Higbee (elbow) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the 49ers.

Higbee, who's recorded 27 catches (on 35 targets) for 315 yards and three TDs (all in Week 2) in nine games to date, was listed as a non-participant in practice all week due to an elbow injury that he suffered during Week 11 action, so it remains to be seen how close to a full workload he'll see Sunday. If he's limited at all in the contest, added tight-end snaps would be available for Gerald Everett and Johnny Mundt.

Kroft (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Chargers.

The 27-year-old was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list during Buffalo's bye last week, but he's a healthy scratch for Week 12. It's a surprising development as Kroft has operated as the team's secondary tight end all season when healthy. Lee Smith is the only other available tight end behind starter Dawson Knox.

Hurst (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the Raiders, Will McFadden of the Falcons' official site reports.

Hurst logged just one limited practice this week before the Falcons tagged him as questionable for this contest. Still, it was enough to gain clearance to play Sunday, which cannot be said for Julio Jones (hamstring). With both Jones and Todd Gurley (knee) sidelined, their combined 9.7 targets per game will be up for grabs for the likes of Hurst, Calvin Ridley and company to take advantage of the Raiders' 28th-ranked pass defense (273.6 yards per game).

Andrews (thigh) tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday and has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Steelers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Andrews will be one of two Ravens added to the reserve/COVID-19 list Sunday, with star pass rusher Matt Judon being the other following his own positive COVID-19 test, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. They become the 10th and 11th Ravens players to test positive, rendering both unable to play Tuesday. As Schefter notes, Andrews is a Type 1 diabetic, so the tight end could be more vulnerable to the symptoms of the coronavirus than most of his peers. The Ravens haven't commented on Andrews' status beyond Week 12, but he seems unlikely to clear the protocol in time for Baltimore's Week 13 game Dec. 7 versus Dallas. With Andrews and Patrick Ricard on the reserve/COVID-19 list and Nick Boyle (knee) on injured reserve, the Ravens are currently without a tight end on the 53-man roster.

Hurst (ankle) is expected to play Sunday against the Raiders, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

The 27-year-old received the questionable tag after finishing the week with a limited practice Friday, and it appears he's continued to progress well halfway through the weekend. Hurst is looking for a rebound performance after posting zero catches on two targets last week against the Saints.

Burt was placed on New England's practice squad injured list Saturday with an undisclosed injury, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

Burt returned from the practice squad injured list Nov. 18, but he either aggravated the injury or is dealing with a new issue. It's unclear how long he's expected to be sidelined.

Fumagalli was promoted to Denver's active roster from the practice squad Saturday, Ryan O'Halloran of The Denver Post reports.

The 25-year-old will once again serve as an extra player on the active roster after the Broncos placed some players on the reserve/COVID-19 list. Fumagalli has two catches for 12 yards while playing 32 offensive snaps across his two appearances this season.

Dillon was elevated to the Vikings' active roster from the practice squad Saturday.

The 23-year-old is up from the practice squad as an extra player for Sunday's matchup with Carolina. Dillon played a pair of offensive snaps during his previous appearance this season.

The Cardinals placed Daniels (ankle) on injured reserve Saturday.

In a corresponding move, the Cardinals promoted Evan Baylis from the practice squad. Daniels isn't eligible to return until Week 15 against the Eagles. Dan Arnold figures to receive a bump in usage until Daniels gains clearance.

Andrews (thigh) is listed as questionable for Tuesday's contest against the Steelers, Daniel Oyefusi of The Baltimore Sun reports.

It remains to be seen if the Ravens will actually play the Steelers during their scheduled Tuesday timeslot after players from both teams were placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday, but if the game is still on, expect Andrews to be a game-time decision. The fact the tight end continues to maintain a "limited" designation during the virtual practices is likely a positive sign, but more information will be available Monday should the game still remain scheduled to take place during its projected time.
