Nyheim Miller-Hines RB | NO
Colts' Nyheim Hines: Could get more touches sans Mack
Hines and Jordan Wilkins are both candidates to handle increased roles while Marlon Mack (foot, hamstring) is out for Sunday's game in Philadelphia, NJ.com's Zack Rosenblatt reports.
Hines dropped off from 12 touches Week 1 when Mack was out of the lineup to five touches Week 2 when his teammate returned. Of course, game script was arguably more relevant than Mack's presence, as the Colts jumped out to a lead last week and only attempted 31 passes (down from 53 in Week 1). Hines handled most of the passing-down work in both contests and likely will do the same Sunday in Philadelphia. Mack's absence still provides a slight boost, but it's more relevant for fellow rookie Jordan Wilkins, who leads the team with 24 carries for 101 yards.

Roc Thomas RB | JAC
Vikings' Roc Thomas: May have Week 3 role
Thomas may have a role in Minnesota's offense Sunday against the Bills, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.
Inactive for the first two games of his career, Thomas figures to make his first NFL appearance now that Dalvin Cook (hamstring) has been ruled out and Mike Boone (groin) is listed as questionable. Boone is ahead of Thomas in the pecking order and seems to be on track to play, but it won't come as any surprise if Thomas also gets a few carries. Murray figures to shoulder most of the workload, at least while the game remains competitive.

Derrick Henry RB | BAL
Titans' Derrick Henry: Set to face Jaguars in Week 3
Henry (back) does not carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Jaguars after practicing fully Friday, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Henry is available if you need him this week, but he's averaging just 2.9 yards per carry on 28 rushing attempts through two games, while backfield mate Dion Lewis has logged 30 carries for 117 yards and a touchdown in that span. The current timeshare he's in combined with the rugged matchup Henry faces this weekend make him hit-or-miss fantasy option Week 3. Overall, though, we do expect his efficiency to increase in the coming weeks, and perhaps working out of the wildcat formation occasionally -- as he did five times Week 2, per Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site -- could lead to some chunk gains for Henry.

Christine Michael RB | IND
Colts' Christine Michael: Will play Sunday
Michael (illness) was a full participant in Friday's practice and will play in Sunday's game against the Eagles.
Michael sat out Thursday's practice with an illness, but it appears it was a minor bug. With Marlon Mack (foot/hamstring) ruled out for Sunday's game, Michael will operate as the No. 3 running back.
-
Mike Boone RB | MIA
Vikings' Mike Boone: Added to injury report
Boone (groin) was a late addition to the Friday injury report, getting a questionable tag for Sunday's game against the Bills, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.
With Dalvin Cook (hamstring) already ruled out, the Vikings were counting on Boone to serve as Latavius Murray's top backup. The job will fall to fellow undrafted rookie Roc Thomas if Boone isn't able to play. Andrew Krammer of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports that Boone was a full participant at Friday's practice.
-
Brandon Wilds RB | JAC
Jaguars' Brandon Wilds: Avoids injury designation
Wilds (illness) will not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Titans.
Wilds didn't practice early in the week as he dealt with the illness, but he was able to return as a full participant Friday. Leonard Fournette (hamstring) and T.J. Yeldon (ankle) are both listed as questionable, which could have Wilds serving as the No. 3 running back if either is unable to play Sunday.

Dalvin Cook RB | DAL
Vikings' Dalvin Cook: Expecting Week 4 return
Cook (hamstring) said he definitely will return for Thursday's game against the Rams in Week 4, Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
This needs to be taken with a grain of salt given that Cook has already been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bills. He may only be dealing with a minor injury, but the short time between games is nonetheless problematic. Latavius Murray will handle the lead role Sunday, with Mike Boone and Roc Thomas coming off the bench.
-
Latavius Murray RB | BUF
Vikings' Latavius Murray: In line for spot start Sunday
With Dalvin Cook (hamstring) ruled out, Murray will be the Vikings' starting running back Sunday against the Bills.
After Cook was lost for the season with a torn ACL in 2017, Cook earned 11 starts, averaging 17.6 touches and 71.4 yards from scrimmage per game while scoring six touchdowns. This time around, Jerick McKinnon isn't present to steal touches, meaning Murray should be a bell cow in Cook's absence.
-
Corey Clement RB | ARI
Eagles' Corey Clement: Added to injury report
Clement (quad) was added to the injury report Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts, Zack Rosenblatt of NJ.com reports.
Tom Pelissero of NFL.com reports that Clement is expected to be fine and was merely limited at Friday's practice as a precaution. If that is indeed the case, Clement should be busy Sunday while both Jay Ajayi (back) and Darren Sproles (hamstring) are forced to watch from the sideline. With Ajayi and Sproles officially ruled out, Clement is positioned for the lead role ahead of Wendell Smallwood and Josh Adams, facing a banged-up Indianapolis defense with an obvious deficiency at defensive tackle. We may not have official word on Clement until the Eagles release their inactive list at approximately 11:30 AM ET on Sunday.

Dalvin Cook RB | DAL
Vikings' Dalvin Cook: Ruled out for Week 3
Cook (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bills.
Latavius Murray will take over as the lead back, with undrafted rookies Mike Boone and Roc Thomas providing depth. Cook is in clear danger of missing multiple games, as the Vikings will face the Rams on Thursday Night Football in Week 4. He was held out of practice Wednesday and Thursday, then limited to side work with the training staff during the portion of Friday's session open to the media.
