Allen logged 13 out of a possible 61 snaps on offense in Sunday's loss to the Jaguars.

Allen was not targeted in the game, underscoring that he's off the fantasy radar while working behind Rob Gronkowski and with fellow tight end Jacob Hollister carving out a role in the team's passing game at Allen's expense.

Hollister caught all three of his targets for 35 yards in Sunday's 31-20 loss to the Jaguars.

Meanwhile, Rob Gronkowski hauled in two of his four targets for just 15 yards. Though Hollister outproduced Gronkowski in Week 2, as the Jaguars focused on containing the Patriots' top tight end, it must be noted that Hollister was on the field for just 14 snaps (out of a possible 61) compared to Gronkowski's 58 snaps. While it's tough to count on a steady level of production from Hollister, he's a name to have filed away in the event of a Gronkowski injury.

Lewis played 14 snaps in Sunday's tie with the Vikings but did not catch a pass.

Lewis worked as the Packers' third tight end in their season opener, and he was back in that role in Week 2, as backup tight end Lance Kendricks totaled 27 snaps and top tight end Jimmy Graham was on the field for 58 plays.

Gathers failed to catch either of his targets in Sunday night's win over the Giants.

Both times Dak Prescott threw his way, the quarterback was scrambling to get away from the Giants' pass rush, which suggests that Gathers isn't yet among the QB's first reads. The tight end's athleticism and wingspan should earn him more trust in the offense now that he's beginning to prove he can get open, though, and his two targets were two more than the rest of Dallas' tight ends combined. He's worth keeping an eye on as his role grows, but as yet Gathers' fantasy value is minimal.

Engram caught all seven of his targets for 67 yards and a score against the Cowboys on Sunday night.

The Giants offense was terrible all game, but a blown coverage in the end zone by the Cowboys in garbage time salvaged Engram's day. There's a lot of talent in the Giants offense, but the usage tree is fairly narrow -- only Odell Beckham, Saquon Barkley, Sterling Shepard and Engram see regular looks, so there should be enough to go around.

Kittle pulled in two of his four targets for 22 yards in Sunday's 30-27 win over the Lions.

Kittle saw far fewer targets than his impressive Week 1 showing (5-9-90), due in large part to a game script that had the 49ers chewing clock for the majority of the second half. The 24-year-old was targeted in the end zone for what would have been a 15-yard touchdown in the first quarter, but Lions safety Quandre Diggs held on to Kittle's jersey and took a holding penalty once he knew he was beat, eliminating what looked to be a sure score. Fellow tight end Garrett Celek ended up converting a red-zone touchdown later in the game, a vulture situation that could become a nuisance at times for Kittle's fantasy owners. That said, the sophomore is still viewed as the top tight end in San Francisco, and he possesses a far higher offensive ceiling due to a combination of size and speed. Expect Kittle to be more involved in a potential aerial shootout against the Chiefs next week.

Hooper hauled in all five of his targets for 59 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 31-24 win over the Panthers.

Hooper's performance on Sunday was his most substantial PPR-scoring output since Week 10 of last season (16.9 points). With 59 yards against Carolina, the former Stanford standout also eclipsed 50 receiving yards for the first time since putting up over 100 in Week 1 of 2017. Upcoming for Hooper and the Falcons is a Saints defense that has allowed 663 passing yards during the first two games of the season to Ryan Fitzpatrick and Tyrod Taylor.

Smith did not see a target Week 2 against Houston.

Smith was on the field for 59 offensive snaps but did not appear on the stat sheet after being pegged to fill in for the injured Delanie Walker (ankle). Backup quarterback Blaine Gabbert attempted only 20 passes, so there weren't an abundance of opportunities for any Titans receivers. As the team gets healthier -- they were without starting quarterback Marcus Mariota and key members of the offensive line -- Smith may become more involved, but that role isn't imminent after Smith's disappointing Week 2 showing.

Akins caught both of his targets for 21 yards in Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Titans in Week 2.

Akins led Houston's tight ends in receiving yards Sunday and is the position group's leader in catches and yards through the first two weeks. He's caught all four of his targets for 32 yards over the first two weeks.

Seals-Jones caught four of six passes for 17 yards in Sunday's 34-0 loss to the Rams.

The six targets were actually a team-high mark in a game that saw the Rams hold a 67-43 advantage in snaps and a 432-137 advantage in yards. Seals-Jones appeared to dominate the playing time at tight end for a second time in as many weeks, but it still isn't translating into production. He might benefit if the Cardinals switched from Sam Bradford to Josh Rosen, though the team's issues clearly aren't just a matter of the quarterback position. There's a chance Seals-Jones will lose some of his snaps and targets if Jermaine Gresham (Achilles) is ready for Week 3 against the Bears.
