Turpin (ankle) returned to full practice participation Friday, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.

Turpin didn't practice Thursday due to an ankle injury, but he was back in there without limitations Friday. Dallas won't release its injury report for Monday's matchup with the Chargers until Saturday, but barring a setback, Turpin will likely avoid an injury designation, allowing him to fill his usual role as a return man and part-time offensive player.

Addison (ankle) was a full participant in Friday's practice and doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Bears.

Addison's practice reps were managed Wednesday and Thursday, but his full session Friday clears the way for him to enter the Vikings' Week 6 matchup with no restrictions. The rookie first-round pick had already played north of 70 percent of the snaps on offense in three of the team's first five games, but his playing time and target volume should tick up further Sunday after star wideout Justin Jefferson (hamstring) was placed on injured reserve earlier this week. With Jefferson set to miss at least the next four games, the Vikings will likely turn to the likes of Addison, fellow wideouts K.J. Osborn and Brandon Powell and tight end T.J. Hockenson to pick up the slack in the passing attack.

Watson hasn't been ruled out for Kansas City's Week 7 game against the Chargers after an MRI revealed no structural damage, but his dislocated elbow could still keep him out for a few weeks, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reports.

Watson dislocated his elbow in Thursday's 19-8 win over the Broncos. The MRI revealed positive news for the wide receiver, but Watson may still miss some game action. His participation level in practice when the Chiefs begin preparing to face the Chargers will provide clarity regarding Watson's chances of suiting up Week 7.

Gipson (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Eagles, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Gipson was limited by the ankle injury Friday after previously avoiding the injury report. If the rookie return man can't go, veteran receiver Mecole Hardman could see his role grow on special teams, and possibly on offense as well.

Brown (illness) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Rams.

Brown missed practice Wednesday before logging limited sessions Thursday and Friday. He has a couple more days to get healthy before the 4:25 ET kickoff this Sunday, with history suggesting he's more likely to play than not.

Dell (concussion) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints after being deemed a limited practice participant Friday.

Though Dell wasn't on the field for the media-access portion of Friday's practice, he ended up going down as a limited participant on the Texans' final Week 6 injury report. Despite not having practiced fully all week, Dell may still have a chance at being available Sunday, though he'll first need to gain clearance from an independent neurologist before being removed from the NFL's five-step concussion protocol. If, however, Dell ends up unavailable versus New Orleans, John Metchie and Xavier Hutchinson would likely see added snaps at receiver for Houston.

Woods (ribs) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints after practicing fully Friday.

Woods steadily upgraded his participation throughout the week, going from DNP Wednesday to limited Thursday before Friday's full practice. That trend is encouraging, though Woods is still officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game, as is fellow wide receiver Tank Dell (concussion).

Metcalf (ribs) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Bengals, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Though Metcalf was withheld from the Seahawks' first two Week 6 practice sessions with the rib injury, his absences may have been primarily for maintenance purposes. The Seahawks haven't yet completed Friday's practice, but the coaching staff is apparently confident enough in Metcalf's health heading into the final Week 6 session to give him the green light for Sunday. Before the Seahawks went on bye Week 5, Metcalf had played north of 70 percent of the snaps in each of the team's first four games, accruing an 18-268-2 receiving line on 23 targets.

Zaccheaus is expected to serve as the Eagles' No. 3 receiver in Sunday's game against the Jets with Quez Watkins (hamstring) ruled out for the Week 6 contest.

While Watkins was sidelined for Weeks 3 and 4 with the same injury, Zaccheaus logged 55 and 85 percent snap shares, respectively, while working behind A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith. The increased playing time didn't translate to much meaningful volume, however, as Zaccheaus mustered a 3-69-1 receiving line on five targets between those games. In addition to Brown and Smith, Zaccheaus will likely rank behind tight end Dallas Goedert and running back D'Andre Swift as a priority in the passing attack.

Jones (knee) won't play Sunday against the Colts.

With Jones unavailable versus Indianapolis, look for Jamal Agnew and Tim Jones to see added at receiver behind Jacksonville's top two options, Calvin Ridley and Christian Kirk. Jones' next chance to see game action will come next Thursday against the Saints.
