Jakobi Meyers WR | JAC
Patriots' Jakobi Meyers: Plans to play Thursday
Meyers (shoulder) remained a limited participant at Tuesday's practice.
Though Meyers played a season-low 16 percent of the Patriots' snaps on offense in last week's Thanksgiving Day loss to the Vikings due to a sore shoulder, the receiver said after the game that he didn't think the issue would otherwise affect his availability. He has been listed as limited on the Patriots' first two Week 13 injury reports, but he said Tuesday that his shoulder is feeling "a lot better," according to Zack Cox of NESN.com. Meyers reiterated that he will suit up Thursday against the Bills, though the chances of his workload being limited again won't become clear until after the Patriots complete their final practice of the week Wednesday.

Khalil Shakir WR | BUF
Bills' Khalil Shakir: Returns to practice Tuesday
Shakir (illness) was a full participant in Tuesday's practice.
Shakir was sidelined for the first practice of Week 13 prep due to an illness, but he was a full participant during Tuesday's session and should be full go Thursday against New England. The rookie fifth-round pick has caught just one of four targets across his past five appearances.

Darnell Mooney WR | NYG
Bears' Darnell Mooney: Goes on IR
Chicago placed Mooney (ankle) on injured reserve Tuesday, Larry Mayer of the Bears' official site reports.
The move comes as little surprise after Bears head coach Matt Eberflus revealed Monday that Mooney would require season-ending surgery to address the right ankle injury he sustained in Sunday's loss to the Jets. The third-year player finishes the season with 40 receptions for 493 yards and two touchdowns across 61 targets in 10 games. The Bears are left with Chase Claypool, Equanimeous St. Brown, Dante Pettis, Byron Pringle, Velus Jones and N'Keal Harry as their healthy options at receiver.
-
Justin Watson WR | HOU
Chiefs' Justin Watson: Snares two passses
Watson gathered in all two targets for 26 yards during Sunday's 26-10 win against the Rams.
Watson has seen the largest uptick in his snap count over the last three weeks with Mecole Hardman (abdomen) and JuJu Smith-Schuster (concussion) either sidelined or limited, while rookie Skyy Moore has also enjoyed an increased snap count. Once Smith-Schuster is back in full, the pair could see their workloads reduced a bit, though Hardman's continued absence should open the door for additional snaps. Even so, Watson hasn't reeled in more than three passes in a game this season, so he's not on the fantasy radar in most formats.

JuJu Smith-Schuster WR | NYG
Chiefs' JuJu Smith-Schuster: Held in check in Week 12
Smith-Schuster hauled in all three of his targets for 38 yards during Sunday's 26-10 victory over the Rams.
Smith-Schuster has a total of just five catches over his last two games after reeling in at least five in each of the previous three games. Patrick Mahomes spread the love against the Rams, completing at least two passes to eight different players. Smith-Schuster also logged fewer than 30 offensive snaps in this one, only the second time this season that's happened. However, his return from a concussion and a comfortable Kansas City lead may have contributed to the unusually low workload. Smith-Schuster should remain in many fantasy lineups in Week 13, though he faces a Bengals defense that's been stingy against wide receivers this year, ranking in the top five in per-game fantasy points allowed to the position.

Robert Foster WR | NYG
Robert Foster: Cut from practice squad
The Giants cut Foster (hamstring) from the practice squad Tuesday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Foster inked with New York's practice squad back in October, but he wasn't called upon to join the team's active roster during his tenure. The 28-year-old wideout will likely now search for an opportunity on the practice squad of another club.

James Washington WR | ATL
Cowboys' James Washington: Could practice soon
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said Tuesday that Washington (foot) has a chance of "joining us here real soon," Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
Washington's 21-day practice window could realistically open soon, as he's now almost three months removed from initially having suffered his right foot fracture. Once healthy, Washington will stand to handle a depth role in Dallas' receiving corps, which has been in need of contributors at wideout behind CeeDee Lamb.
-
Robert Woods WR | PIT
Titans' Robert Woods: Contract restructured
Woods agreed Tuesday to restructure his contract with the Titans by converting $2.6M of his base salary into a signing bonus, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Tennessee gets more room to maneuver in-season due to the transaction. Woods' contract carries a 'dead cap' number of just over $2 million for the 2023 season, per Spotrac.com. Now one year removed from his ACL injury, he has 32 catches for 351 yards and one touchdown on 56 targets across his first 11 games with Tennessee. The veteran wideout has mostly worked as a short-area target through the early stages of his Titans tenure, and further contract talks could have to be carried out this offseason if he is to remain with the team.

Parris Campbell WR | DAL
Colts' Parris Campbell: Shut down by Steelers
Campbell caught two of three targets for 14 yards in Monday's 24-17 loss to the Steelers.
Of Matt Ryan's 199 passing yards, 159 went to either Michael Pittman or rookie tight end Jelani Woods, and Pittman caught the Colts' lone touchdown pass of the night. Campbell had demonstrated decent chemistry with Ryan prior to this dud, but the 25-year-old wide receiver will remain a hit-or-miss option in Week 13 against Dallas as part of a Colts passing game that's failed to find consistency in 2022.
-
Diontae Johnson WR | CLE
Steelers' Diontae Johnson: Five catches in Week 12 win
Johnson caught five of eight targets for 49 yards in Monday's 24-17 win over the Colts.
The Steelers made a concerted effort to get Johnson involved early after he was held to 21 receiving yards last week. Kenny Pickett's first two passes both went Johnson's way, and the wide receiver turned them into a pair of 11-yard gains to quickly surpass his Week 11 yardage total. Johnson remained involved after that, leading the team in targets and catches, though he had a drop in the end zone early in the fourth quarter. The Steelers overcame that error with a two-yard Benny Snell touchdown run on the next play to take a 24-17 lead they wouldn't relinquish. Johnson's still searching for his first touchdown of the season, but maybe a Week 13 date with the leaky Falcons secondary will help him find it.
