George Holani RB | SEA
Seahawks' George Holani: Candidate for injured reserve
Head coach Mike Macdonald said Monday that Holani (hamstring) could be placed on injured reserve, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.
Holani was forced to leave during the first half of Sunday's game against the Titans due to a hamstring injury, which prevented him from returning. The injury appears to be severe enough to warrant an extended absence, and he could be placed on injured reserve ahead of the Seahawks' Week 13 clash against the Vikings. With Kenny McIntosh (knee, IR) done for the year, Seattle may call up Velus Jones from the practice squad to serve as the RB3 behind Kenneth Walker and Zach Charbonnet moving forward.

Gary Brightwell RB | CIN
Gary Brightwell: Back with practice squad
Brightwell reverted to the Bengals' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
Brightwell was elevated to the active roster ahead of Sunday's 26-20 loss to the Patriots, playing six snaps on special teams, including a 24-yard kickoff return. Fellow running back Tahj Brooks (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 13 already, while Samaje Perine (ankle) was estimated to be a full participant at the team's walkthrough Monday. Brightwell can be elevated two more times before the team would have to officially sign him to the active roster.

Jordan James RB | SF
49ers' Jordan James: Won't play Week 12
James (coach's decision) is inactive for Monday's game against the Panthers, Briana Jeannel of the 49ers' official site reports.
The rookie fifth-rounder has yet to make his NFL regular-season debut, with all of his missed games coming as a healthy scratch. James' next opportunity to make his debut is Sunday against Cleveland, though he's unlikely to play in that game unless Christian McCaffrey, Brian Robinson or Isaac Guerendo were to miss time.

Isiah Pacheco RB | KC
Chiefs' Isiah Pacheco: Logs full listing Monday
Pacheco (knee) was listed as full on Monday's estimated injury report.
The Chiefs didn't hold a practice in the wake of Sunday's overtime win against the Colts, but Pacheco began this week as he did last week with a full listing. He proceeded to be a limited practice participant Thursday and Friday before coach Andy Reid ruled Pacheco out for Week 12 action. How Pacheco is listed Tuesday and Wednesday likely will determine whether Kansas City gives him a chance to play Thursday at Dallas. If he's able to suit up, he may be doing so with the brace that he's been wearing to protect his right knee, and his eventual workload could be limited considering Kareem Hunt has taken on the vast majority of RB reps during Pacheco's current three-game absence.

Sione Vaki RB | DET
Lions' Sione Vaki: Estimated as limited
Vaki (ankle) was limited on Monday's estimated practice report.
Seemingly injured for most of the season, Vaki has dealt with hamstring, groin and ankle issues in 2025 and has appeared in just five games. He's logged a total of one offensive snap and 82 on special teams, rushing one time for four yards while returning a pair of kickoffs for 39 yards.
-
Jacob Saylors RB | DET
Lions' Jacob Saylors: Limited Monday
Saylors (back) was limited on Monday's estimated practice report.
Saylors has been dealing with a back issue for most of November. He's logged a total of six offensive snaps all season but is a fixture on special teams for the Lions. Saylors has returned 26 kickoffs for 699 scoreless yards while producing six tackles (four solo).

Christopher Brooks RB | GB
Packers' Chris Brooks: Racks up nine touches
Brooks had eight carries for 21 yards and one reception for five yards in Sunday's 23-6 victory over the Vikings.
The nine touches were the most Brooks has recorded in a game since joining the Packers in 2024, but they came in a contest in which starter Josh Jacobs (knee) sat out and fellow reserve Emanuel Wilson touched the ball a whopping 30 times. Brooks could again be busier than usual if Jacobs is unable to play Thursday against the Lions, but in such a scenario he would still be the No. 2 option behind Wilson.
-
Samaje Perine RB | CIN
Bengals' Samaje Perine: Estimated as full participant Monday
Perine (ankle) was estimated as a full participant on Monday's practice report, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.
Perine has missed each of the Bengals' past two contests after suffering a high-ankle sprain Week 9. With Tahj Brooks (concussion) already ruled out for Thursday night's game against the Ravens, Perine appears set to return behind Chase Brown. Perine had been handling a decent chunk of the pass-down and two-minute work for Cincinnati prior to his injury, so his return could be a small hit to Brown's fantasy outlook.

LeQuint Allen RB | JAC
Jaguars' LeQuint Allen: One carry Week 12
Allen carried once for two yards during Sunday's 27-24 overtime win against the Cardinals.
The rookie seventh-round pick totaled eight carries for 36 yards in Week 11's blowout victory, but he was minimally involved In Sunday's overtime win. Allen remains locked in as Jacksonville's No. 3 tailback behind Travis Etienne and Bhayshul Tuten.

DeeJay Dallas RB | JAC
Panthers' DeeJay Dallas: Elevated to face 49ers
The Panthers have elevated Dallas from the practice squad to the active roster for Monday's contest against San Francisco, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.
Dallas has previously appeared in two regular-season games with Carolina this year, having been a part of the team's active roster at the time. In that span he primarily contributed in the return game, and he logged just one carry for zero yards on offense. Versus the 49ers, Dallas figures to similarly handle a reserve role behind Rico Dowdle, Chuba Hubbard and Trevor Etienne while potentially also fielding kickoff returns. He'll revert to the practice squad after Monday's contest.
