game-winning touchdown was set up by a pair of one-yard Rodgers rushing scores in the fourth quarter. Owners who stuck with Rodgers through this down season by his lofty standards were handsomely rewarded in what was the championship round for most fantasy leagues. Oddly enough, Rodgers is the only quarterback in football history to throw for 400 yards and log two rushing touchdowns in a game, a feat he's now accomplished twice in his career. Rodgers will likely be productive in Week 17 as well given his history of dominating the Lions.

  • Jeff Driskel QB | WAS

Bengals' Jeff Driskel: First game with multiple passing TDs

Driskel completed 13 of 19 attempts for 133 yards and two touchdowns, adding five rushes for 21 yards during Sunday's 26-18 loss to the Browns.

Driskel has been anything but dynamic as a passer in four starts for the Bengals this season, completing a respectable 60.3 percent of his throws since Dec. 2, but averaging fewer than 145 passing YPG over his past three outings. The former sixth-round pick came on late against Cleveland on Sunday, but he was utterly anemic through the first half of the contest, completing just two of six attempts for three yards. Coming into the weekend, Driskel had failed to finish better than QB21 in any of his three starts (standard scoring) -- with a 154-yard outing in Week 16, that trend is unlikely to change. Week 17 brings a formidable matchup against a Steelers defense that ranks second in the NFL in sacks (46) and 13th in passing yards allowed per game (237).

  • Dak Prescott QB | DAL

Cowboys' Dak Prescott: Efficient in division-clinching win

Prescott completed 20 of 25 passes for 161 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions in the Cowboys' 27-20 win over the Buccaneers on Sunday. He also gained two yards and scored another touchdown on four rushes.

Prescott did what he had to do to keep the Cowboys ahead, flinging a four-yard touchdown pass to Michael Gallup late in the third quarter, a score preceded by a seven-yard rushing TD in the first quarter that knotted the game at 7-7. The touchdown on the ground was Prescott's sixth of the campaign, while his 80.0 percent completion rate was his second in the last four contests. Prescott's passing yardage totals have been positively pedestrian the last two games -- 206 and 161, respectively -- but his mistake-free effort Sunday proved to be enough to allow the Cowboys to clinch the NFC East. Prescott's level of participation in a Week 17 regular-season finale versus the Giants is to be determined.

  • Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN

Dolphins' Ryan Tannehill: Mediocre in loss

Tannehill completed 15 of 22 passes for 146 yards, one touchdown and one interception during Sunday's 17-7 loss to the Jaguars. He also rushed three times for 22 yards.

Tannehill was unable to get the Dolphins offense going during Sunday's playoff-eliminating loss, capping the day with a fourth quarter, 33-yard interception that resulted in a pick-six. On the day, the Tannehill-led Miami offense was just two of nine on third downs and did not log a single play in Jacksonville territory during the second half. It's fair to question Tannehill's long-term security with the team as the offseason approaches, especially considering his $26.6 million cap hit next year.

  • Browns' Baker Mayfield: Picks apart Cincy secondary

Mayfield completed 27 of 37 pass attempts, racking up 284 yards and three touchdowns during Sunday's 26-18 win against the Bengals. The rookie quarterback added six rushes for 16 yards.

Throughout this 2018 campaign, Mayfield continues to establish himself as the most NFL-ready rookie quarterback. He helped keep a perpetually tortured Browns franchise in the playoff mix through mid-December, while boasting an impressive 24:11 TD:INT ratio on the season. The Oklahoma standout has been deadly accurate of late, completing at least 73 percent of his passes in three of his past five outings, and averaging over 270 passing YPG while helping Cleveland win three straight games for the first time since 2014. Week 17 brings a prohibitive matchup against a Baltimore defense that's only allowed one quarterback to exceed 200 passing yards (Patrick Mahomes) over its past five outings.

  • Kirk Cousins QB | LV

Vikings' Kirk Cousins: Tosses three TDs in win

Cousins completed 21 of 28 passes for 253 yards and three touchdowns while rushing once for one yard in Sunday's 27-9 win over Detroit.

Cousins threw two touchdown passes in the final 1:32 of the first half to turn a 9-0 deficit into a 14-9 lead. The first was an eight-yard score to Stefon Diggs while the second was a 44-yard Hail Mary caught by tight end Kyle Rudolph with no time on the clock. He added a four-yarder to Rudolph early in the fourth quarter to finish with a 3:0 touchdown-to-interception ratio after posting a 4:3 mark over the previous three games. This was a step in the right direction, but there's a good chance Cousins regresses in Week 17 against the stingy Bears defense.

  • Jameis Winston QB | NYG

Buccaneers' Jameis Winston: Productive in defeat

Winston completed 34 of 48 passes for 336 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions in the Buccaneers' 27-20 loss to the Cowboys on Sunday. He also rushed four times for 14 yards and lost two fumbles, one of which was returned for a touchdown.

From a fantasy perspective, Winston's final line was strong overall, but one of his miscues was responsible for the Cowboys' final margin of victory. The fourth-year signal-caller gave up the ball on a sack at the Cowboys' 31-yard line late in the first quarter, and Jaylon Smith scooped it up and returned it 69 yards for a touchdown. Winston otherwise was sharp for the most part and gave Tampa a fighting chance at a possible game-tying drive when he capped off an eight-play, 71-yard march with a seven-yard touchdown pass to Mike Evans just before the two-minute warning. The 300-yard effort was Winston's fourth of the season, but he failed to throw multiple touchdowns for the second straight game after a four-game streak of throwing a pair of scores. Winston will look to put together a strong finish to his rollercoaster season in a Week 17 divisional matchup versus the Falcons.
