Sims agreed Wednesday to re-sign with the Texans, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

In three regular-season appearance and one postseason game with the Texans in 2023, Sims caught three passes for 25 yards and ran once for one yard. He also served as a return man on punts and kickoffs, and his continued success in that capacity during the Texans' offseason program and the preseason will likely represent his best path to winning a roster spot with Houston to begin the 2024 season.

Williams noted Wednesday that he's "on schedule" in his recovery from knee surgery and expects to be ready for the start of the 2024 season, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Williams, who tore his ACL in Week 3 last season while with the Chargers, said that he's four and a half months removed from getting his knee repaired. With that in mind, Williams -- who signed a one-year deal with the Jets on Tuesday with a maximum value of $15 million -- was non-committal about whether he'll be ready for the start of training camp in late July, according to Cimini. Once the 29-year-old receiver moves past his injury, he'll provide the Jets with a field-stretching option and big-bodied red-zone target to pair with No. 1 wideout Garrett Wilson. In terms of opportunity, Williams appears to have found a good fit with New York as part of a 1-2 punch at wideout in an offense that will be helmed by quarterback Aaron Rodgers (Achilles), who's also returning from a season-ending injury.

Moore has signed a one-year contract with the Panthers, Mike Kaye of The Charlotte Observer reports.

Moore spent the 2021 offseason with Carolina but never played a game for the team, getting released at final roster cuts and landing on the Broncos' practice squad. Most recently, he played for the Buccaneers during the 2023 campaign and accumulated 94 yards and one touchdown while catching five of seven targets across seven games. The 29-year-old doesn't have any more job security than he did the last time he was with the Panthers, as the team has already added Diontae Johnson to a receiving corps that features Adam Thielen, Jonathan Mingo (foot) and Terrace Marshall.

Williams (knee) is set to sign a one-year deal with the Jets, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Per Schefter, Williams' deal with New York is worth up to $15 million. The 2017 first-rounder is bouncing back from a torn ACL that he suffered in Week 3 while with the Chargers last season. Given the timing of the injury, Williams should be ready to go before the start of the 2024 season, at which point he'll provide the Jets with a viable starting wideout option opposite Garrett Wilson.

The Browns have re-signed Proche.

While Proche didn't catch any of his five targets in 10 games with Cleveland during the 2023 regular season, the 2020 sixth-rounder did contribute on special teams by returning 22 punts for 197 yards as well as one kickoff for 19 yards. Now that he's back in the fold, Proche will have a chance to retain his depth WR/special teams role with the Browns in 2024.

The Browns and Jeudy agreed to a three-year extension Tuesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Prior to free agency opening last week, Cleveland acquired Jeudy from Denver for a pair of Day 3 picks in the 2024 Draft. The two sides then restructured his contract for the upcoming season, creating about $10 million in cap space. With this new deal, which includes $41 million in guaranteed money and up to $58 million overall, Jeudy is locked in through the 2027 campaign. Through four years as a pro, he's averaged 14.5 YPC and 8.6 YPT, amounting to 211 catches, 3.053 yards and 11 touchdowns in 57 games. Jeudy is slotted in as the No. 2 WR on the Browns behind Amari Cooper.

Beckham posted a goodbye message to Baltimore and Ravens fans on Instagram this Sunday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.

The implication is that Beckham will find a new team rather than re-sign with the Ravens. He was reasonably productive on a per-snap basis in his one year with the team -- his 2.03 yards per route ranked 26th among WRs with at least 200 routes -- but he never reached 60 percent snap share in a game after Week 1 and had only 34 yards in two playoff appearances. The 31-year-old may end up in a part-time role again in 2024, though it's also possible a new team would see if he can hold up to a typical starter's workload.

Dell (leg) recently resumed workouts with private coach Delfonte Diamond, who said the wide receiver will be "more than ready" for OTAs this spring, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Diamond told KPRC 2 that Dell "hasn't lost a beat" and has been running full speed. The workouts reportedly included sprints and sharp cuts, demonstrating that the 24-year-old has made great progress since a broken fibula ended his rookie season Dec. 3. Prior to the injury, Dell had three 100-yard performances and seven touchdowns in 10 games, including a four-week stretch with 369 receiving yards, 43 targets and five TDs right before the game he left early. He, Nico Collins and TE Dalton Schultz figure to be the top pass catchers for second-year QB C.J. Stroud in 2024.

Osborn signed a contract with the Patriots on Sunday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Osborn will join up with the Patriots on a one-year, $4 million deal, according to Albert Breer of SI.com. The 2020 fifth-round pick is coming off three solid seasons with Minnesota, producing an average stat line of 52.7-615-5.3 while starting all but one regular-season game over that span. His numbers did take a slight dip despite the absence of star Vikings wideout Justin Jefferson for seven games in 2023, as Osborn logged 48 catches for 540 yards and three touchdowns over 16 games. Nevertheless, the 26-year-old slot receiver should see a healthy workload in a New England receiving corps that is in need of help. Osborn will likely compete with Demario Douglas and Tyquan Thornton (ankle) for a starting role alongside Kendrick Bourne (knee) and JuJu Smith-Schuster (ankle).

The 49ers re-signed Conley on a one-year deal Saturday.

The veteran wideout will remain in San Francisco after spending last season with the 49ers. Conley saw minimal offensive work in 2023, playing just 110 offensive snaps and recording 69 receiving yards on three receptions. Given that he appeared in only eight games last year, Conley will likely be competing for another depth role in San Francisco's wide receiver room as the offseason progresses.
