Hooper caught six of seven targets for a total of 66 receiving yards and two touchdowns during Sunday's 27-24 loss to Indianapolis.

Through the first two weeks of the 2019 campaign, Hooper had shown that his Pro Bowl nomination of last year was no fluke by compiling 13 receptions for 111 yards on 15 targets. What had eluded him prior to Sunday's showdown with the Colts was the ever-valuable touchdown, but he broke through with two second-half scores to snap his six-game drought. In Week 4, Hooper and the Falcons will be going up against a Tennessee defense that's given up a tight end touchdown in three consecutive games to open up the season.

Dissly caught six of seven targets for 62 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 33-27 loss to the Saints.

Dissly's touchdown came as time expired in the fourth quarter and there was no longer a chance of comeback, but it's still impressive that Dissly now has three touchdowns in three games this year. The second-year tight end was only out-targeted by Tyler Lockett (seven), and Dissly continues to prove the run-blocking label he had coming out of college was incorrect. He's a top waiver-wire pickup going into Week 4, as the Cardinals have allowed 319 receiving yards and five touchdowns to tight ends through three games.

Engram caught six of eight targets for 113 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 32-31 win over the Buccaneers.

Engram led the team in receiving yardage while finishing second in targets and catches. He averaged an impressive 18.8 yards per reception thanks in large part to a 75-yard touchdown catch and run in the third quarter. Engram has performed regardless of who's been at quarterback this season, totaling 23 catches for 277 yards and a pair of touchdowns through three games. He'll look to keep it up next Sunday at home against the Redskins.

Thomas caught his only target for a 13-yard gain during Sunday's 27-24 victory over the Eagles.

Thomas remains the clear No. 3 tight end behind T.J. Hockenson and Jesse James. He's yet to draw more than a single target in any game this year and that's unlikely to change as long as the guys ahead of him stay healthy.

Through three weeks, the 6-foot-7 James has mostly served as an extension of the offensive line. He's caught the occasional pass, but T.J. Hockenson continues to seem like the upside play among Lions tight ends.

It's starting to look like Hockenson's huge Week 1 performance is a product of Arizona's inability to cover tight ends, as Baltimore's Mark Andrews (8/112/1) and Carolina's Greg Olsen (6/75/2) also put up big numbers against the Cardinals in Weeks 2 and 3, respectively. Meanwhile, Hockenson has caught just two of seven targets for eight yards in two games since the season opener in the desert. While the rookie has at least showed some upside, he's also proving to be a low-floor fantasy option that probably can't be trusted on an every-week basis.

Waller corralled 13 of his 14 targets, amassing 134 receiving yards during Sunday's 34-14 loss to Minnesota. He also registered one carry, logging a seven-yard gain on the play.

Waller looks like he may just be your prototypical "league winner," emerging from a late-round average draft position to become an elite fantasy producer over the course of the season. The 255-pound tight end has been targeted at least seven times in three straight games to start off the season, while providing an absurdly efficient catch rate of 89.7 percent. He also has offered a high floor with no fewer than 63 receiving yards in any game thus far in 2019. Look for Waller to keep things rolling in Week 4, facing a Colts defense that allowed Falcons tight end Austin Hooper to erupt for 66 yards and two touchdowns Sunday.

Knox caught three of four targets for 67 yards and a touchdown while adding a nine-yard rush in Sunday's 21-17 win over the Bengals.

The rookie third-rounder delivered a breakout performance after seeing limited action in his first two games. Knox opened the scoring with a one-yard touchdown catch and got most of his yardage on a 49-yard reception. The promising young tight end will look to build on this performance when the Patriots pay a visit in Week 4, though once starter Tyler Kroft (foot/ankle) returns Knox may see his snap count reduced.

Andrews (foot) was held held to three catches for 15 yards on seven targets during Sunday's 33-28 loss in Kansas City.

After back-to-back games looking like one of the most dependable tight ends in the game, Andrews struggled Sunday. Whether that is attributable to foot injury he's been dealing with, the overall struggles of the passing game, or both, remain to be seen. Andrews was able to rattle off back-to-back 100-yard games against teams that have struggled with pass defense, and while the Chiefs aren't particularly effective in that regard, Baltimore still struggled to complete half of its pass attempts. A tougher test should await Sunday against division-rival Cleveland.

Ertz secured four of seven targets for 64 yards in the Eagles' 27-24 loss to the Lions on Sunday.

Ertz was expected to see an avalanche of targets Sunday with both Alshon Jeffery (calf) and DeSean Jackson (groin) out of action, and although he turned in a serviceable line overall, it was arguably underwhelming given expectations. Ertz did boast a higher YPC than usual, thanks in part to a game-long 23-yard catch. The veteran tight end now has sandwiched a pair of seven-target tallies around the whopping 16 looks he logged versus the Falcons in Week 2, but he's still in search of his first touchdown of the campaign. He'll have another opportunity to break the ice on that front in relatively prompt fashion, considering the Eagles face the Packers in a Thursday night Week 4 tilt.
