  • Ryan Miller WR | NYG

Ryan Miller: Waived as TB gets WRs back

Miller was waived by the Buccaneers on Wednesday.

The Buccaneers activated Mike Evans (collarbone) and Jalen McMillan (neck) from injured reserve Wednesday. Miller and defensive lineman C.J. Brewer were waived to clear roster spots for the pair of returning wide receivers. In eight appearances for the Buccaneers this season, Miller had just two catches for 34 yards and a touchdown.

  • Alec Pierce WR | IND

Colts' Alec Pierce: Practices without limitations

Pierce (rib) was a full participant at Wednesday's practice.

The undisclosed injury Pierce suffered on the Colts' final drive of their Week 14 loss to Jacksonville turned out to be to his rib, but he has already shaken off that injury. The team's 2025 leader in receiving yards (769) will be available to face the Seahawks on Sunday, but it remains to be seen who will be throwing Pierce the ball in the wake of Daniel Jones' season-ending Achilles injury.

  • Khadarel Hodge WR | ATL

Falcons' KhaDarel Hodge: Ready to rock

Hodge (shoulder) does not carry an injury designation for Thursday's game against the Buccaneers, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.

Hodge began Week 15 preparations as a limited participant at practice but upgraded to full reps Wednesday. The depth wide receiver didn't handle any offensive snaps during Atlanta's loss to Seattle in Week 14, though he did play 23 snaps on special teams. Prior to that, Hodge was a healthy scratch Week 13.

  • Mike Evans WR | TB

Buccaneers' Mike Evans: Activated from IR, still questionable

The Buccaneers activated Evans (collarbone) from injured reserve Wednesday, but he remains questionable for Thursday's game against the Falcons, Brianna Dix of the team's official site reports.

Since Tampa Bay designated him for return from injured reserve last Wednesday, Evans has been listed as limited on six consecutive injury reports, and coach Todd Bowles told Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times this Wednesday that the veteran wide receiver had yet to take any contact but remained a possibility to play Thursday. Evans' status will be confirmed about 90 minutes before the 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff, but even if he's able to suit up, he may be operating with restrictions considering Bowles' comment. Jalen McMillan (neck) also was activated from IR on Wednesday, so the Buccaneers very well could have their full complement of wide receivers available for the first time this season.

  • Buccaneers' Jalen McMillan: Activated from IR

The Buccaneers have activated McMillan (neck), who is officially listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Falcons, from IR.

McMillan and Mike Evans (collarbone) have both been activated from IR and are listed as questionable for Thursday Night Football after having been limited in three consecutive practices. Final word on McMillan's status for Week 15 will arrive no later than 90 minutes prior to Thursday's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff, but it's a positive sign to see him activated from IR in time to be eligible to suit up against Atlanta.

  • Raiders' Dont'e Thornton: Clears concussion protocol

Thornton has cleared concussion protocol, Ryan McFadden of ESPN.com reports.

Thornton will be available for Sunday's game at Philadelphia, but the extent of his role is unclear, especially after fellow rookie Jack Bech stepped up with six catches in Thornton's absence during a loss to the Broncos this past Sunday.

  • Buccaneers' Jalen McMillan: Listed as questionable for TNF

McMillan (neck) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice and is officially listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Falcons, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.

McMillan and Mike Evans (collarbone) are both officially listed as questionable after having logged a trio of limited practices, and they will each need to be activated from IR in advance of Thursday's matchup in order to be eligible to take the field. A 2024 third-round pick, McMillan is working to make his 2025 regular-season debut after having suffered a significant neck injury during an Aug. 16 preseason clash against the Steelers.

  • Mike Evans WR | TB

Buccaneers' Mike Evans: Officially questionable for TNF

Evans (collarbone) was limited in practice Wednesday and is officially listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Falcons.

Evans has officially been listed as limited across all three of Tampa Bay's practice reports for Week 15, though head coach Todd Bowles said Wednesday that the veteran wideout still hasn't had any contact, per Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times. The 32-year-old has missed each of the Buccaneers' last six games due to a broken collarbone, and it appears his status for Thursday's contest could come down to the wire. Per Scott Smith of the team's official site, Bowles said Evans and Jalen McMillan (neck) both "looked like they never left [...] in practice." Both wideouts will have to be brought off IR in advance of Thursday's contest in order to be eligible to suit up.

  • CeeDee Lamb WR | DAL

Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Taking part in drills

Lamb (concussion) is participating in drills at Wednesday's practice, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.

Lamb appears to be taking part in Wednesday's practice in at least a limited capacity, a positive sign after he sustained a concussion during the Cowboys' loss to the Lions on Thursday, Dec. 4. The star wideout will need to gain full clearance from the concussion protocol, including from an independent neurologist, before returning to Dallas' starting lineup, so his availability for Sunday's game against the Vikings remains uncertain. Lamb's progress so far has nonetheless been encouraging.

  • Dominic Lovett WR | DET

Lions' Dominic Lovett: Relegated to special teams

Lovett went without a target while playing two of the Lions' 62 snaps on offense in Thursday's 44-30 win over the Cowboys.

The rookie wideout has been active for all but one of Detroit's 13 games this season, but he's been used almost exclusively on special teams. He's played 14 offensive snaps in total and has yet to draw a target.
