The Cardinals signed Hall to their practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Hall was let go from Cleveland's practice squad back in September but will now get another opportunity in Arizona. The rookie undrafted free agent will serve as a depth running back option, as the team currently only has two healthy backs on the active roster.

Taylor signed with the Texans' practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Taylor will head to Houston after being released from the Patriots in August. The 25-year-old has 18 career rushes for 77 yards and touchdown, and will now provide the team insurance at running back.

Spears (ankle) was listed as a full participant on the Titans' estimated injury report Tuesday, Ben Arthur of FoxSports.com reports.

Tennessee has held walkthroughs this week as it prepares for Thursday's contest at Pittsburgh, but Spears was able to follow up Monday's limited listing with all on-field work one day later. Meanwhile, Derrick Henry (ankle) remained limited Tuesday, potentially leaving the door open for Spears to handle more snaps Week 9 if the former is at all inhibited Thursday.

The Cardinals placed Williams (foot) on the practice squad injured list Tuesday, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.

Williams had three touches for nine yards in Sunday's 31-24 loss to the Ravens before exiting the game in the second quarter after sustaining a foot injury. He will have to sit out for the next four games and will be eligible to return against the Rams on Nov. 26.

Henry (ankle) was listed as limited on Tuesday's estimated practice report, Ben Arthur of FoxSports.com reports.

For a second consecutive day, Henry was operating with a cap on his reps at Tuesday's walkthrough, giving him just one more chance to log every on-field rep before the Titans potentially hand him a designation for Thursday's game at Pittsburgh. With backup running back Tyjae Spears (ankle) getting a full listing on Tuesday's report after being limited Monday, he appears to be a bit more healthy than Henry as the team makes its way through Week 9 prep.

The Seahawks cut Thompson from the practice squad Tuesday.

Thompson joined the Seahawks' practice squad on Aug. 30, one day after being cut from the team ahead of the 53-man roster deadline. He was elevated once to the active roster in Week 7 when he played two offensive snaps and did not record a stat. Thompson will explore his next options should he clear waivers.

Williams had two carries for six yards on 11 offensive snaps in Sunday's win over the Niners.

Even with Chase Brown on IR, there wasn't much room for Williams to make an impact. Only on a few occasions have the Bengals not used Joe Mixon as a three-down back, and Williams is unlikely to dislodge Mixon from that role.

The Browns signed Drake to their practice squad Tuesday, Adam Caplan of Fox Sports reports.

The 29-year-old back out of Alabama ended up in Cleveland after he was cut from the Ravens' practice squad two weeks ago. Drake appeared in two games for Baltimore this year, recording 31 scrimmage yards on three total touches. In corresponding moves, the Browns cut running backs Jordan Wilkins and Nate McCrary from their practice squad.

Edwards-Helaire logged one carry for four yards during Sunday's 24-9 loss versus the Broncos.

Edwards-Helaire logged just two total snaps in the contest and has no more than three totes in a game since Week 3. The fifth-year running back is unlikely to see his role expand in the future, barring an absence from at least Isiah Pacheco. Even then, there's no guarantee Edwards-Helaire's role would surpass Jerick McKinnon's.

McKinnon accrued two carries for negative two yards and caught one of two targets for 11 yards during Sunday's 24-9 defeat against the Broncos.

McKinnon has logged three or fewer carries in every game this season, though he continues to see some work as a receiver, having allied at least one catch in all but one game. It's unlikely his role will expand much as long as Isiah Pacheco remains healthy and available.
