  • Chiefs' Tyquan Thornton: One grab in loss

Thornton caught one of his two targets for 61 yards in Sunday's 22-19 loss to the Broncos.

Thornton made one big play Sunday, catching a 61-yard deep ball from Patrick Mahomes in the third quarter. The 25-year-old wideout has proven he can make explosive plays when called upon by Kansas City, but he has seen his snap counts decrease since teammate Rashee Rice returned from his six-game suspension in Week 7. In Week 11, Thornton played just 16 of the Chiefs' 70 offensive snaps, the fewest of any Chiefs wide receiver. Based on his limited usage in the Kansas City's aerial attack, the Baylor product remains difficult to trust for fantasy purposes. With that said, Thornton will look to make the most of his opportunities again in Week 12 when the Chiefs host the Colts.

  • Chiefs' Xavier Worthy: Three catches in loss

Worthy caught three of five targets for 25 yards in Sunday's 22-19 loss to the Broncos.

Worthy caught three catches for the second straight game, but like in his last outing, was unable to get much going with his touches. The second-year wideout has not been a significant factor in Kansas City's passing game with teammate Rashee Rice in the lineup, despite Worthy averaging around six targets per game since Rice's return from suspension. Worthy has not had many breakout performances this season, but does typically offer a decent floor based on his involvement in the Chiefs offense. The 22-year-old will look to turn things around from his underwhelming day in Denver when the Chiefs host the Colts in Week 12.

  • Nico Collins WR | HOU

Texans' Nico Collins: Sees more time in slot

Collins' enhanced production over the last two weeks is partially due to being deployed more often in the slot, Sam Warren of the Houston Chronicle reports. He's accumulated 16 catches on 25 targets for 228 yards and a touchdown during a two-game winning streak.

Collins has been a key factor in the Texans getting to .500 for the season. A coaching decision to scheme him to get more open appears to have worked. During the two-game streak, he's been targeted seven times from the slot, more than he had in his first seven games combined, and those targets have led to success. Collins caught a pivotal fourth-quarter pass for 22 yards in the Week 10 win over Jacksonville and had three catches for 31 yards from the slot, including a touchdown, in a Week 11 win over Tennessee. Collins and the Texans will be challenged to repeat that success this week in a Thursday night game against the Bills, who rank second in the NFL with 169.7 passing yards allowed per game.

  • Andrei Iosivas WR | CIN

Bengals' Andrei Iosivas: Bigger role on tap

Iosivas had three catches for 20 yards on four targets in Sunday's loss to the Steelers. He played 48 offensive snaps, good for a 74 percent share.

With teammate Ja'Marr Chase suspended for Week 12's game against the Patriots, Iosivas could draw more targets, though that will require him to gain more separation on his routes. Mitchell Tinsley might also see an uptick in playing time.

  • Ja'Marr Chase WR | CIN

    Bengals' Ja'Marr Chase: Suspension upheld

The NFL announced Tuesday that Chase's one-game suspension for unsportsmanlike conduct was upheld following an appeal.

Chase will sit out Sunday's game against the Patriots, and then return for a Thanksgiving Day game against the Ravens. With Chase out for Week 12, look for Tee Higgins to lead Bengals wideouts, both in targets and in attention from the New England secondary.

  • John Rhys Plumlee: Back with Pittsburgh

The Steelers signed Plumlee to the practice squad Tuesday, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.

Plumlee is back with the Steelers two weeks after being cut from the practice squad. The 24-year-old out of UCF will be an option to be called up to the active roster if Pittsburgh requires depth at wide receiver.

  • Kaden Davis WR | CLE

    Kaden Davis: Cut by Cleveland

The Browns waived Davis on Tuesday.

Davis has appeared in two contests for Cleveland this season, logging one offensive snap and 23 on special teams. He returned one kickoff for 28 yards and recorded one tackle.

  • Kristian Wilkerson: Signs with Tennessee

The Titans signed Wilkerson to the practice squad Tuesday.

The Titans are dealing with several injuries at wide receiver after losing Calvin Ridley to a fractured fibula in Week 11. Rookies Elic Ayomanor (hamstring) and Chimere Dike (chest) are also battling injuries. Wilkerson has appeared in nine career regular-season contests, catching six passes for 60 yards and two touchdowns.

  • James Proche WR | TEN

Titans' James Proche: Signs to active roster

The Titans signed Proche off the practice squad Tuesday.

With Calvin Ridley done for the season due to a fractured fibula, and Chimere Dike (chest) and Elic Ayomanor (hamstring) dealing with injuries, the Titans needed wideout and returner depth. Proche has 64 career regular-season games of experience.

  • Jacoby Jones WR | PIT

    Jacoby Jones: Cut by Washington

The Commanders waived Jones on Tuesday.

Jones' spot on the 53-man roster was needed in order to make room for new kicker Jake Moody. Jones saw his first career regular-season snaps in Sunday's loss to the Dolphins, logging 11 offensive snaps and another seven on special teams. He caught his lone target for 25 yards. Jones could return via the practice squad if he clears waivers.
