  • Brock Wright TE | DET

Lions' Brock Wright: Nabs touchdown in blowout win

Wright caught his only target for an eight-yard touchdown in Sunday's 52-14 win over the Titans.

Wright made the most of his one touch in Week 8, reeling in an eight-yard score in the second quarter. The tight end hadn't secured a catch since Week 4 and through seven games in 2024, he's caught eight of 10 targets for 57 yards and a touchdown. Wright remains an unattractive fantasy option while operating as the No. 2 tight end behind Sam LaPorta.

  • Jake Ferguson TE | DAL

Cowboys' Jake Ferguson: Does little with eight targets

Ferguson caught six of eight targets for 23 yards in Sunday's 30-24 loss to the 49ers.

Ferguson didn't get in on the scoring fun that the tight end position enjoyed on National Tight Ends Day in the NFL. Instead, Ferguson had multiple defenders swarming to him on each of his six short catches, none of which went for more than 10 yards. He has at least six catches in four of his last five games, so Ferguson figures to see substantial volume again in Week 9 against the Falcons.

  • 49ers' George Kittle: Leads injured receiving crew

Kittle secured six of seven targets for 128 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 30-24 win over Dallas.

Kittle went off against Dallas in a primetime matchup, leading his team in all receiving categories while catching Brock Purdy's lone touchdown pass. The 49ers were already shorthanded before losing wideout Deebo Samuel (ribs) to injury in this contest, so Kittle may be asked to do even more as the season progresses. For now, the San Francisco will enter its bye week and rest multiple injured starters ahead of a Nov. 10 tilt against Tampa Bay. The eccentric tight end has been a fantasy stud through eight games, producing a 40/503/7 receiving line for managers.

  • Gerald Everett TE | CHI

Bears' Gerald Everett: Targeted twice in defeat

Everett caught one pass for three yards in the Bears' 18-15 loss to the Commanders on Sunday.

Everett has caught six passes for 25 yards in seven games this season. Unless the tight end's role changes significantly, it will be tough for Everett to pile up strong fantasy numbers.

  • Mark Andrews TE | BAL

Ravens' Mark Andrews: Reaches end zone again

Andrews recorded five receptions on five targets for 36 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 29-24 loss to the Browns.

Andrews' involvement in the Baltimore offense has stabilized, as he's now seen at least four targets in four consecutive games. His yardage total took a bit of a dip, as his longest catch went for just 11 yards. However, Andrews found the end zone on a seven-yard catch midway through the third quarter, tallying a touchdown for the third consecutive game.

  • Cole Kmet TE | CHI

Bears' Cole Kmet: Hot streak ends

Kmet caught a 14-yard pass on his only target in the Bears' 18-15 loss to the Commanders on Sunday.

With Caleb Williams completing just 10 passes for 131 yards, there was not much production to go around for the Chicago pass catchers. The one target Kmet saw was the first time since Week 1 that the tight end had fewer than three targets. Aside from one game with 10 targets, Kmet is averaging three targets over his other six games. Due to the lack of consistent passes thrown to Kmet, the potential for a poor performance is always present.

  • Dalton Kincaid TE | BUF

Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Cashes in second TD

Kincaid hauled in four of seven targets for 31 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 31-10 win over the Seahawks.

Kincaid was the recipient of one of two Josh Allen passing touchdowns in Sunday's lopsided victory. The 25-year-old Kincaid finished tied for second in targets for Buffalo while cashing in his second receiving touchdown of the season. Kincaid continues to split work with fellow tight end Dawson Knox (2-50-0), with Kincaid being the preferred fantasy option ahead of next Sunday's tilt against Miami.

  • Noah Fant TE | NO

Seahawks' Noah Fant: Gains 22 yards in defeat

Fant had three receptions (on four targets) for 22 yards in Sunday's 31-10 loss to Buffalo.

Fant finished in a tie for third in terms of targets in a game during which Seattle could do little on offense. The veteran tight end was coming off a pair of 60-plus yard performances, so there is some deep-league value to be had. Fant shouldn't be considered much more than that heading into a Week 9 matchup against the Rams next Sunday.

  • Travis Kelce TE | KC

Chiefs' Travis Kelce: Biggest fantasy game in 2024

Kelce corralled 10 of 12 targets for 90 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-20 win over the Raiders.

Kelce posted a strong receiving line complemented by his first receiving touchdown of the 2024 season. The star tight end finally put it all together for fantasy managers who drafted him early in drafts this year. Perhaps the addition of proven No. 1 wideout DeAndre Hopkins will finally draw defenses away from Kelce. Up next for the Chiefs is a primetime matchup against the Buccaneers next Monday.

  • Taysom Hill QB | NO

Saints' Taysom Hill: Logs six touches Week 8

Hill gathered in two of four targets for 21 yards to go along with four rushes for 20 yards during Sunday's 26-8 loss against the Chargers. He also completed his lone passing attempt for three yards.

Hill logged a season high in targets during his first game back from a rib injury suffered Week 4. In his first three games this season, the 34-year-old was the Saints' No. 2 rushing option behind Alvin Kamara. It looks like he took on a bigger role in the passing game Sunday, as he tied for third on the team in targets behind Chris Olave (14) and Kamara (11). Hill's non-traditional role makes his production rather hard to predict, but his value as a rusher in the red zone combined with the team's lack of weapons should provide him some notable scoring chances when he's healthy. He'll look to make an impact as both a rusher and receiver during next week's game versus Carolina on Sunday, Nov. 3.
