Gabe Davis WR | BUF
Jaguars' Gabe Davis: Remains limited at practice
Davis (shoulder) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday.
Brian Thomas (chest) also opened the week as a limited participant, with both wideouts maintaining their levels of practice activity from last week. Thomas was subsequently cleared to face the Eagles this past Sunday, while Davis was inactive for the first time all season. With that in mind, Davis' status for this weekend's contest against the Vikings would seem to be less certain than Thomas'. Unless Davis returns to a full session by Friday, look for him to head into the weekend with an injury designation.

Mecole Hardman WR | BUF
Chiefs' Mecole Hardman: Dealing with injuries
Hardman (shoulder/knee) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.
Hardman exited the Chiefs' Week 9 win over the Buccaneers with a shoulder injury before later returning. It also appears that the Georgia product now is dealing with a knee issue, likely sustained Monday night. Hardman's practice participation Thursday and Friday will be the best indication of whether he can suit up for Sunday's matchup against the Broncos.

Brian Thomas Jr. WR | JAC
Jaguars' Brian Thomas: Limited in Wednesday's practice
Thomas (chest) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday.
Thomas played through the chest contusion in the Jaguars' Week 9 loss to the Eagles, but he was held to a career-low 22 receiving yards. If the standout rookie can upgrade to full participation Thursday or Friday and avoid an injury designation heading into Sunday's game against the Vikings, it could portend a return to his previous level of production. Thomas averaged 71.6 receiving yards per game and caught five touchdown passes over his first eight NFL games.

Chris Conley WR | SF
49ers' Chris Conley: Opens week as DNP
Conley (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
Conley suffered the hamstring injury during the 49ers' Week 8 win over the Cowboys and hasn't yet made a full recovery coming out of the team's Week 9 bye. He'll have two more chances this week to increase his practice participation before the 49ers potentially give him a designation for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay.

Cedrick Wilson Jr. WR | DET
Saints' Cedrick Wilson: Misses practice with shoulder issue
Wilson (shoulder) didn't practice Wednesday.
Wilson missed some time during this past Sunday's loss at Carolina due to a shoulder injury but ultimately was able to finish out the contest on his way to two catches (on three targets) for 34 yards. With an absence from practice under his belt to begin Week 10 prep, his status will be on to monitor to see if he may be able to help fill in for Chris Olave, who emerged from Week 9 with a concussion following a big hit and may require a stint on injured reserve.
-
Tyler Boyd WR | TEN
Titans' Tyler Boyd: Begins week with limited practice
Boyd (shoulder) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Boyd's shoulder injury may have played a role in his limited involvement against the Patriots in Week 9, as he played a season-low 21 snaps on offense and wasn't targeted. If he's healthy enough to play this Sunday against the Chargers, Boyd won't make for a reliable option in fantasy lineups after having contributed only 184 receiving yards without a touchdown through eight games.

Chris Olave WR | NO
Saints' Chris Olave: Meeting with specialists
Saints interim head coach Darren Rizzi said Wednesday that Olave (concussion) is meeting with specialists, and no decision has been made regarding whether the receiver will be placed on injured reserve, Matthew Paras of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
Rizzi subtly acknowledged the possibility of an extended absence for Olave, who suffered his second concussion of the season and fourth of his NFL career during Sunday's 23-22 loss to the Panthers. The wideout also suffered a concussion in 2020 during his time at Ohio State. Olave didn't practice Wednesday and appears highly unlikely to play this Sunday against the Falcons.
-
Drake London WR | ATL
Falcons' Drake London: Listed as limited Wednesday
London (hip) was listed as a limited participant on Wednesday's estimated injury report, Daniel Flick of SI.com reports.
London was contained to just one quarter of action this past Sunday against the Cowboys due to what eventually was deemed to be a hip pointer, leaving him day-to-day. The Falcons merely held a walk-through session Wednesday, so he'll need to use practices Thursday and Friday in order to prove his level of health in advance of Sunday's contest at New Orleans.
-
Jauan Jennings WR | MIN
49ers' Jauan Jennings: Limited Wednesday
Head coach Kyle Shanahan said Jennings (hip) will be a limited participant at Wednesday's practice, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
Jennings has been sidelined since Week 6 due to a hip injury, missing two contests as a result. With the benefit of a Week 9 bye, he's now ramping up his activity level in advance of Sunday's game in Tampa Bay. If he's able to return to action this weekend, Jennings likely will serve as one of the 49ers' starting wide receivers alongside Deebo Samuel (oblique/ribs) due to Brandon Aiyuk (knee) being out for the season due to ACL and MCL tears.
-
Deebo Samuel WR | WAS
49ers' Deebo Samuel: Will be limited Wednesday
Head coach Kyle Shanahan said Samuel (oblique/ribs) will be a limited participant at Wednesday's practice, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
In the 49ers' last game Oct. 27 versus the Cowboys, Samuel exited early with a rib injury, with Shanahan relaying a day later that the wideout was tending to both rib and oblique strains. With a Week 9 bye to rest up, Samuel will ease into Week 10 prep and have two more chances to log a full practice before potentially entering the weekend with a designation for Sunday's game at Tampa Bay.
