Washington was signed to the Bengals' practice squad Tuesday.

Washington was waived by the Bengals in August, and he will now rejoin the practice squad. The tight end has yet to make his NFL debut after going undrafted in the 2021 draft.

Forristall was signed to the Browns' practice squad Tuesday.

The 23-year-old was activated for the second consecutive game in Week 15, playing one snap. Forristall was cut by the team Friday, but he has now returned to the Browns' practice squad.

Cager was signed to the Browns' practice squad Tuesday.

The wide receiver was cut Friday but will return to the team's practice squad Tuesday. Cager has been on the active roster twice this season and failed to log a catch.

Uzomah had five catches for 36 yards on seven targets in the Bengals' Week 16 win over the Ravens.

Though he didn't score, he was targeted four times inside the Ravens' 20 and once inside the 5-yard line. Uzomah was the receiver when the Ravens' Anthony Averett got hurt making a tackle. Uzomah could be in line for a similar output this week against Kansas City, as tight ends have racked up 79 catches for 849 yards against the AFC West squad this year, albeit for only six touchdowns.

Mabry reverted to the Seahawks' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction report.

Mabry played two offensive snaps and 10 special teams snaps but didn't record any counting stats. The 25-year-old tight end is still in search of his first NFL target.

The Seahawks activated Dissly (illness) from the reserve/COVID-19 list Tuesday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.

Dissly found himself on the COVID-19 list last Wednesday due to a positive test that forced him to miss this past Sunday's loss to the Bears. Now that he's back on the active roster, he can set his sights on setting new career highs in catches (he needs five more) and receiving yards (he needs 40 more) over the final two contests of the campaign.

Freiermuth (concussion) has a chance to play Monday against the Browns, Missi Matthews of the Steelers' official site reports.

Freiermuth entered the protocol for head injuries during a Week 15 win over the Titans and was unable to practice in any capacity last week before he was ruled out for this past Sunday's game at Kansas City. Tomlin's comments indicate the rookie tight end may be able to step on the field as early as Thursday, when the Steelers officially begin Week 17 prep. By doing so, Freiermuth would exhibit his first bit of progress since he was diagnosed with a concussion, but he still will be subject to an evaluation by an independent neurologist in order to be cleared for game action.

Sullivan reverted to the Panthers' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Sullivan was active for the first time this season in Sunday's loss to the Buccaneers. He was on the field for 17 offensive snaps and 13 special-teams snaps, but he was unable to haul in his only target of the game.

Hollister caught both his targets for 20 yards during Sunday's 26-21 loss to the Jets.

Hollister was targeted for the first time since Week 5 and played 36 of 73 offensive snaps Sunday, which was only six fewer snaps than starting tight end James O'Shaughnessy. Hollister has found himself back in the mix under interim coach Darrell Bevell, though his role doesn't offer much fantasy potential.

Gesicki caught three of four targets for 22 yards in Monday night's 20-3 win over the Saints.

Gesicki trailed only Jaylen Waddle for Miami's team lead in receptions, but his production paled in comparison to the rookie's 10 grabs for 92 yards and a score. In a vertically-challenged passing attack, Gesicki represents a big-bodied target for quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, but he's topped 50 yards just once and hasn't scored over the Dolphins' current seven-game win streak. That illustrates Gesicki's modest upside, but his 47 targets over that same span give him a secure floor.
