Toure was waived by the Packers on Tuesday, Wes Hodkiewicz of the team's official site reports.
The wide receiver caught five passes for 53 yards in the preseason but missed out on the sixth and final spot on Green Bay's depth chart. Toure caught 13 passes for 160 yards and a touchdown over his first two seasons with the Packers.

D.J. Montgomery: Let go by Indy
The Colts cut Montgomery on Tuesday, JJ Stankevitz of the team's official site reports.
Montgomery was competing for a depth wide receiver role in training camp, but he wasn't able to make the final roster after accumulating three catches on seven targets for 51 yards across three preseason games. He could be invited back to the Colts' practice squad, which is what happened last season. Montgomery ended up signing onto Indianapolis' 53-man roster in December, and he appeared in seven regular-season games, finishing the season with three catches on eight targets for 56 yards and one touchdown.

Michael Bandy WR | DEN
Michael Bandy: Let go by Denver
Bandy was waived by the Broncos on Tuesday, Aric DiLalla of the team's official website reports.
Bandy spent the 2023 season on Denver's practice squad, ultimately appearing in one contest with the team. If he clears waivers, he'll likely return to the practice squad with the Broncos ahead of the 2024 season.

Grant DuBose: Waived by Green Bay
DuBose was waived by the Packers on Tuesday, Wes Hodkiewicz of the team's official site reports.
The wide receiver who caught five passes for 66 yards in the team's preseason opener ended up missing out on the sixth and final slot on the depth chart. DuBose signed a reserve/future contract with Green Bay in January after spending much of 2023 on the practice squad.

Kristian Wilkerson: Let loose by Las Vegas
The Raiders released Wilkerson on Tuesday, per the team's official site.
Wilkerson signed a reserve/future contract with Las Vegas in January and was vying for a spot on the 53-man roster but won't make the cut despite tying for the team lead with seven catches during the preseason slate, on which he totaled 69 yards and one touchdown. In four NFL seasons, the 27-year-old has just four catches, all of which came in 2021 with the Patriots.

David Sills: Let go by Broncos
Sills was released by the Broncos on Tuesday, Aric DiLalla of the team's official website reports.
Sills spent the 2023 campaign with Denver, failing to garner a target while appearing in three games with the team. The wide receiver compiled 53 receiving yards on four catches during the preseason and he'll now look for another opportunity elsewhere.

Titans' Colton Dowell: Moves to reserve/PUP list
Dowell (knee) was placed on the reserve/PUP list by the Titans on Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
The wide receiver will have to miss the team's first four regular season games but can return in October. Dowell caught one pass for three yards on 50 offensive snaps in 2023, his rookie season. The 2023 seventh-round pick will try to compete for a depth role upon his return.

Lil'Jordan Humphrey: Released by Denver
Humphrey was released by the Broncos on Tuesday, Aric DiLalla of the team's official website reports.
Humphrey re-signed with the Broncos in March after compiling 162 receiving yards and three touchdowns on 13 catches over 17 games with the team in 2023, but he'll now look for another opportunity elsewhere. He has appeared in at least three contests in each of the last five NFL seasons and will likely find a new suitor in the near future.

Kendric Pryor: Cut loose by Cincy
The Bengals waived Pryor on Tuesday, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.
Pryor was among a slew of players waived by Cincinnati to meet Tuesday's deadline for a 53-man roster. The third-year pro spent time on the Bengals' practice squad last season, though he wasn't elevated and is still looking for a chance to make his NFL debut.

Dez Fitzpatrick WR | LAC
Dez Fitzpatrick: Cut by Pittsburgh
Fitzpatrick was waived by the Steelers on Tuesday, Teresa Varley of the team's official site reports.
Fitzpatrick spent most of 2023 on the Steelers' practice squad, though he was called up for Week 4 against the Texans, during which he played three snaps on special teams. He had a solid preseason, finishing with five catches for 130 yards, highlighted by a 59-yard reception in the Steelers' preseason finale against the Lions on Saturday. Fitzpatrick has appeared in just six regular-season games since being selected by the Titans in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Assuming he clears waivers, Fitzpatrick should be able to catch on with another team, most likely on a practice squad.
