Zach Gentry TE | LV
Steelers' Zach Gentry: Totals 17 yards in Week 15
Gentry secured his lone target for 17 yards in Sunday's 19-13 win over the Titans.
Gentry wasn't targeted in last week's loss to the Vikings, but he brought the Steelers into the red zone with his lone catch in the third quarter Sunday. Although the 2019 fifth-rounder has had limited work this season, he could see a larger role if Pat Freiermuth (concussion) is forced to miss additional time.

Pharaoh Brown TE | ARI
Texans' Pharaoh Brown: Leads TEs in snaps
Brown caught two of two targets for five yards in Sunday's 30-16 win over Jacksonville.
Brown was once again the Texans' leading tight end in snaps with 45, but for the 12th time in 12 games he did not reach the end zone. After accounting for 67 yards in the season-opening win over the Jaguars, Brown has averaged just 7.7 YPG over 11 games since.

Jordan Akins TE | JAC
Texans' Jordan Akins: Steps in for rookie
Akins caught two of three targets for 24 yards in Sunday's 30-16 win over Jacksonville.
Akins played 20 snaps, his most since Week 9. Rookie Brevin Jordan, who has supplanted Akins as the top receiving threat at tight end, was active but did not play Sunday after dealing with a hand injury during the practice week. It's been established over the last several weeks that a healthy Jordan is the preferred receiving option and is expected to get more opportunities over the final stretch of the season, so Akins' Week 15 involvement should be regarded as a blip.

Brevin Jordan TE | HOU
Texans' Brevin Jordan: No snaps Sunday
Jordan was active but did not play in Sunday's 30-16 win over the Jaguars.
Jordan was bedeviled by a hand injury all week leading up to the game, logging only limited practices. Jordan Akins took over as the top receiving tight end Sunday, catching two of three targets. If Jordan's healthy, he's the most interesting option among Houston's tight ends, and he leads the position group with three touchdowns in 2021.

Dawson Knox TE | BUF
Bills' Dawson Knox: Modest output in ho-hum win
Knox caught four of five targets for 38 yards in Sunday's 31-14 win over the Panthers.
This actually qualifies as a disappointment for Knox, who probably helped put many of his managers in a playoff position this season. The third-year tight end has eight TD catches this season, but Josh Allen's three TD passes in Sunday's win all went to wideouts. Knox had a drop on his only missed target that would have put his yardage in more palatable territory. He'll get a tough matchup next week when the Bills travel to New England in what should be another tightly contested game.

Taysom Hill QB | NO
Saints' Taysom Hill: Leads team in upset victory
Hill completed 13 of 27 pass attempts for 154 yards and rushed 11 times for 33 yards with no touchdowns or turnovers in Sunday's 9-0 win over Tampa Bay.
Hill led a slow-plodding offense behind a banged-up offensive line to an upset victory over Tom Brady and Co. Unfortunately for his fantasy managers, the 30-year-old was unable to replicate the strong rushing numbers from his last two contests (22-174-2) to offset his poor passing totals. Hill will look to get back on track from a fantasy perspective in a matchup with playoff implications against Miami next Monday.

Noah Fant TE | NO
Broncos' Noah Fant: Produces against Bengals
Fant recorded five receptions on six targets for 57 yards in Sunday's 15-10 loss to the Bengals.
Fant led the team with 5 receptions and finished behind only Albert Okwuegbunam in receiving yards. He did the majority of his damage on big plays, highlighted by a 28-yard gain early in the second quarter that came primarily after the catch. Notably, Fant produced with both Teddy Bridgewater (concussion) and Drew Lock under center, so he may be able to carry this strong performance into a Week 16 matchup against Las Vegas regardless of who is under center. In addition, Fant has shown a safe floor of late, recording at least four receptions in four of his last five contests.
-
Kyle Pitts TE | ATL
Falcons' Kyle Pitts: Racks up 77 yards in defeat
Pitts caught four of seven targets for 77 yards in Sunday's 31-13 loss to the 49ers.
Pitts broke free for a 49-yard catch and run in the second half, but he was held in check for the rest of the contest. Veteran wideout Russell Gage was featured as Atlanta's top receiving option, finishing ahead of the talented rookie in targets and yards for the fourth straight week. Pitts has had a solid first year in the NFL so far, tallying 48 receptions for 847 yards through 14 games, but a lack of touchdowns (one) has suppressed his fantasy production. Pitts' fantasy managers are hoping that the Falcons can learn to use the 6-foot-6 tight end closer to the end zone, as he has seen just two red-zone targets (both in Sunday's contest) over the last six weeks. The Falcons will take on the Lions in Week 16.

Tyler Kroft TE | MIA
Jets' Tyler Kroft: Two catches in return
Kroft (lung) caught both of his targets for 35 yards in Sunday's 31-24 loss to the Dolphins.
Kroft returned to the field for the first time since suffering a lacerated lung in Week 9 against the Colts. His stat line was almost identical to that of fellow tight end Ryan Griffin, who caught both of his targets for 39 yards. Unfortunately for the Jets, the tight ends finished second and third on the team in receiving yards behind Jamison Crowder's 40. Kroft and Griffin should both see the field frequently in Week 16 against the Jaguars.
