David Wells TE | TB
Cardinals' David Wells: Designated to return
The Cardinals have designated Wells (hand) to return from IR, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.
Wells has only appeared in one game for Arizona this season, when he played one offensive snap against San Francisco in Week 9. Now, the depth tight end will begin a 21-day window to practice with his team.

Adam Trautman TE | DEN
Saints' Adam Trautman: Practice window opens
The Saints designated Trautman (knee) for return from injured reserve Wednesday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Trautman landed on IR after he suffered an MCL sprain during a Week 11 loss to the Eagles. He's missed the mandatory three games in order for him to be eligible to return to the active roster, but Trautman is no lock to be available for Sunday's game in Tampa Bay. At the time he suffered his injury, Trautman received an estimated recovery timeline of 4-to-6 weeks, so he'll need to demonstrate he's healthy in practice this week if he hopes to be activated for the short end of that window. New Orleans will need to decide whether or not to activate him for the Week 15 matchup no later than Saturday's 4 p.m. ET deadline for roster moves.

Donald Parham Jr. TE | PIT
Chargers' Donald Parham: Clear of injury designation
Parham (knee) doesn't have an injury designation for Thursday's game against the Chiefs.
Parham worked as a full practice participant Wednesday and was able to avoid the questionable tag for the Week 15 game. Top tight end, Jared Cook (quadriceps) is also good to go for Thursday, so Parham should fill his usual role as the Chargers' No. 2 option at the position.
-
Sean McKeon TE | IND
Cowboys' Sean McKeon: Fully participates in practice
McKeon (neck) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice session, David Helman of the Cowboys' official site reports.
McKeon was unavailable for last Sunday's game against Washington due to a neck injury, but it doesn't appear as though he'll be limited ahead of Week 15. Across his last five appearances, he's hauled in four of six targets for 27 yards and a touchdown.

Hunter Long TE | JAC
Dolphins' Hunter Long: Doesn't practice Wednesday
Long didn't participate in Wednesday's practice session due to a non-COVID illness, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.
Long recorded his first reception of the season in Week 13 but is dealing with an illness ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Jets. Even if he's unable to suit up in Week 15, his absence wouldn't have a significant impact on Miami's offense.
-
Trevon Wesco TE | LV
Jets' Trevon Wesco: Full participant Wednesday
Wesco (ankle) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice session, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Wesco missed each of the last two games due to an ankle injury, but it appears as though he'll be back in action Sunday against the Dolphins. He's appeared in 10 games to begin the season but has hauled in just two of four targets for 16 yards.
-
Brevin Jordan TE | HOU
Texans' Brevin Jordan: Limited to begin Week 15
Jordan (hand) is listed as a limited participant on Wednesday's estimated practice report.
The rookie played through the same hand injury in Sunday's 33-17 loss to Seattle, hauling in four of seven targets for 26 yards and scoring his third touchdown of the season (in only six games). The scoring pace is unlikely to continue while he remains a part of one of the league's worst offenses, but Jordan looks like he'll be one of the preferred targets for quarterback Davis Mills to close out the season, especially during rare trips to the red zone. Jordan should be able to play this Sunday against the Jaguars.
-
Foster Moreau TE | HOU
Raiders' Foster Moreau: Listed as limited again
Moreau (abdomen) was listed as a limited participant on Wednesday's estimated practice report, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Both Moreau and starting tight end Darren Waller (knee/back) -- a non-participant in Tuesday's session -- maintained the same level of practice activity for the second straight day. Interim head coach Rich Bisaccia labeled Moreau day-to-day on Monday, less than 24 hours after the tight end played 98 percent of the snaps on offense in a 48-9 loss to the Chiefs. Despite playing at least 85 percent of snaps in three straight games, Moreau has caught only five passes for 50 yards on 14 targets in that span.
-
Darren Waller TE | MIA
Raiders' Darren Waller: Another missed practice
Waller (knee/back) is listed as a non-participant on Wednesday's estimated practice report, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Like Tuesday, the Raiders didn't hold a formal practice, leaving Thursday as Waller's only chance to get on the field this week. Interim head coach Rich Bisaccia referred to the tight end as questionable earlier this week, but it isn't looking especially promising for Waller as the Raiders prepare for Saturday's game against the Browns. Backup tight end Foster Moreau (abdomen) was listed as a limited participant Tuesday and Wednesday.
-
Hayden Hurst TE | LAC
Falcons' Hayden Hurst: Under the weather
Hurst didn't practice Wednesday due to an illness.
Assuming his ailment isn't related to COVID-19, Hurst should have a good chance at regaining health ahead of Sunday's game against the 49ers. Hurst scored his second touchdown of the season in a Week 14 win over Carolina, but that came on his only target all game, while top tight end Kyle Pitts hauled in five passes for 61 yards.
