  • Jordan Love QB | GB

Packers' Jordan Love: Middling numbers in Week 14 loss

Love completed 25 of 39 passes for 218 yards with one touchdown and one interception and added two carries for two yards in the Packers' 24-22 loss to the Giants on Monday night. He also lost a fumble.

Love's numbers have to be considered a disappointment under any circumstance, as the matchup appeared to be a favorable one coming in and both the quarterback and the Packers as a whole had plenty of momentum. The fourth-year pro did appear to put Green Bay in excellent position for a win with a six-yard touchdown pass to Malik Heath with 1:33 remaining, but Tommy DeVito was able to lead the Giants on a 57-yard game-winning march to secure the victory. Love's interception didn't lead to any points for New York but did come at the Giants' 23-yard line, and that pick was preceded by a fumble at the hosts' 27-yard line as well. He had thrown for at least 267 yards and two touchdowns in each of the previous four games coming into Monday night, and he hadn't thrown an interception in the last three contests. Love will aim to right the ship and keep his team's thin playoff hopes alive in a Week 15 home matchup against the Buccaneers.

  • Will Levis QB | TEN

Titans' Will Levis: Leads comeback victory

Levis completed 23 of 38 passes for 327 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Monday's 28-27 win over Miami. He added four rushes for 15 yards.

Levis had an unremarkable first half in which he threw a pick-six while also struggling to consistently place the ball accurately. Things turned around for him in the second half, however, as he connected with several different Tennessee pass catchers for chunk gains. All told, he completed seven passes of at least 20 yards to top 300 passing yards in a game for the first time in his career. While it was a positive performance for the rookie, Derrick Henry continues to dominate work near the goal line, leaving Levis with one or fewer touchdowns in five of his seven starts.

  • Tua Tagovailoa QB | ATL

Dolphins' Tua Tagovailoa: Exposed after Hill injury

Tagovailoa completed 23 of 33 passes for 240 yards without a touchdown or interception in Monday's 28-27 loss to the Titans. He added three rushing attempts for 15 yards and fumbled twice, losing one.

Tagovailoa fumbled a snap on second-and-goal from the 2-yard line to end Miami's opening drive, and the offense bogged down after Tyreek Hill left with an ankle injury on the following possession. Tagovailoa finished the first half with just 84 passing yards, and while the Dolphins found more success after Hill returned in the third quarter, Miami's three touchdowns came on a pick-six and two Raheem Mostert touchdown runs set up by fumble recoveries deep in Tennessee territory. The Dolphins got the ball down by one with 1:49 remaining but turned it over on downs with Hill playing at less than 100 percent. Given how poorly Tagovailoa played while Hill wasn't in the game, he could struggle Week 15 against the stout Jets secondary if Hill isn't healthy.

  • Sean Mannion QB | SEA

Sean Mannion: Back to practice squad

The Seahawks reverted Mannion to the practice squad Monday.

Mannion was elevated by the Seahawks on Saturday, just one day after joining their practice squad after being let go by the Vikings on Nov. 28. He was active for Sunday's 28-16 loss to the 49ers with Geno Smith (groin) ruled out for the game, and the former acted as the backup to Drew Lock. Mannion didn't see the field Sunday, though he could operate as the backup for the Week 15 game against the Eagles if Smith is unable to play.

  • Joe Flacco QB | CIN

Browns' Joe Flacco: Heads back to practice squad

Flacco reverted to the Browns' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

This move is merely procedural after the Browns elevated Flacco to start the team's last two games. So far, he's fared well in those outings, completing 49 of 89 passes for 565 yards, five touchdowns and two interceptions while losing his only fumble. Cleveland has gone 1-1 in that span to remain firmly in the playoff race at 8-5, and coach Kevin Stefanski called Flacco the Browns' starting quarterback for the rest of the season following Sunday's 31-27 win against the Jaguars. It remains to be seen if the team will keep him on the practice squad this week in order to elevate him for a Week 15 matchup with the Bears or instead sign him outright to the active roster, but both options are on the table.

  • Geno Smith QB | NYJ

Seahawks' Geno Smith: Week 15 status currently cloudy

Coach Pete Carroll said, "We'll see," regarding Smith's chances to return to action next Monday against the Eagles, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports. "These couple days right here just are so invaluable for him getting all the treatment he gets and then just the rest time," Carroll added.

Smith injured his groin during practice last Thursday, which sidelined him at Friday's session and resulted in his first absence as a member of the Seahawks on Sunday at San Francisco. Seattle will be afforded a bit more time than normal for a Week 15 matchup on Monday Night Football, meaning the team won't reconvene for practice again until Thursday, at the earliest. As intimated by Carroll, Smith will focus on rehab and recovery Tuesday and Wednesday before seeing if he'll be able to take part in drills later this week. Until Smith is healthy again, though, Drew Lock will handle No. 1 QB duties for the Seahawks.

  • Dolphins' Skylar Thompson: Working as emergency QB in Week 14

Thompson (coach's decision) is inactive and will serve as Miami's emergency third quarterback against the Titans on Monday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Thompson hasn't yet been active for a game this season, though he's consistently been Miami's emergency quarterback behind Tua Tagovailoa and Mike White. Thompson won't be able to enter Monday night's contest unless both Tagovailoa and White are unable to continue due to injury or disqualification.

  • Justin Herbert QB | LAC

Chargers' Justin Herbert: Procedure on finger likely

Herbert is reportedly likely to undergo a procedure Tuesday to address his fractured right index finger, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Per the report, whether Herbert will have a chance to return to action this season will be determined by the anticipated procedure. Further details from the Chargers likely will emerge regarding the QB's status, but Schefter reported earlier Monday that Herbert isn't expected to play Thursday night against the Raiders. Easton Stick is next up for the team's signal-caller duties for any length of time Herbert misses.

  • Tyrod Taylor QB | NYJ

Giants' Tyrod Taylor: Activated but will be backup Monday

Taylor (ribs) was activated from injured reserve Monday, but he will back up Tommy DeVito in Monday's game against the Packers, Charlotte Carroll of The Athletic reports.

Taylor is back on the active roster after a full week of practice, but he'll remain in a reserve role Monday. DeVito won his last two starts prior to the Giants' bye, while Taylor posted a record of 1-2 as a starter prior to his stint on IR.

  • C.J. Stroud QB | HOU

Texans' C.J. Stroud: Remains in protocol Monday

Coach DeMeco Ryans said Monday that Stroud remains in concussion protocol, Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Ryans confirmed that Stroud has been diagnosed with a concussion. The team is likely to take a cautious approach with its rookie quarterback, even in the midst of a heated playoff race, so Stroud seems unlikely to suit up for Sunday's game in Tennessee. Stroud's participation level in practice will offer insight into how quickly he's progressing through the concussion protocol, but if Stroud fails to gain clearance before Sunday, Davis Mills would be in line to make his first start of the season.
