Kenny Pickett QB | CAR
Steelers' Kenny Pickett: Doubtful for Week 15
Coach Mike Tomlin indicated Friday that Pickett (concussion) will be listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Panthers, Mike DeFabo of The Athletic reports.
Per Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Steelers plan to announce their Week 15 starting QB on Saturday, but with Pickett not likely to play this weekend, it looks like either Mitch Trubisky or Mason Rudolph will draw the assignment.

Zach Wilson QB | NO
Jets' Zach Wilson: Set to start Sunday
Wilson will start Sunday's game against the Lions after Mike White (ribs) was ruled out, Zack Rosenblatt of The Athletic reports.
Wilson, who was a healthy scratch the past three games, was named the Jets' No. 2 quarterback over Joe Flacco earlier this week and will immediately step in as the starter since White hasn't been cleared for full contact. In seven starts this season, Wilson has completed 56 percent of his passes for 1,279 yards with four touchdowns and five interceptions, and he also has 24 carries for 94 yards and another score.

Mike White QB | CAR
Jets' Mike White: Won't play Sunday
White (ribs) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Lions, Zack Rosenblatt of The Athletic reports.
The 27-year-old was limited at practice Wednesday and Thursday and planned to play through the rib injury this weekend, but he won't be cleared for contact in time for Sunday, per Adam Schefter of ESPN. Zach Wilson will retake the reins under center for the Jets with White sidelined. New York has a quick turnaround Week 16 with a matchup against Jacksonville next Thursday, and Ethan B. Greenberg of the Jets' official site reports White should have a chance to play in that contest.

Geno Smith QB | NYJ
Seahawks' Geno Smith: Solid numbers in loss
Smith completed 31 of 44 passes for 238 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions while adding an 18-yard rush on his one attempt in the Seahawks' 21-13 loss to the 49ers on Thursday night. He also committed a fumble that was recovered by Seattle.
Smith's final numbers were adequate from a fantasy perspective -- especially against an elite defense -- but he ultimately wasn't able to help the Seahawks keep up with the Brock Purdy-led 49ers offense. The veteran signal-caller continued to demonstrate excellent chemistry with his top receiving duo of DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett -- who suffered a broken finger in the contest -- and he also connected with Noah Fant for a 10-yard touchdown with 3:35 remainiing. However, the Seattle defense was never able to get Smith the ball back for a potential game-tying drive, but he'll aim to step up his performance in what should be a critical Week 16 matchup against the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium a week from Saturday.

Brock Purdy QB | SF
49ers' Brock Purdy: Another impressive effort Thursday
Purdy completed 17 of 26 passes for 217 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in the 49ers' 21-13 win over the Seahawks on Thursday night. He also netted minus-2 yards on four rushes.
Purdy overcame the rib and oblique injuries he managed all week to put together yet another impressive performance, one that was highlighted by 28- and 54-yard touchdown passes to George Kittle in the first and third quarter, respectively. Purdy connected with six different pass catchers overall, and he's now posted a 6:1 TD:INT over his first three games operating as the 49ers' top quarterback. Purdy now heads into a Week 16 home matchup against the Commanders a week from Saturday with no shortage of momentum and confidence.

Brock Purdy QB | SF
49ers' Brock Purdy: Suiting up Thursday, as expected
Purdy (oblique/ribs) is listed as active Thursday at Seattle, Lindsey Pallares of the 49ers' official site reports.
Near the end of his first career start this past Sunday against the Buccaneers, Purdy was removed in garbage time of a 35-7 win. He subsequently underwent an MRI on his oblique Monday, which set the stage for a waiting game as it pertained to his availability for Week 15. Purdy managed limited listings Monday and Tuesday and remained that way at Wednesday's practice, ultimately going down as questionable for Thursday's game. Adam Schefter of ESPN reported earlier Thursday that Purdy was in line to start that contest, though, which has come to pass. Purdy will be without the services of wide receiver Deebo Samuel for roughly the next three weeks, but the seventh-round rookie has enough talent around him to perform in line with his output from the last two outings (70.7 percent passing, 395 yards, four touchdowns and one interception).

Colt McCoy QB | ARI
Cardinals' Colt McCoy: Remains limited Thursday
McCoy (neck) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Arizona's quarterback room is without Kyler Murray for the rest of the season after he was diagnosed with a torn ACL on Tuesday. McCoy is the next man up at the position, but a neck injury so far has resulted in a cap on his reps this week. Friday's practice report may clear him for Sunday's game in Denver, but if he enters the weekend with a designation, his status for Week 15 won't be confirmed until about 90 minutes before a 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff. If McCoy ends among the Cardinals' inactives Sunday, Trace McSorley and David Blough are the other two signal-callers on the team's active roster.

Mike White QB | CAR
Jets' Mike White: Still limited, but in line to start
White (rib) was a limited practice participant Thursday.
Though the sore rib White sustained in last Sunday's 20-12 loss to the Bills resulted in his practice reps being managed for the second day in a row, the quarterback said after Thursday's session that he has no doubt he'll be available to make his fourth consecutive start this weekend against the Lions, per Rich Cimini of ESPN.com. Before a determination is made on whether White will carry an injury designation into Sunday, the Jets will see if the signal-caller can increase his practice activity Friday.

Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Titans' Ryan Tannehill: Takes every rep Thursday
Tannehill (ankle) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.
Considering that Tannehill has started each of the past five weeks following a two-game absence due to the ankle injury, the Titans never seemed to have much concern about his availability for Sunday's game against the Chargers after he opened Week 15 prep as a limited participant Wednesday. His restrictions a day ago were likely just maintenance-related, and his ability to take every rep Thursday clears the way for him to direct the Tennessee offense this weekend. Since returning to the lineup Week 10, Tannehill has completed 65 percent of his passes for 8.1 yards per attempt and a 7:2 TD:INT while carrying 12 times for 68 yards in five outings.

Justin Fields QB | KC
Bears' Justin Fields: Returns to practice in full
Fields (illness) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.
Fields needed just one day to shake off the illness that prevented him from taking part in the Bears' first practice session Wednesday following the team's Week 14 bye. The bye week came at a particularly convenient time for Fields, who sat out the Bears' Week 12 loss to the Jets with a separated non-throwing shoulder before returning to action for the team's Week 13 loss to the Packers. The fact that Fields isn't listed with the shoulder issue on the Bears' Week 15 injury report suggests it's not anything the team is overly concerned about moving forward.
