  • Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT

Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Outstanding in Week 12 win

Rodgers completed 30 of 39 passes for 313 yards and two touchdowns, while rushing six times for 26 yards in Monday night's win over the Eagles.

Rodgers came out dealing Monday, leading the Packers to touchdowns on their first two offensive drives. After finding Davante Adams for a 12-yard score to start off, Rodgers dropped in a beautiful 20-yard touchdown dart to Adams on the next series. Overall, he completed a season-high 76.9 percent of his throws, with four of Green Bay's eight pass-catchers on the night finishing with five or more receptions. Per usual, Rodgers also kept the sticks moving with timely scrambles out of the pocket, despite appearing a bit gimpy during the second half. Although his streak of five straight games with at least three total touchdowns was snapped Monday, Rodgers has now passed for at least 300 yards in three consecutive contests, putting him in great form ahead of Sunday's visit from the Texans.

  • Derek Carr QB | NO

Raiders' Derek Carr: Two dislocations in finger

Carr dislocated his finger in two places but didn't suffer any breaks during Sunday's game against the Panthers, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports.

Carr's injury forced him to immediately exit Sunday's contest, but he ultimately returned shortly thereafter to engineer another comeback victory for the Raiders. Carr was highly effective in doing so, and said Monday he expects to be alright following the injury, which happened to the pinky finger on his throwing hand. Although he could still land on the injury report this week, Carr should be fine by the time this Sunday's game versus the Bills kicks off.

  • Sam Bradford QB | MIN

Vikings' Sam Bradford: Dealing with ankle issue

Per the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, "it would be a surprise" if Bradford, who is dealing with an ankle issue, didn't start Thursday night's game against the Cowboys.

That said, the report notes that the QB appeared to have "a slight hitch in his step" as he walked through the Vikings' locker room after Monday's practice, so his status is worth monitoring. Bradford was officially listed as a limited participant in the session.

  • Sam Bradford QB | MIN

Vikings' Sam Bradford: Limited with ankle injury

Bradford was limited in Monday's practice with an ankle injury.

No injury was reported for Bradford after Thursday's game, so this is likely minor. Still, make sure he's able to practice the next two days before Thursday's game against Dallas.

  • Derek Carr QB | NO

Raiders' Derek Carr: Swollen pinky finger

Carr has some swelling on his pinky finger but expects to be alright going forward, Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Carr appeared to suffer a gruesome dislocation of his right pinky finger during Sunday's game against the Panthers. Although that incident forced him into an immediate exit, Carr eventually returned and impressively led the Raiders to another comeback victory. While that calmed any concern over his injury, so too does his expectation that he'll be fine besides some swelling to start this week.

  • Trevor Siemian QB | ATL

Broncos' Trevor Siemian: Career game in loss to Chiefs

Siemian completed 20 of 34 passes for 368 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's game against the Chiefs. He added 23 rushing yards on five carries in the 30-27 loss.

Siemian struggled to get the offense moving in the first half, but things opened up as the game moved along and he totaled a career-high in passing yards while throwing for multiple scores with no interceptions for the second time in 2016. He struck from all over the field as well, completing touchdown passes of six, 35 and 76 yards. Siemian has been viewed as nothing more than a stopgap until Paxton Lynch is ready to take over, but he has acquitted himself nicely and has six games of at least 258 yards passing this year-- as many as both Matthew Stafford and Derek Carr. He will have the opportunity to build off of this performance next week against the Jaguars.

  • Jameis Winston QB | NYG

Buccaneers' Jameis Winston: Efficient, effective early in Week 12 victory

Winston completed 21 of 28 passes for 220 yards with two touchdowns and an interception in Sunday's 14-5 win over the Seahawks. He also gained 12 yards on five rushes.

Although he effectively steered the ship through all four quarters against one of the NFL's elite defenses, Winston set the tone for the upset victory with his play in the first quarter. The second-year gunslinger found favorite target Mike Evans for touchdowns of three and 23 yards, giving the Bucs a 14-0 lead they'd never relinquished. With an inspired defense supporting him by applying relentless pressure on the Seattle offense throughout the afternoon, Winston was able to essentially play the role of game manager over the final three quarters, although his fast start enabled him to record his fifth multi-touchdown game in the last six contests. He also continued his effective work outside the pocket, as he was 7-for-8 with a touchdown under those circumstances Sunday. With Tampa now 6-5 and in the thick of the playoff hunt, Winston will look to take his positive mojo out west for a Week 13 showdown with the Chargers in San Diego.

  • Marcus Mariota QB | WAS

Titans' Marcus Mariota: Extends multi-touchdown streak to eight

Mariota completed 15 of 23 passes for 226 yards and two touchdowns, and he added four carries for 46 yards in their 27-21 Sunday win over the Bears.

Mariota completed each of his first seven attempts, culminating with a four-yard touchdown pass to tight end Delanie Walker. He added a 29-yard strike to Rishard Matthews before halftime to make it 21-7, but he slowed down after that while leading the Titans to just six second-half points. Mariota heads into his Week 13 bye having thrown multiple touchdown passes in eight consecutive starts.

  • Derek Carr QB | NO

Raiders' Derek Carr: Leads winning drive after returning from injury

Carr (hand/finger) completed 26 of 38 passes for 315 yards and two touchdowns with an interception in Sunday's game against the Panthers. He also lost a fumble in the 35-32 win.

Carr got off to a hot start, with over 100 yards and a touchdown in the first quarter, but he was forced to leave briefly with an injury to the pinkie finger on his throwing hand. He later dispelled any fears about his health, returning to the game sporting a glove and proceeding to lead a 75-yard touchdown drive to tie the game before an 82-yard march to the winning field goal. It remains to be seen how much of an issue his finger will be throughout the week, but Carr seems poised to face the Bills next Sunday on the back of five straight victories.

  • Tyrod Taylor QB | GB

Bills' Tyrod Taylor: Throws touchdown and runs in another

Taylor completed 12 of 18 passes for 166 yards and a touchdown while adding seven carries for 38 yards and another touchdown in Sunday's 28-21 win over the Jaguars.

Taylor enjoyed having top receiver Sammy Watkins back for the first time since Week 2, connecting with him three times for 80 yards. This was the dual-threat quarterback's third game of the season with both a passing and a rushing touchdown. Taylor has rushed for over 30 yards in six straight games, which has helped offset four sub-200-yard passing performances over that span.
