  • Chiefs' Clyde Edwards-Helaire: Inactive versus Chargers

Edwards-Helaire is inactive for Sunday night's game against the Chargers.

With Edwards-Helaire once again a healthy scratch for Sunday's contest, Isiah Pacheco, Kareem Hunt, Samaje Perine and Carson Steele are available to handle Kansas City's Week 14 backfield duties.

  • 49ers' Isaac Guerendo: Hurts foot after scoring two TDs

Guerendo (foot) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Bears. He rushed 15 times for 78 yards and two touchdowns while catching both of his targets for 50 yards prior to the injury.

Guerendo went to the locker room in the fourth quarter, and he's likely done for the day with the 49ers holding onto a comfortable lead. Prior to the injury, Guerendo excelled in the lead role as San Francisco worked without Christian McCaffrey (knee) and Jordan Mason (ankle), who are both on IR. Patrick Taylor will help the 49ers run out the clock. Guerendo will need to heal up quickly to be ready to face the Rams on Thursday in Week 15.

  • Aaron Jones RB | MIN

Vikings' Aaron Jones: Efficient rushing effort in win

Jones rushed 13 times for 73 yards and a touchdown and brought in both targets for 11 yards in the Vikings' 42-21 win over the Falcons on Sunday.

A week after having issues with ball security, Jones turned in a clean performance that also featured his third performance of better than 70 rushing yards in the last five contests. Jones also recorded his second rushing touchdown in the last three games on a 15-yard run with 3:38 remaining to cap off the runaway win. The veteran back heads into a Week 15 home matchup against the Bears on Monday night, Dec. 16 now just 117 rushing yards away from the fourth 1,000-yard campaign of his career.

  • Bucky Irving RB | TB

Buccaneers' Bucky Irving: Left early Sunday as precaution

Irving (back) didn't return to Sunday's 28-13 win against the Raiders as a precaution, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.

Irving tended to hip and back injuries during Week 14 prep, and even though he suited up Sunday, he ultimately hit the sidelines for good late in the first half due to the latter concern, finishing the contest with four carries for three yards and one catch (on one target) for 15 yards. Meanwhile, fellow RB Rachaad White had 17 rushes for 90 yards and one touchdown and two receptions (on three targets) for 19 yards and another TD, and Sean Tucker racked up 47 yards on three carries. Irving's status will be one to monitor this week as the Buccaneers prepare for next Sunday's visit to the Chargers.

  • Chuba Hubbard RB | CAR

Panthers' Chuba Hubbard: Huge workload in Philly

Hubbard carried the ball 26 times for 92 yards and a touchdown and caught four of five targets for 15 yards in Sunday's 22-16 loss to the Eagles.

Rookie Jonathon Brooks left the game in the first quarter with an injury to his right knee, the same one he had ACL surgery on about a year ago, while depth RB Raheem Blackshear was also knocked out of the game early with a chest injury. That left Hubbard as Carolina's only option in the backfield, and he turned the extra volume into his best performance since Week 10. The fourth-year back also crossed 1,000 rushing yards on the season, the first time in his career he's reached that plateau. If Brooks' injury proves to be serious, Hubbard is likely headed for a heavy workload again in Week 15 against the Cowboys.

  • Jaylen Wright RB | MIA

Dolphins' Jaylen Wright: Does little in backup role

Wright rushed twice for seven yards during Sunday's 32-26 overtime win over the Jets. He also secured two of three targets for six yards.

Wright handled the No. 2 backfield role for Miami with Raheem Mostert (hip) inactive Week 14, and he saw a few extra snaps in the red zone during the first quarter with De'Von Achane briefly being checked for an injury on the sideline. New York's defense effectively contained the Dolphins' running game, as while Achane was successful through the air (six catches for 45 yards), he piled up just 24 yards and one score on 14 carries. Wright, however, wasn't exactly impressive enough to push for increased opportunities, and Mostert may be back in action Week 15 on the road at Houston.

  • Travis Homer RB | PIT

Bears' Travis Homer: Exits game due to head injury

Homer (head) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the 49ers, Scott Bair of Marquee Sports Network reports.

Homer suffered the injury in the third quarter of Sunday's game, and up to that point he had caught all three of his targets for 11 yards. He entered the game as the Bears' No. 2 running back behind D'Andre Swift due to Roschon Johnson (concussion) being inactive. While Homer is sidelined, Darrynton Evans will have the opportunity to serve as the backup running back behind Swift.

  • Giants' Tyrone Tracy: Gets into end zone in loss

Tracy carried the ball 16 times for 45 yards and a touchdown and caught five of 10 targets for 38 yards in Sunday's 14-11 loss to the Saints.

The rookie running back punched in a one-yard score late in the fourth quarter, giving Tracy his fifth rushing TD in the last eight games. Over that stretch, he's amassed 680 scrimmage yards while solidifying his spot at the top of the Giants' backfield depth chart. Tracy faces a tough matchup on the ground in Week 15 against the Ravens.

  • Raiders' Sincere McCormick: Impressive showing in loss

McCormick rushed 15 times for 78 yards and brought in two of three targets for 11 yards in the Raiders' 28-13 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday.

McCormick took full control of the Raiders' ground game in the absences of Alexander Mattison (ankle) and Zamir White (quadriceps), putting together his second straight efficient performance with the help of a team-long 29-yard run. McCormick's opportunities were somewhat limited by game script, making his numbers all the more impressive. With 142 rush yards on 27 carries over his last two games, McCormick appears likely to serve as the top back again in a Week 15 home matchup against the Falcons on Monday night, Dec. 16, irrespective of the status of his pair of injured teammates.

  • Rachaad White RB | WAS

Buccaneers' Rachaad White: Impressive after Irving exit

White rushed 17 times for 90 yards and a touchdown and secured two of three targets for 19 yards and another score in the Buccaneers' 28-13 win over the Raiders on Sunday.

White's backfield mate Bucky Irving exited the game for good in the first half with a back injury, and White was able to take advantage with a season-high rushing yardage total. The game marked the third-year pro's second straight efficient effort, as he'd also recorded 76 yards on 11 carries, albeit with the help of a big run in overtime, in a Week 13 win over the Panthers. White added his third rushing touchdown of the season on a three-yard run in the fourth quarter, a score preceded by a five-yard TD grab in the opening period. White's fantasy prospects are on an upswing irrespective of Irving's status going into a Week 15 road matchup against the Chargers.
