Justice Hill RB | BAL
Ravens' Justice Hill: Targeted four times in loss
Hill caught three of four targets for 45 yards in Monday's 38-30 loss to the Lions.
Hill was not used in the rushing attack for the first time this season, yet his four targets and 45 yards through the air were both season highs through three weeks. The veteran running back played 51 percent of the Ravens' offensive snaps, finishing ahead of Derrick Henry, who had a 49 percent snap share. As long as Henry stays healthy, however, Hill's minimal usage makes him difficult to trust for consistent fantasy production. The 27-year-old can be ignored for fantasy purposes when the Ravens visit the Chiefs in Week 4.

Tank Bigsby RB | PHI
Eagles' Tank Bigsby: No offensive snaps again
Bigsby saw zero offensive snaps for the second straight week Sunday against the Rams.
Bigsby recorded five carries in Week 1 while still a member of the Jaguars, but a trade to Philadelphia has left him third on a depth chart that has Saquon Barkley at the top, leaving little room for anyone else. Barkley was the only running back to receive any carries in Week 3, while backup running back AJ Dillon saw the field for just five offensive snaps. Bigsby's only action came on special teams, where he returned two kicks for 24 yards.

AJ Dillon RB | PHI
Eagles' AJ Dillon: Zero carries in Week 3
Dillon did not receive a carry or a target in Sunday's 33-26 win over the Rams.
Dillon received exactly three carries in each of the Eagles' first two games, averaging 8.5 offensive snaps. His already small role nearly dried up in Week 3, as he saw the field for just five offensive snaps and never touched the ball.

Raheem Blackshear RB | NYJ
Raheem Blackshear: Joins Tennessee's practice squad
The Titans signed Blackshear to their practice squad Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Blackshear spent training camp with Carolina before being waived in late August. He spent his first three NFL seasons with the Panthers, tallying 203 yards and three touchdowns on 52 carries while adding 138 receiving yards on 16 receptions. Blackshear has also spent a lot of time as a kick and punt returner, which could help him in his bid to eventually make his way back to game-day action.

Xazavian Valladay RB | MIN
Xazavian Valladay: Cut from Minnesota's practice squad
The Vikings cut Valladay from the practice squad Tuesday, Craig Peters of the team's official site reports.
The decision to cut Valladay corresponds with the Vikings signing fellow running back Corey Kiner to the practice squad. Valladay last saw regular-season action in 2023 with the Jets, when he played on special teams in his lone game. He'll look to join a team in need of a running back who can also serve on special teams.

Jacardia Wright RB | SEA
Jacardia Wright: Placed on practice squad IR
The Seahawks placed Wright (undisclosed) on the practice squad injured list Tuesday, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
Wright may have picked up the injury during the Seahawks' 44-13 win over the Saints on Sunday, when he played eight snaps and logged five carries for 20 yards. The move makes room on the practice squad for Khalil Herbert, who could be elevated to the active roster for Thursday's game against the Cardinals if Zach Charbonnet (foot) is not cleared to play.
-
Khalil Herbert RB | NYJ
Khalil Herbert: Signs with Seattle's practice squad
The Seahawks signed Herbert to the practice squad Tuesday, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
Herbert's addition to the practice squad gives the Seahawks additional depth at running back, which could come in handy if Zach Charbonnet (foot) is unable to play in Thursday's game against the Cardinals. Herbert split his time last season between the Bears and Bengals, and finished with 36 carries for 130 yards and a touchdown, and 10 catches (on 11 targets) for 25 yards across 14 regular-season games.

James Conner RB | ARI
Cardinals' James Conner: Officially sent to injured reserve
The Cardinals placed Conner (foot) on injured reserve Tuesday.
It's merely a procedural move, as Conner has already been ruled out for the season after he was injured in Sunday's loss to the 49ers. Conner's season is cut short after rushing 32 times for 95 yards and one touchdown. He added eight catches for 38 yards and an additional score as a receiver. With Conner done for the year, the Cardinals are set to roll with Trey Benson as their No. 1 RB, with Emari Demercado as depth in the backfield.

Dylan Laube RB | LV
Raiders' Dylan Laube: Produces 60 return yards
Laube rushed three times for two yards and failed to catch his only target in Sunday's 41-24 loss to the Commanders. He also returned three kickoffs for 60 yards.
Laube wasn't dealt an offensive touch until after the two-minute warning in the first half, and that two-yard carry was his longest of the day. Primarily involved on special teams, Laube remains the Raiders' RB3 behind rookie Ashton Jeanty and Zamir White ahead of a Week 4 matchup against the Bears.

Zamir White RB | LV
Raiders' Zamir White: Six touches in loss
White rushed five times for 19 yards and caught one of two targets for four yards in Sunday's 41-24 loss to the Commanders. He also returned one kickoff for 27 yards.
White logged 19 offensive snaps to Jeanty's 40 in the Raiders' Week 3 defeat, and the rookie out-carried White with 17 rushing attempts to five, though each running back averaged less than 4.0 yards per carry during a tough day on the ground. Once again, White figures to serve as Jeanty's primary backup Week 4 against the Bears, providing more contingent value than standalone.
