Daniel Jones QB | IND
Giants' Daniel Jones: Active, but unlikely to play
Jones is active for Sunday's game against the Eagles but is considered unlikely to play, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
Ranaan notes that Jones went out for an early warmup Sunday, but Jones looks like he'll be available only in an emergency with multiple reports having suggested that practice-squad call-up Davis Webb will draw the start at quarterback, while Tyrod Taylor likely serves as his backup. The Giants are locked into as the No. 6 seed in the NFC playoff regardless of the outcomes of this weekend's action, so head coach Brian Daboll's top objective Sunday is to come out of the game in Philadelphia with key players in optimal health. To that end, the Giants have made star running back Saquon Barkley, starting left tackle Andrew Thomas and standout defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence healthy inactives for the contest.

Jalen Hurts QB | PHI
Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Back in action in Week 18
Hurts (shoulder) is active for Sunday's game versus the Giants
Making his first appearance since Week 15, Hurts will work through any lingering issues with his sprained right throwing shoulder as the Eagles seek the No. 1 seed in the NFC. During a Week 14 road win against the Giants, he completed 21 of 31 passes for 217 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions while rushing seven times for 77 yards and another score. Another productive outing for Hurts may be in store against a New York team that may not use many regulars due to being locked into the sixth seed in the NFC.

Teddy Bridgewater QB | DET
Dolphins' Teddy Bridgewater: Active, but won't start
Bridgewater (finger/knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Jets.
While starting in place of Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) in last week's loss to the Patriots, Bridgewater exited early with a dislocated right pinky finger. Because of that injury along with a lingering knee issue, Bridgewater never managed anything more than limited participation in practices Wednesday through Friday, prompting head coach Mike McDaniel to name third-string quarterback Skylar Thompson the Week 18 starter with Tagovailoa still sidelined. McDaniel noted, however, that Bridgewater progressed from the dislocated finger faster than anticipated, so he'll at least get the opportunity to dress and could even play if Thompson struggles or exits early with an injury more serious than Bridgewater's. The Dolphins also brought up another quarterback (Mike Glennon) from the practice squad and are making him active Sunday, so it's unclear if Glennon or Bridgewater will represent Thompson's direct backup.

Anthony Brown QB | BUF
Ravens' Anthony Brown: Gets first NFL start
Brown will start at quarterback Sunday afternoon in Cincinnati with Tyler Huntley (shoulder) declared inactive, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
The Ravens are prioritizing preparation for the playoffs, holding out some other starters that weren't even listed on the injury report. Brown, an undrafted rookie, won't have TE Mark Andrews or RB J.K. Dobbins at his disposal for his first NFL start, and other key players could also be rested or pulled early. Brown completed three of five passes in a Week 14 win over the Steelers after Huntley entered concussion protocol, mostly handing the ball off to his running backs.

Mike White QB | CAR
Jets' Mike White: Inactive for Week 18
White (ribs) is inactive for Sunday's season finale against Miami, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
White aggravated his rib injury -- which reportedly entails five fractures -- in an ugly Week 17 performance at Seattle. Joe Flacco will start the season finale, while White can focus on his recovery as he prepares to hit unrestricted free agency this offseason (unless he re-signs with the Jets first). Zach Wilson will be the team's backup QB in the season finale against Miami.

Tyler Huntley QB | BAL
Ravens' Tyler Huntley: Inactive against Bengals
Huntley (shoulder) is inactive for Sunday's game in Cincinnati, leaving Anthony Brown as the Ravens' starting quarterback, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Reports throughout the week mostly suggested Huntley was on track to play, but then Saturday he was said to be a true game-time decision and is now officially out for the season finale. Brown, an undrafted rookie, previously got some playing time Week 14 against the Steelers when Huntley left early due to a concussion.

Gardner Minshew QB | ARI
Eagles' Gardner Minshew: Headed back to No. 2 role
Minshew is set to return to the backup role Sunday against the Giants with Jalen Hurts (shoulder) listed as questionable but slated to start at quarterback in the regular-season finale, ESPN.com reports.
While filling in for Hurts in losses to the Cowboys and Saints in Weeks 16 and 17, respectively, Minshew completed 42 of 72 pass attempts for 629 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions to go with five rushing yards and another score. Though Hurts practiced in some capacity all week and isn't expected to be limited Sunday while the Eagles look to secure the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs with a win, the Giants are heavy underdogs and will be starting their third-string quarterback (Davis Webb) while also likely resting several other key players. With that in mind, it wouldn't be surprising if Minshew ends up getting in some snaps in relief of Hurts during the second half if the Eagles have turned the game into a blowout.

Anthony Brown QB | BUF
Ravens' Anthony Brown: Candidate for Week 18 start
Brown took the reps with the first-team offense during practice this week and could start Sunday in Cincinnati if Tyler Huntley (shoulder/wrist) -- who is listed as questionable -- isn't available, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Top quarterback Lamar Jackson (knee) has already been ruled out for a fifth straight game, and though Huntley is the next man up on the depth chart, he wasn't able to do much throwing in practice this week while he manages right shoulder tendinitis. Though Baltimore has some playoff positioning at stake in Week 18, the team is most likely to wind up as the AFC's No. 6 seed and take on the Bengals in a rematch during the wild-card round, so head coach John Harbaugh could choose to err on the side of caution and hold Huntley out. The Ravens elevated a fourth quarterback (Brett Hundley) to the roster Saturday, potentially setting the stage for Hundley to back up Brown while Huntley sits out. Resolution on the Ravens' plans at quarterback should come when the team releases its inactive list 90 minutes prior to the 1 p.m. ET kickoff, but Brown looks like he may have a chance at seeing his first extended NFL action. The undrafted rookie out of Oregon's lone appearance to date came against the Steelers back in Week 14, when he completed three of five pass attempts for 16 yards.

Joshua Dobbs QB | NE
Titans' Joshua Dobbs: Costly turnover in loss
Dobbs completed 20 of 29 passes for 179 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Saturday's 20-16 loss to Jacksonville. He added five rushes for 32 yards.
Dobbs drew his second consecutive start, this time with the AFC South title on the line. He performed admirably for much of the game, highlighted by a 21-yard dart to Chigoziem Okonkwo for a touchdown midway through the second quarter. However, Dobbs made a vital mistake with only three minutes remaining in the matchup when he fumbled while being sacked, which the Jacksonville defense returned for the game-winning touchdown. Dobbs spent the majority of the season as the backup quarterback in Cleveland, and he'll likely stick in a similar role, perhaps for the Titans, in 2023.

Tyler Huntley QB | BAL
Ravens' Tyler Huntley: Game-time decision for Sunday
Huntley (shoulder/wrist), who is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Bengals, is viewed as a game-time decision, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Huntley was expected to remain the Ravens' starting quarterback for a fifth straight week while Lamar Jackson (knee) remains sidelined, but a bout with right shoulder tendinitis is threatening Huntley's status for the regular-season finale. Schefter notes that Anthony Brown took all the first-team reps in practice during the week, and the undrafted rookie out of Oregon could end up getting the starting nod if the Ravens aren't confident in Huntley's health as the 1 p.m. ET kickoff approaches. Baltimore elevated another quarterback (Brett Hundley) from the practice squad Saturday, so the team will have another signal-caller on hand to back up Brown if Huntley finds himself on the inactive list.
