Giants list two offensive players out for Week 3
The New York Giants released their injury report for Week 3, and two players -- tackle David Diehl and tight end Adrien Robinson -- have been ruled out for this week's game against the Panthers.
Guard Brandon Mosley (back), quarterback Ryan Nassib (ankle), and wide receiver Hakeem Nicks (personal matter) are listed as probable.

Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Ryan Tannehill seeking another productive performance
Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill will look to stay productive heading into a favorable matchup against the Falcons at home in Week 3.
Tannehill had only 419 passing yards with one touchdown and three interceptions through the first two weeks of his rookie season. Through two games, Tannehill has completed 65.3 percent of his passes and has thrown for 591 yards with two touchdowns and one interception. He'll face an Atlanta defense that allowed 352 yards passing to Sam Bradford last week. Quarterbacks against the Falcons have averaged 28.0 Fantasy points per game through two weeks, the sixth-most allowed in the league.
Tannehill has also used his legs more at home in the past. During his rookie season, Tannehill rushed for 35 yards on 24 attempts away from home. He's rushed for 180 yards and two touchdowns on 34 attempts (5.3 yards per carry) at Sun Life Stadium.
Owners that drafted Tannehill -- or picked him up on waivers -- have typically relied on him as a backup option. At this point, we may need to see more out him before considering him a solid starting option. Keep him on the bench in most Fantasy formats heading into Week 3. -

Ryan Tannehill still limited by shoulder
Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill was limited in practice yet again Thursday, as he continues to deal with a shoulder injury. His status for Week 3 against the Falcons will be determined Friday, but there is no indication he is at risk of missing time at this point.

Eagles list one injured player among inactives
The Eagles revealed their inactives for Week 3 against the Chiefs Thursday, and they feature just one injured player, in offensive lineman Dennis Kelly (back). The other six players listed are: quarterback Matt Barkley, defensive backs Jordan Poyer and Roc Carmichael, offensive linemen Matt Tobin and Dennis Kelly (back), defensive lineman Damion Square and tight end Emil Igwenagu.

Blaine Gabbert QB | KC
Blaine Gabbert still unlikely to play Sunday
Jaguars coach Gus Bradley said quarterback Blaine Gabbert (hand) did "throw the ball well" Thursday, but added it's unlikely Gabbert will be even a backup option Week 3 at Seattle. Bradley said Gabbert is dealing with some soreness.
Chad Henne is expected to make a second straight start Sunday.

Andy Dalton QB | PHI
Andy Dalton in line for nice week
Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton had a somewhat disappointing Week 2 against the Steelers, going 25-of-45 for 280 yards and a touchdown. It still resulted in 18 points, but with so many solid quarterback performances this season, Dalton needs to put up about 25 points per week to get into that top 12 area.
Enter the Green Bay Packers, who have allowed the third-most net passing yards in the NFL this season (718), the second-most passing touchdowns (six), and the fourth-most Fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks (32).
While Dalton may not be one of your top options every week, he's a solid play for Sunday because of the nice matchup. The Packers have been hammered by Robert Griffin III and Colin Kaepernick -- two normally mobile quarterbacks who produced just 23 rushing yards between them against Green Bay -- and Dalton, while not quite in their category, has the weapons to pick apart the defense and get into that 25-point club in Week 3.
He's not a must-start, but Dalton can be safely inserted into starting lineups in most leagues and give his owners a nice Fantasy day.

Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT
Aaron Rodgers a solid option in Week 3
Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is going to be a top five Fantasy option at quarterback most games, and Week 3 is no exception, as the Packers face off against the Bengals.
Cincinnati hasn't been terrible against quarterbacks this year, allowing an average of just 17 Fantasy points per game (12th-fewest in the NFL). However, the Bengals did allow Jay Cutler to score 20 points in Week 1 and had a somewhat fortuitous matchup against the Steelers in Week 2, as Pittsburgh had lost Maurkice Pouncey and were playing without an injured Heath Miller, making Ben Roethlisberger relatively ineffective.
Rodgers and the Packers just have too many offensive weapons to be counted out. They are second in the NFL in passing yards (781 net) and second in passing touchdowns, with seven.
Rodgers should be started in all leagues, and should finish Sunday with a nice amount of Fantasy points.

Brian Hoyer QB | LV
Offensive coordinator downplays long-term prospects of Brian Hoyer
Browns offensive coordinator Norv Turner called the opportunity for new starting quarterback Brian Hoyer to keep his job long-term premature, per the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Turner added on Thursday that the game Sunday in Minnesota would simply provide Hoyer with a chance to compete against "a great defense on the road."
It remains to be seen if Hoyer will keep his job upon the eventual return of Brandon Weeden from a thumb injury, but the coaches have reportedly become disenchanted with the latter.

Geno Smith QB | NYJ
Geno Smith to lead the charge against Bills?
Jets quarterback Geno Smith could be in line for a solid showing Week 3 against the Bills.
Buffalo has not allowed any rushing touchdowns in the first two games, but have given up four through the air. Smith, however, has been mainly held in check in his first two games. Through two games, he has 1 passing touchdown and 4 interceptions. After Smith's rough 3 interception game against New England, the team could look to get the running game going. Smith remains a risky Fantasy play.
