Gesicki caught one of three targets for 15 yards during Sunday's 31-23 loss to the Seahawks.

Gesicki has now been limited to just one catch for 15 yards in back-to-back games, having drawn three targets in both. He ran 36 routes Sunday, so a lack of playing time wasn't to blame for the disappointing statline, but rather that Seattle's defensive coverage encouraged Ryan Fitzpatrick to hone in on DeVante Parker (12 targets) and Isaiah Ford (10 targets) in the passing game. Gesicki faces tough odds of bouncing back Week 5 against a 49ers squad that recently shut down Evan Engram and Zach Ertz.

Henry brought in two of three targets for 39 yards in the Chargers' 38-31 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday.

Henry struggled compared to last week against the Panthers, seeing just three targets compared to seven against Carolina, though he did accumulate the second most out of the team's receivers. Keenan Allen continued to siphon the majority of the team's targets, receiving 12 compared to Henry's three. Things could change next week against the Saints, who allowed the second most fantasy points to tight ends thus far. It's also possible Henry could see a bit more work in the red zone if Mike Williams (hamstring) is unable to play again.

Schultz (thigh) is expected to play Sunday against the Giants, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.

The tight end took a helmet to the thigh late in Sunday's loss to the Browns but the team is optimistic that he won't miss time. His level of participation in practice as the week progresses will give a clearer picture of his status heading into Sunday. If Schultz is limited, Blake Bell and Sean McKeon would see additional reps.

Parham caught his only target for a 19-yard touchdown in the 38-31 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday.

The XFL star actually saw just one snap the entire game, but he made it count with a nifty touchdown reception off a well-designed play-action pass in the second quarter. Parham has been a healthy inactive in each of the past three games prior to Sunday, so it's unlikely this will be anything more than a career footnote unless injuries affect the top of the Chargers' tight end depth chart.

Bryant will have more competition for playing time, as the Browns anticipate David Njoku (knee) returning Week 5, Andrew Gribble of the Browns' official site reports.

Bryant has filled in the last three weeks while Njoku recovered from a sprained MCL. Bryant and Njoku will compete for playing time behind (and along with) primary tight end Austin Hooper in Cleveland's multi-TE attack. It's unknown how the deployment will shake itself out, as the only time all three were active was Week 1 when Njoku left in the third quarter. One thing that became clear during Njoku's absence is that Browns are confident Bryant can handle the workload, so it's not a given the veteran Njoku will step in as the top backup.

Njoku (knee) is expected to return to the roster for Week 5's home game against the Colts, Andrew Gribble of the Browns' official site reports.

Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski confirmed the news that Njoku himself broke in a tweet. His return should mostly impact rookie Harrison Bryant, who has been playing the backup role to starter Austin Hooper. Cleveland has often used multiple tight ends, so there could still be snaps for all three against an Indianapolis defense that has allowed just 71 yards to tight ends, the fewest in the NFL.

Moreau caught his only target for eight yards in Sunday's 30-23 loss to the Bills.

Moreau has played no more than 15 offensive snaps in three of the Raiders' first four contests, but the LSU product has now recorded at least one reception in three consecutive games. Expect fellow tight ends Darren Waller and Jason Witten to continue handling a majority of the work Week 5 at Kansas City, severely limiting Moreau's fantasy relevance.

Hurst caught four of his six targets for 51 receiving yards during Monday's 30-16 loss to the Packers.

The 2018 first-round draft choice got off to a slow start to his Falcons tenure with three catches and 38 receiving yards in a season-opening loss to Seattle. Between Weeks 2 and 3, Hurst rebounded with touchdown grabs in back-to-back outings, while Monday night he finished as Atlanta's second-leading receiver behind Olamide Zaccheaus. As Todd Gurley remains a non-factor in the passing game with nine total receiving yards through four games and Julio Jones deals with a recurring hamstring injury, Hurst may once again be one of Atlanta's go-to options during a Week 5 matchup against Carolina.

Tonyan caught all six of his targets for 98 yards and three touchdowns in Monday night's 30-16 win over the Falcons.

Tonyan entered Monday having scored in back-to-back games, but his three-touchdown tally was still certainly a surprise. After going for a 27-yard gain on Green Bay's second offensive play, Tonyan's next catch was a 19-yard touchdown ahead of the two-minute warning. The tight end then struck again before halftime, hauling in an eight-yarder to extend the Packers' lead. To complete his hat trick of touchdowns, Tonyan got up after being pulled down during his route to score from 21 yards midway through the third. Despite being relatively unknown, the 26-year-old had been gaining traction with quarterback Aaron Rodgers lately, and with top wideouts Davante Adams (hamstring) and Allen Lazard (abdomen) both sidelined Monday, Tonyan picked up the slack in a big way. Of course, it's likely Adams will return following Green Bay's Week 5 bye, and not every opponent will resemble Atlanta's injured and ineffective outfit, but given his steady growth and spectacular showing, Tonyan could be an important option in an exciting offense, making him worthy of attention going forward.

Knox caught two of three targets for 16 yards during Sunday's win in Las Vegas.

Knox only played 48 percent of the offensive snaps after missing Week 3 with a concussion. Backup Tyler Kroft was on the field for 33 percent of those snaps and was also targeted three times, hauling in just one for 12 yards. Knox remains the starter and is the more talented player, but with Buffalo's wide receivers playing so well -- not to mention running back Devin Singletary's involvement in the passing game -- the tight end could be a hit-or-miss option for much of the season.
