Sermon (illness) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at the Giants.

Sermon has not played since Week 5, and his availability for Week 14 is now in jeopardy due to an unspecified illness. With Miles Sanders, Kenneth Gainwell and Boston Scott all healthy, Philadelphia's game plan shouldn't be changed much either way.

Dobbins (knee) was activated off injured reserve Saturday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.

Dobbins is now eligible to make his return this week against the Steelers after missing the team's past six games. However, even if the third-year back does make his return, he would likely see a limited role while splitting carries with Gus Edwards and Kenyan Drake. With Lamar Jackson (knee) potentially missing time, Dobbins and the ground game will be relied upon more in order to take pressure off of Tyler Huntley against a stout Pittsburgh defense.

Head coach Pete Carroll said that Dallas (ankle), who is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's contest against the Panthers, is considered a game-day decision, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Dallas and lead back Kenneth Walker (ankle) were both labeled as game-day decisions after failing to practice in any capacity Wednesday through Friday. The lack of practice activity doesn't bode well for Dallas' chances of playing against Carolina, but the Seahawks will presumably wait and see how he feels after an early workout Sunday before making a call on his status ahead of the 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. Given that he's handled a three-down workload since Rashaad Penny (ankle/fibula) landed on injured reserve ahead of Week 6 action, Walker's status is of more significance to fantasy managers than Dallas, who has mostly served as a lightly-used change-of-pace option this season. Even if Walker is inactive for the contest and if Dallas is cleared to play, Dallas may still likely find himself in a messy committee that could include Travis Homer, Tony Jones and a potential practice-squad call-up.

McCaffrey (knee) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Brock Purdy is set to make his first career NFL start with quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo (foot) most likely done for the regular season and playoffs, but San Francisco should have all of its other key skill-position players available Sunday save for McCaffrey's top backup, Elijah Mitchell (knee), who remains on injured reserve. With Mitchell moving to IR ahead of last week's game against the Dolphins, the 49ers relied even more heavily on McCaffrey than usual, as the 26-year-old played 81 percent of the snaps on offense in the 33-17 win and turned his 25 touches into 146 yards and a touchdown. Since McCaffrey's lingering knee issue isn't deemed significant enough for him to take a designation into the weekend, he should be in store for another high-volume role Sunday.

Seattle could be shorthanded in the backfield this weekend, as both Dallas and lead option Kenneth Walker are carrying questionable tags into Sunday after both players' ankle injuries kept them off the practice field Wednesday through Friday, per Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic. Walker's status warrants more intrigue for fantasy purposes, but Dallas could be in store for more work than usual if he plays and the rookie doesn't. As the Seattle backfield currently stands, Travis Homer and Tony Jones are the healthy options, though the Seahawks would likely elevate another back from the practice squad Saturday if there's any concern that neither Walker nor Dallas will be available Week 14.

Haskins (hip) is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Jaguars, Ben Arthur of FoxSports.com reports.

Haskins was limited at each practice during Week 14 prep and is considered questionable for Sunday. The rookie running back was sidelined for Week 13 after landing on the injury report Friday as a limited participant with a hip injury, so while he's been able to participate in practice, it doesn't appears like he's made much progress since suffering the injury.

Along with Walker, reserve DeeJay Dallas (ankle) is also listed as questionable, after both running backs weren't able to practice in any capacity Wednesday through Friday, per Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic. Seattle is tentatively left with Travis Homer and Tony Jones as the healthy running backs on the 53-man roster, though the team is presumably hopeful that at least one of Walker or Dallas will be able to play through their respective injuries. Even if Walker avoids the inactive list ahead of Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff, he's no lock to take on his normal high-volume role out of the Seattle backfield. Before exiting early in last week's win over the Rams, Walker had played north of 71 percent of the snaps on offense in each of his prior six appearances while averaging 18.7 carries and three targets per contest.

Barkley (neck) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Eagles, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Barkley will carry a designation into the weekend after the neck issue rendered him a limited participant in practices Thursday or Friday. Though head coach Brian Daboll wasn't willing to guarantee Barkley's availability for the Week 14 game when he addressed the matter Friday, both Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News and Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com expect the running back to play through the injury after he didn't appear to be working out with any discomfort in the portion of practice that was open to the media. If Barkley's condition takes a turn for the worse and the Giants decide to hold him out or scale back his workload Sunday, Matt Breida would likely be the next man up for work out of the team's backfield.

Harris (thigh) didn't practice Friday, Zack Cox of NESN.com reports.

Harris -- who missed last Thursday's loss to the Bills -- is looking iffy for Monday's contest against the Cardinals, though he has one more chance Saturday to log practice reps before the Patriots' final injury report of the week is posted. If Harris remains sidelined versus Arizona, Rhamondre Stevenson would once again be in line to handle the bulk of New England's backfield work.
