Jonathan Taylor RB | IND
Colts' Jonathan Taylor: Over 100 total yards in loss
Taylor rushed 21 times for 114 yards and secured two of four targets for eight yards in the Colts' 30-20 loss to the Bills on Sunday.
Taylor was the only Colts running back to log a carry and helped his final total significantly with a 58-yard run in the latter portion of the first quarter. Taylor exceeded 100 yards on the ground for the second time in the last three games and fourth time overall on the season, and he now has multiple receptions in three of the past four contests as well. Taylor should remain very busy in a Week 11 road matchup against an inconsistent Jets run defense.

Rhamondre Stevenson RB | NE
Patriots' Rhamondre Stevenson: Best yardage total since Week 5
Stevenson carried the ball 20 times for 74 yards and caught his only target for three yards in Sunday's 19-3 win over the Bears.
After eking out just 82 rushing yards total over the prior three games, Stevenson nearly matched that mark Sunday, although his longest gain went for only 11 yards. However, after scoring four TDs in the last two contests, he failed to get into the end zone this time around. Stevenson's 3.8 yards per carry this season is a career low, but he's already scored a career-high seven touchdowns through nine games while amassing 614 scrimmage yards. He'll try to hit paydirt again in Week 11 against the Rams.

James Cook RB | BUF
Bills' James Cook: Strong rushing day in win
Cook rushed 19 times for 80 yards and a touchdown and brought in one of three targets for five yards in the Bills' 30-20 win over the Colts on Sunday.
Cook worked hard for his yards Sunday, considering 20 of them came on one carry. However, that explosive play and his two-yard game-sealing touchdown run with just over three minutes remaining helped round out his fantasy day, and he now has four rushing scores in the last four games. While he surprisingly was quiet in the passing game despite the Bills being down multiple targets Sunday, Cook should remain busy as both a runner and receiver in a Week 11 home showdown against the Chiefs.

Kareem Hunt RB | KC
Chiefs' Kareem Hunt: Busy day as receiver Sunday
Hunt rushed 14 times for 35 yards and brought in seven of 10 targets for 65 yards in the Chiefs' 16-14 win over the Broncos on Sunday.
Hunt unsurprisingly found running room at a premium against a stingy Broncos defense, but he made up for it by generating a team-high receiving yardage total and coming in second in both receptions and targets. All three components of Hunt's receiving line were season highs, while his carries and rushing yardage tallies tied and set a season low, respectively. Isiah Pacheco (IR, lower leg) is expected to remain out until later in November, so Hunt should remain in the lead-back role for a Week 11 road battle against the Bills next Sunday.

Christian McCaffrey RB | SF
49ers' Christian McCaffrey: Gains 107 yards on 19 touches
McCaffrey (Achilles) rushed 13 times for 39 yards and caught six of seven targets for 68 yards in Sunday's 23-20 win over Tampa Bay.
McCaffrey made a successful 2024 debut after missing the first nine weeks of the fantasy season with tendinitis in both of his Achilles tendons followed by a bye. The 28-year-old was not limited in terms of usage or production, hitting the century mark in total yards while handling 19 touches. Backup running backs Jordan Mason and Isaac Guerendo touched the ball just once each, suggesting McCaffrey will resume his usual workhorse role on offense moving forward. CMC should be considered an elite fantasy play against a struggling Seattle defense in Week 11.

Aaron Jones RB | MIN
Vikings' Aaron Jones: Returns to Sunday's contest
Jones (chest) returned to Sunday's game in Jacksonville, Ben Goessling of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
Jones stayed on the turf late in the third quarter, visited the sideline tent and then was carted to the locker room due to a chest injury. However, he was able to return and log back-to-back carries in the waning minutes of the fourth quarter.

Aaron Jones RB | MIN
Vikings' Aaron Jones: Needs cart to go to locker room
Jones (chest) was carted to the locker room early in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game at Jacksonville, Ben Goessling of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
Officially, Jones is questionable to return due to a chest injury, per Kevin Seifert of ESPN.com. Prior to his exit, Jones remained on the turf as trainers tended to him and then visited the medical tent before trying to jog on the sideline. If he doesn't reenter the contest, he'll end Week 10 with 13 carries for 71 yards and two catches (on three targets) for 13 yards. Cam Akers likely will take on a large share of the Vikings backfield for as long as Jones is out, but Ty Chandler also is on hand for RB reps.

Kimani Vidal RB | LAC
Chargers' Kimani Vidal: Healthy scratch for Week 10
Vidal (coach's decision) is inactive against the Titans on Sunday, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.
Vidal has served as the Chargers' No. 3 running back for the last four regular-season games, but he will observe Sunday's game in street clothes. Gus Edwards and Hassan Haskins will be the Chargers' backup running backs behind J.K. Dobbins.
-
Gus Edwards RB | LAC
Chargers' Gus Edwards: Active as expected Week 10
Edwards (ankle) is active for Sunday's Week 10 game against the Titans, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.
Edwards was activated off injured reserve Saturday, so his active status isn't surprising. In his return from a four-game absence, Edwards will have a clear path to the No. 2 role behind J.K. Dobbins with rookie Kimani Vidal a healthy scratch. However, in his final two games before going on injured reserve, Edwards only logged 29 total snaps and nine carries in that slotting.
