DK Metcalf WR | PIT
Seahawks' DK Metcalf: No practice Wednesday
Metcalf (ribs/hip) didn't take part in practice Wednesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Metcalf's rib injury has followed him since Week 2, and he now has another health concern after hurting his hip Week 6 at Cincinnati. Despite the pair of issues, he logged 77 percent of the snaps in Sunday's loss and notched four catches (on nine targets) for 69 yards. Fellow wide receiver Tyler Lockett (hamstring) was a limited participant Wednesday, so the status of the pair will be something to monitor as the Seahawks continue preparations for Sunday's divisional matchup with the Cardinals.
-
Davante Adams WR | LAR
Raiders' Davante Adams: Limited practice Wednesday
Adams (shoulder) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Rachel Gossen of the Raiders' official site reports.
Adams has been managing a shoulder issue over the last couple of weeks, but he approached this past Sunday's win over the Patriots without an injury designation and took on a 91 percent snap share in the contest. With no reported setbacks, Adams' listed limitations Wednesday were most likely maintenance-related, and the expectation is that he'll be available this weekend against the Bears.

Diontae Johnson WR | CLE
Steelers' Diontae Johnson: Logs full practice Wednesday
Johnson (hamstring) was a full practice participant Wednesday, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Johnson was designated to return from injured reserve Monday, and the wideout's full participation in practice two days later has him trending in the right direction ahead of Sunday's game against the Rams. The Steelers have until Saturday to decide whether to activate Johnson for the Week 7 contest, with head coach Mike Tomlin noting Wednesday that a decision on that front will hinge on the quality of Johnson's practice participation in the coming days, in addition to his conditioning level.

Keelan Doss WR | LV
Keelan Doss: Heads back to practice squad
Doss reverted to the Chargers' practice squad Tuesday.
In his second appearance of the 2023 campaign, Doss played 10 offensive snaps but failed to draw a target. The Chargers will be able to burn one more standard elevation on Doss before they'd have to sign him to the active roster for him to be eligible to suit up.
-
Cedric Tillman WR | CLE
Browns' Cedric Tillman: Back from hip injury
Tillman (hip) was a full participant in practice Wednesday, Scott Petrak of The Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Tillman sat out this past Sunday's upset win over San Francisco after being a late addition to the injury report, but the 2023 third-round draft pick has seemingly put the hip issue behind him. Barring a setback, Tillman should suit up Sunday against the Colts.
-
Cody Thompson WR | TB
Seahawks' Cody Thompson: Gets promotion to active roster
Seattle signed Thompson from its practice squad to its 53-man roster Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
With Dareke Young still on the injured reserve list and Dee Eskridge still suspended, the Seahawks saw fit to bring Thompson fully on board ahead of Week 7 versus Arizona. But barring an injury to one of DK Metcalf, Tyler Lockett or Jaxon Smith-Njigba, nearly all of Seattle's targets are accounted for anyway.

DeVonta Smith WR | PHI
Eagles' DeVonta Smith: Dealing with hamstring issue
Smith didn't take part in Wednesday's walk-through practice due to a hamstring injury.
Smith previously tended to hamstring and thigh injuries during Week 3 prep, so he's no stranger to the first of those health concerns this season. Despite also coming down with an illness prior to Week 4 action, he's barely missed any snaps on a weekly basis en route to a 28-334-2 receiving line on 45 targets through six games. Smith will have two more chances this week to log some reps before the Eagles potentially tag him with a designation for Sunday's showdown with the Dolphins.
-
JuJu Smith-Schuster WR | NYG
Patriots' JuJu Smith-Schuster: Limited in practice Wednesday
Smith-Schuster (concussion) was listed as a limited participant at Wednesday's practice.
Demario Douglas (concussion) joined Smith-Schuster as a limited participant after both receivers missed the Patriots' Week 6 loss to the Raiders. After opening Week 7 prep as a limited participant, Smith-Schuster is trending in the right direction for Sunday's game against the Bills, though he still has some work to do to clear the five-step concussion protocol. In five appearances this season, Smith-Schuster has made a modest impact in PPR formats with 14 catches for 86 yards and no touchdowns on 25 targets.
-
Demario Douglas WR | NE
Patriots' Demario Douglas: Listed as limited Wednesday
Douglas (concussion) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday.
Douglas was on the field for the Patriots' first official Week 7 practice, but he has yet to clear the NFL's five-step concussion protocol. Both Douglas and fellow wideout JuJu Smith-Schuster missed the Patriots' Week 6 loss to the Raiders while recovering from concussions.
-
Wan'Dale Robinson WR | TEN
Giants' Wan'Dale Robinson: Doesn't practice Wednesday
Robinson (knee) was listed as a non-participant on Wednesday's practice report, Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News reports.
Robinson has his busiest outing of the campaign this past Sunday at Buffalo, turning a season-high eight targets into eight catches for 62 yards while working with interim starting quarterback Tyrod Taylor. The second-year wideout is kicking off Week 7 prep with no activity, giving him just two more opportunities to mix into drills this week. Those sessions likely will be key for the second-year pro's chances to suit up Sunday versus the Commanders.
